Abstract: After analyzing the causes and harms of the vibration of the building structure under the excitation of the load including human activities and equipment vibration ect.，the author points out the shortcomings of the existing seismic design methods and puts forward some improvement measures and a view on solving structural vibration problem by using TMD damping technology. On the other hand, the problem of the remote transmission of the structure vibration is analyzed, and a solution to the finite element analysis of equipments and structures is proposed, which provides a solution to the problem of structural resonance.
