With the increasing depth of mine well, deep soft rock chamber group stability control has become a troubled engineering problems at home and abroad. In order to better control the large section chamber group damage problems, combining the four levels of Hegang Mining Xing'an mine wells pump suction chamber group of large section engineering example, through on-site investigation and theoretical analysis, the destruction main factors of Xing'an mine pump suction wells of large section chamber group was obtained. Based on these factors, the supporting technology of anchor net spray + Anchor + corner bolt is put forward, and has been verified in the project.

In order to ensure the security and stability of the auxiliary transport system of wind-lane under complicated geological conditions, the type of SQ-80/75B without pole line winch is used in auxiliary transportation in accordance with the actual conditions of the 13th Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Industry Group. Through Comparison and analysis of the working principle use and maintenance of the winch, and improvement of the tail wheel, main and vice pressure pulley and relational system in practice, further exploration was made that of the superiority to Phase winch in complicated geological conditions, as well as the results in production practice. Practice has proved that this type winch have the benefits of less capital investment, safety and easy to control, good maintenance. Therefore, it is of great value and importance to the method of auxiliary transport in complicated geological conditions in the coal face.

Abstract: Based on the systematic analysis of geologic structural features in Suxian and Linghuan mining area, according to the structural complexity and differences of different regions, Suxian and Linghuan mining area was divided into three structure areas: the structure intensity area, the structure stacking area and the structure normal area, characteristics of the coal seam gas occurrence and coal and gas outburst in each structure area was elaborated in detail. That the geological structure plays an important role in controlling the gas disaster was revealed. research results has a positive guiding significance for coal mine gas disaster prevention.

In the low hilly area of midwest of Henan, rural residential areas are relatively small and loose. Exploit the coal resources under these areas, i.e. set the village protective coal pillar, would occupy a large amount of coal resources, especially when the burial depth is relatively deep, if still set the protective coal pillar based on shallow coal seam exploitation rock and surface movement index, more “Three Under” coal would be occupied. The application of stepwise mining technique to coal exploitation under loose village distribution would effectively control surface ground distortion, reduce the damage to surface building, and would have practical significance to effectively improve coal exploitation rate and reduce coal exploitation cost.

By analyzing the stress change in coal seam after used Drilling and Slotting through rock Integration technology, pointed out that the drilling and cutting through rock integration technology in coal is an important means of pressure relief. using flac software analysis of the effects on the overall relief by the stress change between the 5m and 10m layout style. Results indicate 10m layout style compared to 5m layout style for the early gas extraction has more valuable. With 10m layout style,the relief strength reduced, but with a wide range of pressure relief, single-hole high utilization, large effective sphere of influence, and so on. Practical Application of 10m layout style, single-hole gas flow increased 3-6 times, while gas extraction time reduce to half gas content can meet the 8m3/t of mining conditions, it has provided a guarantee conditions for mine safety.

Because of the applicability, high-pressure spray device is widely used in the coal face. Considering that present high pressure spray equipments used in fully-mechanized face are very huge, inconvenient, expensive, fragile and of poor effect, it is subject to many restrictions on field applications. In response to these shortcomings, a new high pressure filtering external spraying system was developed. The system comprises booster pump, water filtering system, pressure reducing valve and shearer onboard high pressure spraying equipment. By laboratory testing, the proper working parameter was: pressure 4MPa, water flow 12.24L/min, valid range 2.85m and maximum range 3.8m. According to these parameters, the appropriate field-testing face was selected to carry out the field test, and the total dust removal efficiency at 10m below mining driver was up to 98%, respirable dust removal efficiency at 10m below mining driver was up to 75%. By comparing the removal efficiency before installing this system, it was indicated that the removal effect after installing was significant. The good effect indicates that the system can inhibit dust concentration effectively, improve sanitary conditions of underground mining working face significantly, which is worth popularizing.

The multiplicate factors mechanism resulting on the chaos effect included the change of groundwater system structure,more yielded resource and the evolvement of mine groundwater system to nonlinear dissipation system etc. were set forth in the paper.And a case study was proved very effectively to predict the dynamics of water yield in complex mine by using RBF nerve network and CAO methods.

The highly dispersed α–FeOOH and γ–FeOOH catalyst were prepared by sedimentation method. The particles surface, size and pore specific volume were analyzed in the same time, Compared with common Fe2O3, the catalysis for coal liquefaction were also studied. It was found that the particles of α–FeOOH catalyst forming columned, shortness fibrous crystal which is highly dispersed; the liquefaction catalysis indicate that the α–FeOOH and γ–FeOOH are better than that of common Fe2O3 catalyst being fewer addition and better catalysis. with addtion of 1.11%, the α–, γ–FeOOH catalyst has highly catalysis while the common Fe2O3 should be addtion of 3.00%, the order of liquefaction catalysis is α–FeOOH﹥γ–FeOOH﹥common Fe2O3, the effect of the α– and γ–FeOOH catalyst are promoting AS and PA convert into small molecule gases and liquefaction products.

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the transformation from underground into open pit mining, the harmful and probing techniques of mined out area is analyzed in this paper. So as to facilitate the detection and treatment of mined out area, the classification of mined out area is done according to the origin. There are four harmful aspects of mined out area to open pit mining, such as economic benefits falling, difficult to maintain continue production, threatening the safety of open pit mining, and the difficulty of drilling and blasting increasing. Geophysical methods are practical detection methods of mined out area, and proved by several open pit mines the 2D resistivity imaging surveys is the most effective one at this stage. Mechanical detection method is suitable for confirmation of suspected mined out areas.
