Abstract: For the lignite containing a large number of hydrophilic oxygen functional groups and bad floatability, this paper took the method of low-temperature pyrolysis on lignite to research floatation characteristics of pyrolysis semi-coke by low-temperature pyrolysis. The results showed that it would be reverse floatation with bad floatation effect of semi-coke when the pyrolysis temperature was below 450℃. The reverse floatation disappeared at pyrolysis temperature 450℃. With the pyrolysis temperature increasing, floatation effect turned better obviously. The floatation effect was the best, which combustible material recovery reached 72.61% and floatation perfect degree reached 23.47%,at pyrolysis temperature 500℃ with kerosene dosage of 2kg/t and 2-octanoldosage of 0.3kg/t.
