Abstract:

In order to further improve the reliability and control performance of the motor as the power source in the mine pump, this paper uses permanent magnet synchronous motor to replace the asynchronous motor in the traditional mine pump. In order to ensure the safe and long-term operation of the motor in the mine, a new type of discontinuous pulse width modulation technology is proposed to reduce the loss of switching devices and ensure its control performance. In the control strategy of the motor, this paper uses the model predictive current control, and introduces the speed prediction error into the value function to optimize the performance of the predictive control. In order to improve the torque control characteristics, the extended state observer is introduced to observe the load torque, further improving the torque control characteristics of the system. Finally, simulation and experiments show that the proposed method is better than the traditional predictive control method in speed response, torque control, current harmonics and so on.
