Abstract:It is all kown that the support of inclined coal seam gateway with expansile soft rock has always been very difficult,it is very hard to control the deformation of surrounding rock under traditional support forms. Based on the engineering of 1202 mining face at the tenth coal mine of Hebi,this article analyses the destruction reasons of inclined coal seam gateway with expansile soft rock and puts forward bolt-mesh-cable-belt coupling support technology,this technology has been verified in the engineering. It also analyzes its applicability in the similar roadway.

Considering the specific conditions of coal under Mazhuang village, four mining schemes were brought forward to relieve the tension of alternations in mining. Based on the economic and technical integrated analysis, strip pillar mining was used. According to practical experiences and technical requirements on strip pillar mining both in China and abroad, via sorts of comparative calculations, the mining and retaining width was obtained. And prediction parameters of the probability integration method were finally confirmed by academic calculations. It is indicated that the surface buildings in Mazhuang village will be well protected by using strip pillar mining.

Gas Drainage Technology in terms of Surface Borehole Drilling is a primary method to mine out coal and gas simultaneously in thin coal seams. A case study was carried out in a highly-gassy and low-permeability coal seam extracted by plow. The technical parameters referred to surface borehole drilling for gas drainage were determined through field experience and theoretical analysis. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) was taken as a methodology to study the gas flow rules during gas drainage in terms of surface borehole in thin coal seam by longwall mining, and the arrangement principles of surface borehole were presented on basis of the optimization of surface boreholes location. This technology can provide a new pattern to simultaneously mine out coal and gas with high-efficiency and high-safety in highly gassy thin coal seams subjected to low permeability.

In this paper, a gray dynamic forecasting model of mine gas extraction volume was established with the Gray System Theory, and the mine gas extraction volume of Shanjiaoshu coal mine in Guizhou Panjiang Coal (Group) Company was forecasted as an example. Through precision testing and residual modification,the results show that the model is good for the mine gas extraction volume of fitting results,the predictions are reliable,and results also reflecte the development of the mine gas extraction volume. The model will be instructive in the mine gas extraction arrangement work and rational planning of gas use of the program.

Abstract: Exploration was made in the paper on gas drainage.In particular, under the situation of the single soft seam with low permeability at Lu’an coal mines, integrate dynamic gas drainage system was built that included the all-process method in terms of time concerning before, during, and after the mining; the spacial method combining the upper and lower part of the coal seam; the drainage method comprising the fixed gas drainage method and the mobile one; the all-round stereoscopic dynamic gas drainage system extended from only safe drainage to drainage utilization. With the system to be built and improved, effective and intensive safe production was realized in coal mines. In the meantime, comprehensive gas utilization was promoted, and technical and economic effect were enhanced.

In order to control the environmental influence of the coal gob mountains in the old mine, and make the coal rock to be effective utilized. This paper advanced comprehensive treatment and utilization method that on one side of coal gob mountains were green management,and on the other side to gangue brick production. This not only reduced the old mining coal gob mountains in the use of the process on the environment influence which arising from the air, water, soil and other effects, while in turn the coal rock was made to gangue bricks, and generate economic benefits. Abstract: The bolted connections are widely used for connecting structural steel members, such as beam-column joints, columns-corbels and other important connections. The number of bolts under moment can not be determined easily because of influencing factors, and the calculating method is not given in the Code for Design of Steel Structures, so the efficiency of design is affected by repeated calculations frequently. In order to facilitate design, the connecting joint designed to resist the moment is considered as solid web rectangular cross-section which neutral axis is located in centerline of the outermost row of bolts pointed by the bending moment, and the resistance moment generated by the compression zone is ignored. So the approximate formula can be deduced according to the moment equilibrium, which can be easily used to calculate the number of bolts required.

Abstract: The main factor of destruction high buildings was drawn by analyze of the mechanisms of various surface movements and deformations due to mining subsidence on some building and the features of the high building, it is the slope. According to surface allowable and ultimate value, the high building destruction was divided into three ranks, i.e., mild, moderate, serious. The mining subsidence impact on the high building was divided into category 1 and category 2 impacts, based on the final impact of mining subsidence on the high building. The measures to protect the high building against mining subsidence were discussed, and a thought was put forwarded that the high building destroy can be analyzed using simulate. An impact of mining subsidence was analyzed for a chimney is near 112103 working face with probability integral method as the prediction model.

Deployed wireless sensor networks in the mines can improve the ability to handle emergencies. Energy consumption is first issue to be considered for routing protocol of wireless sensor networks. Based on analysis of the protocol LEACH, aimed to the problem of LEACH, a new cluster routing protocol is presented, which improves the algorithm of selection cluster head and creating cluster and reduces energy consumption of cluster head using minimum spanning tree algorithm. The simulation results show performance improvement of new protocol.

This article analyzes the status quo of the process of mining changes of overburden variation on the basis of the similar materials simulation test. The author uses industrial measuring system to observe and to use coordinate transformation, matching and model correction to carry out data processing. The result is found by analyzing the dynamic subsidence and horizontal moving curves of the overburden strata crooked zone. By using non-linear regression analysis method to analyze the dynamic subsidence and horizontal moving curves, the author educes the relationship among the predicting parameters by probability integral method along with mining. By using fitted regressive method, the author gets the functional relation of dynamic subsidence and horizontal movement of bend zone.

This article is based on the summary and analysis on the result of Shangshe Mine’s classification of gaseous mine in 2009 and according to 《the Specification for Classification of Gaseous Mine AQ1025-2006》. To start with, it elaborates the fundamental principle about classification of gaseous mine. Besides, it not only compares but also analyzes the variation trend of absolute and relative gas emission rate since 2006. Further more, this paper dissects the main problem and it’s reason inhabited in the identification work and more importantly gives some advises to get the work done well at last. First, the analysis of the gas emission rate and it’s proportion from each coal seam, district and level must be added. The calculation of relative gas or carbon dioxide should accords to the average daily output in one month and the outage time of the extraction time should be cut. In addition, the carbon dioxide is the main index in low gas but high carbon dioxide mine. Last but not the least, the priority must be given in gas control program by the result of the identification work.

Based on the site visit, in-situ ground stress measurement and the tests on the mechanical properties, the optimum design of roadway in No.8459 longwall panel at Yangquhe coal mine, Fengfeng coal basin, was carried out. The final design is the selected based on the comparison analysis results by numerical simulation. Eight schemes on support design was included in the comparison analysis. The stability of surrounding rock in different support condition was evaluated. The analysis results can provide scientific reference to other projects with similar ground condtion.

ABSTRACT:Coal and gas outburst is a very complicated dynamic phenomenon , it can be regarded as a catastrophe behavior for non-linear dynamic system during its evolving process in space and time. It has very theoretical significance and engineering applying value to explore the rule in the coal and gas outburst for forecasting it. Therefore, in this paper, used the non-linear view to do some researches for two group gas data from some tunneling face, excepted a new approach to predict coal and gas outburst. The paper calculate data’s fractal dimension and Hurst index based the preco nditioned time-series date firstly, prove that two group gas data both have fractal characteristic, and their fractal dimension and Hurst index have distinct differences. Then prove that though the researches to gas time-series’ fractal characteristic can forecast coal and gas outburst. Thus we can provide a new method for prediction on coal and gas outburst.
