Abstract: Aiming at the control problem of consumption in heavy medium of heavy medium coal preparation plant, combined with the Huo-er-xin-he coal preparation plant mediated consumption control in practical experience, using a combination of theoretical analysis and production practice of severely the quality of medium, the medium consumption in preparation products, magnetic medium recovery medium consumption and integrated management of several means consumption aspects analysis the production system in the influence of dielectric loss of main factors and find out the control medium consumption of specific methods, and practical operation experience. Through the concrete implementation of the medium consumption control measures, heavy medium consumption can reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency by reducing the coal consumption of 0.5kg/t coal.
