Abstract:

Aiming at the problem explosion-proof diesel engine support carrier is difficult to transport the thin coal seam hydraulic support, by analyzing the role of the support carrier in the multi-channel retracement process of the thin coal seam mining face, the function parameters of the new thin coal seam battery support carrier are determined . The bearing function structure matching the thin coal seam support is designed. The characteristics of the vehicle axle load distribution and the adaptability of the driving mode are analyzed. The switched reluctance motor drive system and the electric feedback braking system are designed. The charging and discharging characteristics of the large-capacity special lead-acid battery are analyzed. The use and maintenance of the battery and the method of improving the endurance mileage are pointed out. The vehicle related intelligent configuration and the advanced technology are introduced. The industrial test shows that the performance of the new thin coal seam battery support carrier fully meets the use requirements.
