In order to study characteristics and control measures of water-inrush from floor under the condition of high pressure in deep mining. Based on the hydro-geological conditions of Zhaogezhuang mine, and through the analysis of the waterproof properties of the water-resisting layer, the karst development situation of the floor limestone and the hydraulic conductivity of the revealed faults in the floor of the 122 seam of the 14th level, this paper holds that the water-inrush in the floor of the 122 seam of the 14th level is caused by the faults and mining effected, and the emphasis to control the water-inrush is to prevent the fault water-inrush effected by mining. Also, this paper gives the waterproof technology measures in aspects of roadway excavation and mining, and the reasonable width of the waterproof coal pillar. Through calculation, the reasonable widths of the waterproof coal pillars for the both sides of the EastⅢ are 262m and 233m.

The paper has analysed the problem that slurry water is difficult in natural subsidence. According to the characteristics of slime water, a flocculation-coagulation comparative exprimentation is carried out between two groups of combination medicament, which choose the PAM as flocculant, alum and PAC as a coagulant. The results show that the combination of PMA and PAC is better than that of PMA and alum ,whose optimum test condition is the dosage of polyacrylamide 6mg/L,PAC 60mg/L, with the treated concentration of clear solution 0.03g/L.

Although enough waterproof pillars are kept by the corresponding Technical Specification, water inrush and crushed timbering have happened in some fully-mechanized faces of PanJi mine. The definition of “adown penetration zone” of groundwater with high pressure are put forward firstly in this paper based on analyzing the forming data. The formation mechanism and influence factors of “adown penetration zone” are analyzed. And the reason of water inrush in some faces with enough waterproof pillars are put forward through combing “adown penetration zone” with water flowing fractured zone.

Abstract: To further study fracture characteristics of coal and rock and obtain the relevant mechanical parameters, MTS triaxial testing system and point load apparatus coordinate AE(acoustic emission) has tested on fracture toughness of 5-2coal samples . Through acquiring uniaxial compressive strengh of coal and analysis of testing results,AE combined with point load reflects apparent single crack from damaged irregular coals and the average uniaxial comprssive strengh of 51Mpa;AE coordinate with MTS triaxial testing system makes known that parts of destroyed coal are granular but most still maintain a high integrity and the average uniaxial comprssive strengh of 31Mpa under saturated and natural status.Although the two methods for measuring the uniaxial compressive strengh value have some different,but the coals reflect dense and solid characteristics. So multi-jiont testing technology provid new research approach to obtain more accurate parameters.

It is publicly known that the deep mine is hard to be supported for the reason that the wallrock, affected by ‘three high’, presents a characteristic of large nonlinear deformation, and it has made great threat to safety. For characteristics of high strength toughness of deep mine roadway supporting structure, A construction plan has been present in this paper, that is adding cement-based material to high toughness polypropylene (thick) fibers and high elastic modulus of steel fiber to form a kind of composite cement-based material sprayed in the wallrock surface as the support layer, working with retaining bolt, anchor retaining structure to form a common. Based on the Kong Coal Mine examples of deep tunnel construction,it researches on key technologies under construction such as fiber concrete proportion, fiber adulteration craft, spray craft and thickness,determination of fiber concrete secondary lining working hours. Besides, this paper has also introduced the actual results combined with examples that will provid reference for its promotion.

The traditional method of seam thickness prediction is to interpolate and contrast between the boreholes, of which precision is very low. Some previous methods are summarized in-depth in this paper. On based of the thin-layer theory,Seam thickness Prediction and affected factors Analysis with borehole restrained amplitude-moment method is realized through writing applications. Examples show that the method has simple, fast, accurate characteristics. Satisfactory results are achieved in a coal mine in Shandong.

3 coal samples of different rank and 4 PSS of different sulfonation degree were employed to prepare CWS, and the main focus was on the influence of sulfonation degree of CWS dispersing agent on the pulping properties. The results show that PSS performs excellently on dispersion property and stability in CWS; the apparent viscosity of CWS prepared by coals of different rank increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of sulfonation degree; when sulfur degree of PSS was 59.87%, CWS of 3 coals all perform well in stability.

The cemented filling system powered by low pressure wind was researched and developed,and gob-side filling was carried out to 11111w working face of Xiezhuang Mine with this system, which maintained the integrity of the roof, and supported the roof effectively; and the whole working face was filled artificially, which prevented the rotation and sinking of the roof 's key strata effectively, reduced the pressure of roadway greatly, and was of important significance for the success of gob-side entry retaining. Results indicate that this system with wide applications is practical, simple, and is an ideal gob-side filling equipment.

Abstract: Reasonability on the application of hydro-fracture to measuring the strength of coal seams is investigated in the paper. The tests are successful in Dongshan Coal Mine in probing the strength of the coal pillar. The methods to obtain the parameters are more accurate then in the lab. The application of the parameters obviously decreases the width of the pillars for water blocking and increase the mineable coal reserve for the mine.

Strip mining is a technology that is widely applied to control surface subsidence and protects ground buildings and ecological environment at home and abroad. Meanwhile, it is also one of main technical methods of green mining technique system. The surface movement prediction of strip mining is a key to the design of strip mining under buildings. Therefore, in this paper, the relationships among the predicting parameters of surface movement in multi-coal seam strip mining, the mining width, the spatial position of upper pillar and lower pillar and so on, has been established by analyzing the field data of surface movement in multi-coal seam strip mining, which provides a feasible method to select the predicting parameters of surface movement in multi-coal seam strip mining.

The dynamic response of three soft seam is simulated by UDEC and compared with that of site monitoring, then got the stress distribution of caving workface .It is shown that the simulated vertical and horizontal velocity history of the slope toe agrees well with the monitoring results. The three zones can be divided, and it provides a theoretical basis for prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion in three soft seam caving workface.

In the coal industry, the design of coal quality management information system still has problems, such as the difficulty of system revision, the inflexibility of business logic expansion, etc. On the basis of studying about coal quality management process in depth, we design and implement a J2EE Web development framework in a higher level, which uses freemaker + webwork + ibatis + spring four-layer architecture to ensure that the framework is loose coupled and extensible. The running results show that this system effectively improved the efficiency of coal quality management and it has a broad application prospects.
