Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of low anchoring force of the roof of the shallow buried deep thin bedrock roadway in Hong liulin coal mine, the distribution characteristics and mineral composition of the weathered bedrock are analyzed. The grouting reinforcement test of the thin bedrock roadway is carried out in the laboratory, the grouting reinforcement mechanism of the thin bedrock roadway is analyzed, the roadway anchoring reinforcement technology scheme is proposed, the underground engineering practice is carried out, and the engineering application effect is analyzed. The results show that the content of clay minerals in weathered thin bedrock is high, which increases the softening and expansion deformation of roof rock mass and affects the stability of roadway surrounding rock; The underground grouting fills the weathered bedrock cracks, blocks the roof water seepage channel, improves the integrity of the roof, and increases the resistance to damage of the thin bedrock layer; Good grouting consolidation effect is achieved through anchor cable grouting. The initial stress of anchor and able increases slowly, and then basically remains stable. The stress of anchor rod is 55~67kN, the stress of anchor cable is about 92kN, the roof separation is about 3mm, the deformation of roadway surrounding rock is significantly reduced, and good roadway support effect is achieved through anchor cable grouting. It shows that the bolt grouting reinforcement technology can effectively solve the problem of deformation control of shallow deep and thin bedrock roadway.
