Abstract:

For the practical problem of floor heave in south wing water roadway of 33 mining area of Xutuan Coal Mine, Anhui Province, China, through TRIZ theory function component analysis, causal axis analysis, substance-field analysis, and technical conflict analysis, the conceptual design and optimization of floor heave control measures were completed. Finally, a comprehensive floor heave treatment scheme was proposed, included water-resisting layer, inverted arch lining, anchor, and polypropylene fiber concrete floor. Inspired by the flexible shell inventive principle of TRIZ theory, a three-dimensional steel grid inverted arch lining was developed. It is a semi-rigid composite supporting structure, which can have a deformation of the pressure in the early flexible support stage, and can withstand greater pressure in the later rigid support stage. The field monitoring results show that the maximum floor deformation was less than 60 mm after 60 days, and the floor heave inhibition effect was signification. This paper provide a new idea for TRIZ theory in the design optimization of roadway engineering support.
