Digital transformation is a systematic project. The digital drive represented by mobile Internet, Internet of things, cloud computing and big data is becoming an important means and effective path to break the bottleneck of coal industry development and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of coal industry. Starting from the current situation of digital development of coal industry and the digital transformation of coal enterprises, this paper puts forward three key tasks : comprehensively improving digital ability, deeply excavating data value and vigorously promoting economic transformation. At the group level, it is proposed to consolidate the digital basic capabilities, improve the five major capabilities of safety production scheduling, business and financial integration, process-based collaborative office, and operation and maintenance support digital governance capabilities. At the coal mine level, five construction contents are put forward, including data transmission capacity improvement, digital network construction, intelligent perception platform construction, comprehensive management and control information system construction, and coal mine intelligent capacity improvement construction. This paper aims to provide reference for the implementation path of digital transformation of coal enterprises.
