[Abstract] The dump slope is man-built high steep slope, the stability design and calculation of which is unavoidble in the daily production of surface mines. The slope stability analyse methods base on limit-equilibrium theory were applied very widely and efficiently in the engineering practice. Shengli No.1 surface mine,Nothern Power,Shenhua Group was taken as a case study, after repetitious analyse and calculation aided by FLAC/SLOPE, the designed dumping parameters meet the need of safe production need, which is reasonable,security and acceptable, the dumping slope fathering advice were provided.

In this paper the NiO/γ-Al2O3 supported catalyst was prepared .From the load of nickle、calcination temperature and calcinations to discussed the effect of different preparation conditions on catalytic activity. The optimal conditions of the NiO/γ-Al2O3 was confirmed, the structure and performance of the catalysts was conducted by XRD testing measure. The optimal preparation condition of NiO/γ-Al2O3 is the load of nickel: 10%, calcination temperature: 450℃; calcinations time: 5hours.

By means of taking full advantage of rigid soil layer and RC piles strength, foundation bearing capacity was improved effectively. A dual switch forward converter design method is discussed in this paper, DC-DC converter topology is researched based on UC3842 integrated controller chip. This circuit uses optimal high frequency transformer and driver circuit. The system can achieve steady-state output voltage which has a higher accuracy, a smaller the ripple factor, and this system has a fast dynamic response. Experimental results show the effectiveness of the design method.

Based on the stuty of WIA and GPRS technology,a new design of Mine Safety Monitoring System for wireless network program based on WIA and GPRS is put forward. By means of WIA protocal advantages in low-power wireless communication and GPRS network in long-distance data transmission, the system microcontroller and CC1101 and CC2431 RF transceiver chip is introduced to design WIA-PA wireless network nodes. The decision for remote control can be made through detecting sensor parameters. Compared with traditional wired solutions, the program has low power consumption, low cost, high reliability.

Abstract: The supporting of complex roof roadway is one of the puzzle around the world. On the basis of analyzing complex roof roadway enclosing rock’s failure method, this paper discusses reinforced-arch theory and suspension theory of bolting support mechanics, which is used in optimizing of supporting method of the main shaft of Weiyi coal-mine. Compared with the steel-skeleton and concrete work support, the construction speed is improved nearly 100% and manufacture cost is lowed about 39%.

In order to treat inundation in Feng-ji orchard coal mine, and obtain available coal reserve of submerged Oasis, yama and Zhou-shun mine in the East and in the upper Southeast. Based on the analysis of mine water bursting of surrounding mine in the East, a curtain grouting blocking technique was used for treating inundation. In the course of construction, the following method, such as curtain wall reinforcement, borehole encryption, upgoing grouting, layer and section grouting and so on, was adopted. After grouting, through coring test, inspection hole and drainage experiment, the method is verified, which verifies that the method was effective to treat the mine water bursting. Morever, available 200 million tons coal reserve was obtained.

Encountering large aquifer with high hydrostatic pressure during shaft well construction is a common but world widely difficult problem. Construction schedule may be delayed and construction safety may be greatly endangered, too. Because of this, a large aquifer, with a hydrostatic pressure of over 2MPa and a shaft inflow of over 250m3/h, appeared 180 meters deep underground in constructing Pingdingshan No.6 Mine airshaft. To solve this problem, firstly, the relationship between water inflow and characteristics of porosity and fracture was analyzed in this paper. Secondly, the water-bearing media types was catalogued according to the variation of drilling inflow. Then, the final plan of “chemical grouting + layered grouting” was settled after a comparative analysis of the four pilot programs, which was proved successful in the end.

The loss high-slope was 170 miter tall at shuiliandong colliery, it was in limiting equilibrium state in the native condition. It needed dispose in order to arrive at safe station. Author adopted the measures of cutting slope and consumering load, applying back pressure to base of slope, and cutting down the degree of slope by means of many surface plates to increase the degree of safety. Author simulated the excavation process with different stage, mastered the variance of stress, strain, displacement, stability factor location and characteristic of potential slide surface of the slope in different excavation phrase. At last, Author concluded the result of excavating slope generated variation of stresses; soil body rebound and movement, the direction and magnitude of movement varied with stress. In addition, author proved the harnesing program was safe and logical that cutting slope and consumering load, applying back pressure to base of slope, using the characters of the original slope form.

In order to solve the problem of hydraulic assembly at fully mechanized coal face, the support the assembly process is optimized using the methods of program analysis of industrial engineering in the paper, the five activities that processing, testing, handling, storage, waiting were asked and considered using the "5W1H", and the problems of the original assembly process were found out, and the process was optimized using the principles of the ECRS. Practice shows that: the efficiency of hydraulic support assembly was greatly improved to ensure the smooth installation of mechanized mining face, thereby protecting the normal replacement of working face using the optimized assembly process.

Take second-up coalface of Huangshan mine as research object, the characteristic and law of the coalface is analyzed; Improved cubic exponential smoothing method is estabished based on cubic exponential smoothing method and the principle of least square method. Study on prediction of underground pressure of the coalface is done by the improved method. The results show: Underground pressure of the coalface show obviously nonlinear and non-regularity, the characteristic of periodic pressure is indistinctive. Improved cubic exponential smoothing method can be used to predict the underground pressure, and the accuracy is high. The method is applicable for the characteristic of underground pressure.

Abstract: In an assessment report of environment impact, surface movement and maximum deformation were predicted using probability integral method, parameters involved in which are subsidence coefficient q, a tangent of main influence angle tgβ, and horizontal movement factor b. lithology evaluation factor P for the above parameters were used when no value measured. In this paper, the parameters were obtained by factor P (lithology evaluation factor) when no surface subsidence parameters measured, with which the maximum surface deformation prediction was did in a new coal mine work face in Shenmu county of Shaanxi province.

Coal mining safely under a reservoir is the one of the difficult problems in China’s coal mine. Based on Seam cover storage, geological structure, hydro-geology, mining methods, the specific geological and mining conditions and the status of the Wu-xing reservoir of the 32th district in Lugou Coalmine, Zhengzhou Coal & Electricity Co. Ltd, and based on the calculation results of safety pillars , combined the prediction of surface movement and deformation, the article analysed the security of mining under the Wu-xing reservoir. Through calculation and analysis that it is safe and feasible under the Wu-xing reservoir. At present, the first face 32101 is safe after mining, which validated the calculation and analysis is scientific and reliable.
