Abstract: The bidding system in the application of coal industry construction engineering market in China is being continuously perfect,but there are still many problems in coal industry in China, management and supervision mechanism in bidding of coal industry construction engineering in China need to be improved,law on public bidding is not sufficiently apply to coal industry construction engineering bidding process in China,construction bidding process behavior for each principal part lack standard,local protectionism interfere construction bidding result in China coal industry,bidding of coal industry construction engineering in china lack of scientific and perfect evaluation program.Therefore put forward strategies to solve the above problems,to sure a unified law enforcement and management actors,strengthen the legal awareness in the bidding activities of the various part involved in the industry,increase supervision of the actors,improve evaluat bid method,and establish a price formation mechanism of the building products which is the leading of the competitive market.
