Based on static load test of single pile under the pulling load and test results of pile body resistance have been studied and analyzed. And the developments and the distributions of the skin-friction resistances,the bulb resistances under working conditions are detailedly analysed. Simultaneously,it pointed out that diameter of pile 、nature of foundation soil,span、 amount of plate and vertical spacing between piles are main factors influencing bearing capacity of squeezed branch piles.

The waste heat mainly products by mine drainage、air compressor、return air、waste water in bathhouse and so on. Base on the database of one coal mine, we calculate the quantity of the waste heat. According to the characteristic of the waste heat, the utilization is divided into direct way and indirect way. The Waste heat utilization has an important significance for promoting low carbon economy and building harmonious society.

Compared with non island mining face, the overburden strata pattern of the island mining face caused by skip mining is quite different. By means of making the main key stratum into three kinds of plate models under different boundary conditions and with the aid of mechanical analysis & ANSYS analysis, the paper found stress and breakdown distributions of the main key stratum by comparing whether the overburden strata of island mining face gob areas are influenced by mining adequately or not. It found that the breaking span is the shortest and its pressure toward the coal mass is the biggest when the influence is adequate; while the breaking span is the longest and its pressure toward the coal mass is the smallest when the influence is inadequate.

In order to evaluate the caving property of fully mechanized caving face of special thick coal seam in open-pit and underground mining area and provide the basis for surrounding rock control in coal face, this paper used FLAC-3D numeric simulation to analyze the influence that the slope and waste-dump have on the distribute law of mining vertical stress in the condition of open-pit and underground mining based on Pingshuo Anjialing 2# Coal Mine B902 working face. The result indicate that in the condition of open-pit and underground mining, the rock around slope stress state changed from three-oriented to two-oriented. Under the influence of the slope and waste-dump, far away from the slop, 6 merits ahead of working face there is the maximum vertical stress which departures from the working face’ geometric centre. The distance between the two places is 5.3 percent of the length of the working face. The distribution law of the vertical stress is not symmetrical along the working face in mining area and goof area. The vertical stress in basic roof and its influence scope arose from mining in the non-mining area far away from the slope are bigger than that near the slope.

In this paper, a improved CPN fuzzy Neural Network and its improved learning algorithm is adopted in multi-motor driving belt conveyor system to achieve the power balance, which can overcome the difficulty of excess rules under single fuzzy control. In this controller, the structure and parameters of network can be learned during the control process and fuzzy control rules and its parameters will be adjusted accordingly. The experiment result shows that the improved CPN has faster response speed and less prediction error and better generalization ability than BP network, which achieves the desired results.

In this paper, based on finite element analysis software SAP2000, a irregular structure is compared with a structure setted buckling-restrained braces on the old structure in tortional vibration Response during earthquakes, comparing period ratios and displacement ratios. The results show that the torsional deformation of the structure can be controlled effectively with buckling-restrained brace. The example proves that this method is a simple and feasible one.

Aiming at the poor effect of heading face dedusting, an onboard compressed air foam jet dedusting system was developed. The system consists of high pressure air and water source, air-water mixer, spray nozzle, high pressure water pipe and so on. Through lab experiments, the composition of foam agent, the structure of mixer, the best aeration area and the nozzle type were determined. According to the field test, the system has a good application performance with an all dust collection efficiency of 93% and a respirable dust removal efficiency of 87%.

From the factors’non-linear characteristics of affecting coal mine gas safety, we combine the fuzzy system and artificial neural network, to establish gas security situation prediction models based on fuzzy neural network. This paper analyzes the structure of fuzzy neural networks,fuzzy neuron and its learning algorithm, then introduced the fuzzy neural network design of coal mine gas safety in decision-making, and finally application example. Experimental results show that: The forecasting models have high accuracy, it can provide oretical guidance and support decision-making basis for gas safety management.

3D geological solid modeling is of great importance to engineering design and decision making. This article introduces a new method to establish 3D geological model of surface mine fast, which is called Closed DEMs Solid Model. The strata solid model is solidified by Closed DEMs, that is formed by multi surface DEMs and side DEM. Finally, the digitalized terrain model, major rock mass model and orebody model for a surface mine were established by using its practical data. The results show that the proposed model has better abilities of describing the surface and the inner structure of spatial objects, which has found good application in the engineering design, mining plan, and mining simulation.

In this paper,horizontal pipeline experimental facility was applied to study the impacts of the shape of obstacles in the experiment of gas-dust explosion in the follow aspects: velocity of propagation of flame, maximum explosion pressure and the rate of pressure rise. The result shows that: the existence of obstacles greatly improved the velocity of propagation of flame,the maximum explosion pressure and the rate of pressure rise in the gas-dust explosion; the shape of the obstacles has little influence on the maximum explosion pressure, but it has greater impact on the velocity of propagation of flame and the rate of pressure rise, the influence of obstacles in bar shape is the most obvious, semi-circular is the second, and ring-shaped is the smallest.

According to the storage situation of thin seam in Yanzhou coal mining area, using the characteristics that there is only a blaster in coal face and time difference of each section(human-controlled) in full-face blasting process, on the condition that reducing the consumption of water used for spray and protecting the face operating environment, adopting PLC sequence control and the form of PLC+LCD centralized monitoring, the automatic spray system with functions of automatic sprinkling before(after) blasting and automatic spraying while blasting to reduce dust is developed successfully. It achieved very good dustfall effect by field used in Beisu thin seam blasting face of Yanzhou Mining Group.

Based on the quiddity of coal seam affusion dustproof, according to the specific geological conditions of 3on509 large dip angle thick coal seam workface in Gaozhuang coalmine, the mechanism of coal seam affusion dustproof is analyzed, and the coal seam affusion parameters for 3on509 coalface has been designed. The engineering practice shows that the water ratio of coal seam has been increased by 5.0% from 4.8% to 9.8%; while cutting coal against airflow, the total dust consistency is 51 mg/m3, the dust-laying rate reaches to 75%; in reverse, the total dust consistency is 43 mg/m3, the dust-laying rate reaches to 82%, which has effectively decreased dust producing quality of coalface, reduced grime thickness in coalface airflow, greatly improved the working environment to protect the health of workers, and obtained preferable dustproof effects.

Measured the virgin rock temperature of 1# working area in Zhaolou coal mine with shallow drillings in tunneling face and surveying water drilling in crossheading of mining face. The results showed that the virgin rock temperature of 1# working area in Zhaolou coal mine when the deepth is 900m is 43℃. We can measure the virgin rock temperature in new exposed region on tunneling face with the shallow drillings which are 1~1.5 meters deep. The water flows from surveying water drillings should be as less as possible and the depth should beyond the heat-regulating circle. Otherwise the measured results are inaccuracy.
