Engineering Test Research on Hydraulic Fracturing Technology of Coal in Huangling No.2 Mine

Abstract: In order to improve gas extraction efficiency in Huangling No.2 Mine of Petroleum and Coal Bed Gas coexistence, and increase the speed of mining face and driving. on the basis of obtaining the occurrence regularityof Petroleum and Coal Bed Gas and realized by drill site 11 in working faces 205 belt roadway. Further, combinated with the exact construction design and the hydraulic fracturing equipment which can remote operation and video monitoring, For bottom hydraulic fracturing test research on drill site 11 in working faces 205 belt roadway in Huangling No.2 Mine. The results showed that formation connected fissures between Oil type gas enrichment regional in coal floor and coal With two hydraulic fracturing drilling in floor construction, the Fracturing influence radius is over 20m. The highest water injection pressure respectively reached 26.8 MPa and 25.2 MPa which is more over than the theory fracture pressure 23MPa. The gas extraction concentration increased average 19 times and the Methane extraction from scalar increased average 22 times which are Compared with the non fracturing data by the extraction from monitoring in 2 months . The research results provides the technical support for Gas anti-reflection technology in Coal of Petroleum and Coal Bed Gas coexistence region.
