Composite in order to solve the fault medium coal caving roadway supporting technology problems in Zaoyuan coal co., LTD., fault zones repose of composite roof coal roadway as the research object, by analyzing the deformation of roadway surrounding rock instability mechanism, in repose of composite roof coal roadway internal and external bearing structure control theory and "three strengthening a optimization" supporting principle as the instruction, proposed the "four high" anchor strengthening supporting technology, long prestressed anchor cable reinforcement technology and the high broken roof help anchor beam reinforcement technology of roadway surrounding rock control technology. Mine pressure observation data show that the fault zone composite medium coal caving roadway supporting principle of science, and supporting technology is advanced, the surrounding rock deformation of roadway has been effectively controlled.

Aiming at stemming sealing quality difficult to control, Perforation of the utilization rate is low, easy to appear "wanted" phenomenon or explosives misfire, on the basis of reaserch in the hole plugging mechanism and plugging technology, Changing the structure to optimize the design of stemming, studying the plugging result of wedge stemming by impact test and the blasting test, comparing clay gun mud with wedge stemming, industrial experiment shows that because the wedge stemming improved the blocking effect, hole junior size increased % 10, hole utilization increased by 10%, the charge was reduced by 16.3%. In fact, the result is consistent with the theoretical analysis.which Can provide a basis for engineering blasting,the application of stemming is of great significance.

At present battery is used to be standby power for refuge chamber, but it is high cost, high requirements on the environment, low safety reliability, so a new way was proposed to use air power to save costs, which could increase supply security and reliability, while clean and green. Through the refuge chamber analysis and calculation of electrical equipmentthen,we determine the actual consumption,the specific equipment pneumatic power systems and work processes,it is from the underground refuge chamber pressurized air supply valve and the tank pipe connections, through pneumatic FRL output stability pressure gas driven pneumatic motor rotation, the belt conveyor synchronous operation of the generator power, and then through comprehensive security stable output current. Through field test, the system can work in the chamber to provide an electricity with 127V stable voltage and up to 800W, make the chamber power supply equipment and monitoring equipment operate normally, which ensure the refuge chamber's safety and reliability.

As one of the most important management tasks for construction enterprises, investment prone to exceed its budget because of inadequate control. To evaluate the construction of coal mine with annual production over 10Mt, the paper took Tongxin mine as study object, established the evaluation index set, determined indexes weight by the AHP, determined the index membership degree by duality element relative comparison. Combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the investment control effect was evaluated; meantime the key factors that influence investment were found. The study contributes to summarize experiences and control crucial links for coal mines. Practice shows that F-AHP model not only eliminates subjectivity but has excellence of comprehensiveness,scientificity and operability.

The accident of coal mine gas explosion has been recognized as "the top killer" of coal mine safety, its severe disaster is self-evident. The huge economic loss and the fresh loss of life were sounded the alarm bell constantly. People also tried their best to change the situation, but the gas explosion accident is still frequent, the basic reason is that people have not learnt from the historical accident lessons, and have not applied to the actual work with its guidance. Based on this, this paper put forward the construction of mine gas explosion accident case analysis system based on case-based reasoning theory. The construction of mine gas explosion accident case analysis system based on case reasoning technology which can translate accident case tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge and mining accidents of all information elements fully; analyze root cause of mine gas explosion accidents; index the similar history case, which can provide reference for coal mine gas explosion accident analysis and processing.

Taking the determination of high cutting fully mechanized coal mining face and district sublevel coal pillar in the second panel of Tingnan Coal Mine as the engineering background, Theoretical calculation and field measurement had been used to analysis elastic central zone of district sublevel small coal pillar and failure scope, and the influencing scope of lateral abutment pressure of the gob and variation range of plastic area of 4 different coal pillar widths were obtained by numerical simulation. The results showed that the destruction of a coal pillar was greatly affected by mining; in the range of 0~3 m far from the edge of coal pillar was crushing zone. And the scope that different degrees of failure occurred at edge of coal pillar was 3~6 m, and in this scope it has certain capacity. The low lateral abutment pressure scope near the gob was about 20 m; there was a certain limit of stable region in the middle of the coal pillar when its width was 10-12 m. Finally, the reasonable width of district sublevel small coal pillar suitable for Tingnan coal mine was determined as 10~12 m.

Combined with the practical situation of east flank in mining area No. 9 of Xiandewang Colliery, the technology of continuous mining without coal pillar centralizing in gob-side entry retaining without roadside packing was put forward. Besides, the combination support with function of superpower roof cutting, high resistance transfer pressure and yielding coordination was designed; the support density of single hydraulic prop was calculated. By the relation analysis between face mining and roadway retained support, the arranging construction of mining – retain – maintenance – laying – moving was formed. According to the features of the return roadway with a large section(6.5m×5.25m)and compound roof in Wang Jia-ling coal mine, combined the method of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, determined the support parameters of bolt and anchor with the inter-array spacing 900mm×900mm and 1600mm×1800mm; the monitoring result shows that: in the distance 0~50m from the heading face to the measurement points, and the largest convergence between the roof and floor is 117mm, the largest convergence of laneway's side is 105mm; in the range of 50 ~100m, the convergence of roof and floor no more than 5mm, the convergence of laneway's side is no more than 4mm; over 100m, the deformation of roadway almost no increase; have a good control to the roadway deformation, could be the references to the mine which has the similar conditions.

The surrounding rock stability of extraction roadway is critical under the complicated geology of the multi fault and fold . In the complicated geology of the mining roadway of the NO7261 working face take place in a coal mine in Huaibei, the paper obtains the law of mine pressure appear of extraction roadway through pratical measurement, and analyzes the characteristics of stress distribution of the mining roadway by means of FLAC3D numerical simulation software, appears comprehensive mine pressure regularity and the numerical simulation of stress distribution characteristics of extraction roadway, obtains abutment pressure impact scope and lateral abutment pressure range of mining face , sets extraction roadway during the mining of partition reinforcement measures in advance according to the scope of influence of roadways and situation of surrounding rock, then ensures the stability of the roadway during the mining. The research results show that the strata behavior regularity of the mining roadway and advance abutment pressure distribution of the working face and the abutment pressure distribution of the roadway instruct the subarea and dynamic reinforcement support of the surrounding rock of extraction roadway, and ensure the roadway during the mining of 7261 working face in mining security and stability.

The design working face closed to the oxidation zone of No.5 coal seam. During the tunnel excavation, the coal seam was looked thinner even disappear in the end, so the three-components & multiple survey lines observation system was adopted. Three parallel survey lines were arranged on the heading face, and two were arranged on the right sidewall. After datum processing, the corresponding seismic sections and 3D datum views were drew, which showed that the abnormal reflection bands located between 90 to 120 meters ahead of the heading face, which located between 24 to 36 meters depth in the right sidewall. According to the four validation holes, the oxidation zone located within 30 meters depth in working face, and took detection at heading face after excavating 50 meters forward again.

In order to achieve the safe and efficient mining in coal and gas outburst coal seam using the method of field measurement and numerical simulation, studied the liberating effect of stress and gas and gas when the interlayer has thick and intact rock layer. And analyzed the rule of stress change and rock damage. The results show that stress of floor is released which is 43% of in-sute stress and the depth of floor damaged is over 20 meters. The failure occurs in the rear 5m of longwall face. New fractures and old ones generated the gas channel, and gas release effect is obvious. But in the process of mining, goaf residue gas may accumulate in the top corner of air-return way side, mine should strengthen the gas monitoring.

Abstract: In order to study the distribution characteristics and formation mechanism of Huaibei coalfield’s present geothermal field, this paper analyzes the earth temperature field character of the mines in different structural units of Lin-huan mine area. The results show that geothermal gradient is between 1.36℃?hm-1 and 3.77℃?hm-1 in the study area and the average geothermal gradient of different mines is between 2.05℃?hm-1 and 2.89℃?hm-1. The ground temperature is normal in study area, the fold uplift belt and dense faults area have higher geothermal gradient than other places. The distribution characteristics of present geothermal field in Lin-huan mine area is commanded by the structural morphology and fault development.

In the anaphase mining, measured the distribution range of three zone, choose a point for data analysis of SPSS, the results of the analysis and prediction range high similarity. The rock mass is a king of more jointe medium with initial geometrical damage. Open and undergroung mimimg result in change of stress field, thereby joint lengthening,,damage increasing, strength decreasing. According to Kawarnoto damage tensor concept, equivalent strain principle and fracture mechanics theory, the joint damage evolution of rock mass is simulated of Antaibao coal mine under the condition of the combine mining. The damage tensor distribution was diacovered. The peak of damage degree was 0.590 after open-pit mining, and influence scope was about 30 meters.The rock mass damage of slope surface after undergroung mining wass almost not increased; The rock mass damage degree peak upon mined-out area was 0.5 ~ 0.8.

The scheme of universal multi-node synchronization measurement and control instrument based on fieldbus is proposed which is meet the development demands of mine hydraulic support equipment measurement system. Field bus network measurement and control technology is studied. The targets to be monitored are divided into multiple joints and units. Quest minion and sensor dynamic restructuring mechanism are used to realize the restructuring of measured targets. The platform adopts modular design, completed a specific instrument dynamic design and the multi-parameter data analysis online, measuring instrument measuring system using multiple targets on the measurement platform unified configuration and scheduling. Production results showed that the system meets predetermined requirements and validate the system's reliability and efficiency.

Abstract: Aimed at the complexity of the fan unit fault, a fault diagnosis method based on the BP neural network optimized by the genetic algorithm (GA-BP) is adopted. According to the normalized failure characteristics samples and desired output, the diagnosis network is trained for the standard goal. By testing the validation data through the trained net, the results show that the method meets the requirements of speed and accuracy in diagnosis and has practical application value. The paper lays the foundation for bettering fan vibration fault diagnosis technology.

The electromagnetic waves propagation attenuation in the emi-circular?arched can not be calculated accurately by the classical waveguide?theory.?Using?the lowest?attenuation mode of the rectangular tunnel to be equivalent to that of the semi-circular arched tunnel, it can be approximately described. The equivalent results show that for the?larger size of the?semi-circular?arched tunnel, using the rectangular tunnel of same sectional area and same shape factor achieves the best equivalent results, and the error rate between the equivalent attenuation and the calculate attenuation of the frequency band 900MHz to 1000MHz is small, and the greater the frequency, the effect of more obvious; for the small tunnel, using the rectangular tunnel of same sectional area and same shape factor, or of same sectional area and fixed shape factor 1.7 is better. Studies have shown that the equivalent method is feasible.

Hydraulic systems are widely used in mining machinery, the use of cyclic static sensors to monitor mining equipment hydraulic system suction line failure is feasible. In this paper, the finite element analysis software ANSOFT static electromagnetic field sensor sensitivity simulation study, the sensitivity of the three-dimensional distribution of the electrostatic sensor interpretation. Combined with self-built experimental apparatus was verified, and then get the relationship between the electrode width and signal bandwidth. The experiments prove that the electrode width selection is 5mm.

In order to recover the limited coking coal resource, improve utilization efficiency of coking coal, the pater takes the heavy-medium preparation middlings from Xi qu coal preparation as the study object, did the experiment on the crushing、the very fine grinding、step by step releasing and floccules-flotation inhibitor’s optimization. The result shows that taking the experiment on step by step releasing is difficult to obtain the high-yield and low-ash clean coal for the Xi qu heavy-medium preparation middlings; But through the experiment on the floccules-flotation, the paper obtained the high-yield and low-ash clean coal whose yield is36.31% and ash is 17.64. In order to reduce the ash of clean coal, the experiment on the floccules-floation inhibitor’s optimization about its kind and dosage is taken and obtain the clean coal whose ash is 12.83%.It offers a new way to the quality –improving technology of high-quality coking coal.

Through the hot-press-briquetting experiment, the briquetting principle of coal and biomass was carried on discussion. Based on this, a new briquetting hypothesis was established as following: during the briquetting process, on accout of external work, the interfacial energy releasing by surface vanishing and the heat releasing by particles’ pyrolysis, the particles’ temperture leaps and a great deal of tar can be produced in this process. The component with high molecular weight which exists in liquid phase and fusion phase acts as aggolomerant in the briquetting process. The hypothesis was verified combing the T-G experiment results with the energy conservation principle.

To solve these above problems, D-InSAR technology were used to monitor a expressway and mining area, and through GIS overlay analysis, got the monitoring area’s subsidence range and deformation of expressway, made a analysis of expressway safety, compared with the conventional ground test results, the accuracy and reliability of InSAR monitoring were proved.

Abstract: In view of vehicle hydraulic driven by hydraulic control defects existing in closed system of vehicle driving system of special explosion-proof diesel used in coal mine, in the study of the vehicle with full hydraulic drive based closed running system of electro-hydraulic control technology of non coal mines, design suitable for coal mine special explosion-proof diesel vehicle full hydraulic drive vehicle explosion-proof electric closed running control system and in the mining special explosion-proof hydraulic drive vehicle can be applied in the control system. After the promotion of a one-year experiment show that this system can realize the automatic matching of explosion-proof motor and hydraulic system, improve the utilization rate of engine power, can obtain the comprehensive performance than the existing hydraulic closed type walking system better. (climbing ability is improved by more than 10%, fuel consumption reduced by more than 5%).

   In order to ascertain the strength of lifting arms and then design a rational working mechanism for a multifunctional vehicle used in coal mine, using digital product software SolidWorks to design the three-dimensional model of the working mechanism., based on its stress states under statical loading working condition, using SolidWorks/COSMOS module making a finite-element analysis to its key parts lifting arms. According to these data analysis, consummating the structure design of the working mechanism, checking the strength, then getting the conclusion and put forward a improve scheme. This technique provides a theoretical basis for the working mechanism design.

For the current mining spraying manipulator operation is not flexible, spraying effect is poor, vulnerable to interference and other issues,spraying manipulator driven system with low cost and high practicability was realized in this paper. A control system is designed in this paper to complete the operation mode of the stepper motor based on S7-200PLC and 2MA86H drive, which can realize the precise position control. Through the control of x-y axis mine spraying manipulator, it verifies that the system operation is simple, efficient, stable, energy conservation, environmental protection, strong anti-interference ability, can be widely used in a variety of mining equipment for spraying.
Numerical Simulation on the Separation Performance of Two-stage Series Cyclone Separator

The internal flow distribution of the two-stage series cyclone separator was analyzed using fluid analysis software. Separation performances under different conditions were presented, and the predicted separation performances were compared with those from empirical model is similar with the calculated data. With the increase of inlet velocity, both pressure drops and separation efficiency increased. With the increase of solid loading, pressure drops increase and separation efficiency decreased.
