Abstract:

The coal seam in Yunnan-Guizhou area is usually a multi-layer overlapping structure, which does not have the conditions for pressure relief mining of the protective layer, and the cross-layer drilling extraction efficiency is poor, so the coal seam penetration measures are urgently needed. Controlled shock wave is a new type of coal seam penetration technology, which has been well applied in northern China. In view of the coal seam problem in Yunnan-Guizhou area, the C7+8 large coal sample of a coal mine is used as a shock wave for energy optimization experiment; the overlapping operation mode and operation parameters of "coal seam penetration" and "rock seam precracking" are designed, combined with drilling and coal seam conditions are used, and the pilot test is carried out. The results show that: 30kJ energy rod is used for coal seam penetration, and 80kJ energy rod is used for rock seam precracking. The extraction concentration of borehole 5 in the coal rock junction was increased by 16.2 times, and the pure extraction volume was increased by 15.8 times, which was 2.8 times higher than that of the conventional cross-seam drilling hole. In the later period, the overall concentration and flow of borehole 5 increased in the later period, which showed that the cross-impact operation was balanced in the middle of the coal seam and the junction of the coal rock. This research result laid a foundation for the deep development of coal seam in complex geological conditions in Yunnan-Guizhou area.
