In order to meet the need of continuous and adjustable feeders with large capacity, a chain-belt feeder with large capacity and low driving power is invented.Its special structure and the drive principle can overcome the shortcomings of the existing feeders.Three calculation methods of the load for the feeder are introduced。With these methods,the load of the chain-belt is calculated.The result of the practical formula can coincid with the actual facts,so the method of the practical formula can be the design basis of the similar feeders.

In terms of a series of practical problems existing in hydraulic winders, such as low reliability due to random manual operation without reference, difficult in failure diagnosis of hydraulic system, so the condition monitoring system and fault diagnosis system were proposed. The hardware system was established based on the embedded computer SCM-7020 and extended modules ADT600. Software system of the condition monitoring system was designed by using Turbo C language and assembly language, to monitor processing conditions of hydraulic winders. Failure diagnosis expert system was established, through feature extraction and pattern recognition of condition monitoring dates based on analyzing feature mechanism. Practices show the condition monitoring system can monitor various parameters with simple operation, which enhances stability and reliability for hydraulic winders, and the fault diagnosis system provides scientific basis for rapid diagnosis and removal of hydraulic troubles.

Based on the first successful application of Chinese hyperbaric filter technology in Vietnam coal preparation industry, it is concluded that work pressure, dosage of addictives, particle size and concentration of feeding are key factors to decide the performance of hyperbaric filter. This technology has brought noticeable achievements in coal washerry slurry, and it has far-reaching significance in improving economical and social effectiveness as well as environmental protection strategy which is worth to be well popularized.

Blasting of Hard rock roadway with small cross-section near the coal bed account for great efficiency and low-cost, In order to meet this demands, basis on the lithological character and construction condition, the cutting form and blast hole depth are being optimized by cycling blast experiment and realistic writing of work procedure. Experiments show that the construction of small cross-section roadway gets better effect when the cutting form is duplex type with addition empty hole for assist. Design of blast hole depth should be considered to increase workers efficiency under improve the utilization ratio of blast hole.

Open-off cut in Ⅱ6119 working face is drivaged along the goaf, narrow coal pillar is used to isolate the goaf; coal and rock mass in narrow pillar is broken under the influence of mining bearing pressure from adjacent face; the immediate roof of the open-off cut is composite roof, and main roof contains fissure water. Influenced by these factors above, open-off cut roof is easily to separate and leads roof fall accidents. Based on the analysis of open-off cut damage causes and observations of the rock pressure law, the pillar’s width is determined, the design and support parameters of high-strength bolting for open-off cut along gob area with easy separation of composite roof are proposed, and its supporting effect is analyzed.

Based on later activities law of overlying strata of the gob-side entry retaining, regarded the deformation of immediate roof as given deformation, the paper builds mechanical model of immediate roof, and deduces computing formula of roof convergence by means of calculus of variations. According to concrete parameters of rock mechanics, validates the rationality of mechanical model, and studies on quantitative relationship between roof convergence and influencing factors. Through analysis and research, roadside supporting resistance has insignificant effect on roof convergence if elastic modulus of immediate roof is very large, and has significant effect if it is very small. When the thickness of immediate roof ranges from 3 to 11.5m, roof convergence decreases significantly as the thickness of immediate roof increases. If roadside supporting resistance and roadway-side supporting resistance are both very large, elasticity modulus of immediate roof will have an important influence on roof convergence; if they are both very low, elasticity modulus of immediate roof will have a slight influence. Roof convergence is linear increasingly with the width of roadway, the thickness of coal seam, the width of plastic zone and the rotation angle of immediate roof. Roof convergence is linear decreasingly with residual strength of coal seam and the width of roadway-side filling body. Roof convergence is in reverse proportion to the elastic modulus of roadside coal body. Through analyzing the relationships between roof convergences and influencing factors, the paper raises controlling measures which roadside supporting adopts the technology of combined supporting by stages and roadside supporting adopts the technology of advanced compound reinforcement.

According to mining geological conditions of fully mechanized sublevel caving face of 6206, height of water flowing fractured zone under medium-hard overlying strata is determined by the way of field measurement, numerical simulation and similar material simulation. Combining observation data of fully mechanized slicing mining in Wuyang coal mine, it is stated water flowing fractured zone height is in direct proportion to , and the proportional coefficient is 20.2, which is suitable for field condition. Experiential formula can be used to predicted height of water flowing fractured zone in similar conditions. It provides reference for determining dimension of coal pillar when mining under water bodies and water conservation.

According to theoretically analyzing the overpressure peak of shock wave of the air, and on the basis of researching the overpressure data of gas explosion of the lane of mine by means of TNT equivalent method, we established the prediction model of the overpressure of gas explosion of the lane of mine which is changed by the decreasing of the distance and the increasing of the volume. And at the same time we modified the model by the contrast of the measure value of the experiment. The prediction model can provide the theoretical basis of the design of the safety facilities of isolation explosion, the evaluation of the degeree of accidents and the investigation of the safety measure.

The main haulageways on the level -790m of a coal mine are railway laneway and conveyor laneway. They are located very close to one another. According to the design demand, the railway laneway were excavated prior to conveyor laneway. After the conveyor laneway excavated, The practice of the project showed that the concrete of vault and steelfabric were damaged, and floor heaved. Through analysis, The paper concluded that the excavation of conveyor laneway aggravated the destruction of railway laneway. Therefore the study of stress distribution rule of surrounding rock are very important. The results of hydro-fracture goestress measurement showed that the surrounding stress of conveyor laneway were evidently affected by the excavated railway laneway.

Stress of roadway surroundings plays an important role in supporting deformation and failure of roadway and the mine dynamic phenomenon, while drilling method is a common method to forecast rock burst. In this paper, adopting interpolation method, the entire roadway coal powder amount is obtained by linking the drilling data of excavation period. According to the relationships among coal powder amount, stress of roadway surrounding, and rock burst, the impact hazard of entire roadway in different regions can be obtained. In this paper, taking the drilling data of excavation period of a certain Mine 23130 Working-face as example, using interpolation methods, the different impact hazard region of entire roadway is obtained, which has a good match with the fact later. It provides a new approach for drilling method to detect stress of roadway surroundings and to forecast rock burst in regions level.

Abstract: Coal pillars of a neighboring seam are often subjected to concentrated stress in different directions, and rock burst may occur easily under a coal pillar. Based on the results of SOS microseismic monitoring system carried out in the mining progress of working face under the upper remnant coal pillar in Taoshan Mine, the spatial distribution and the changes in energies and counts of microseismic events were analyzed as well as the wave characteristics of signals. The results show that microseismic activity increases while working face is under a coal pillar. There is always a period of continuous increase or sharp decline of microseismic activity before strong tremors occur. The signals of rock burst have different characteristics, such as low dominant frequency, large amplitude, high speed, slow decay and so on. The results of this study will greatly benefit the prevention and control of rock burst hazards in mines affected by coal pillars, which have a certain theoretical significance and practical value.

The all-hydraulic track-mounted tunnel directional drilling rig ZDY6000LD(A) is a new type of drilling rig applied to the construction of coal mine gas pumping in tunnel. Based on advanced hydraulic techniques such as the load sensing technique and constant-pressure liquid pump, the drilling rig adopts open-type triple-pump hydraulic system that can decrease power wastage dramatically. The integrated drilling rig is suited to pump mine gas in coal tunnel because it is consisted of mud pump, electromagnetic starter and lamps, and all the equipment contributes to high operability, mobility, reliability and drilling efficiency of the drilling rig. The digitization design technique such as virtual prototype technique also contributes to shorten the design cycle and heighten performance of the drilling rig. The results of laboratory test and industrial test indicates the drilling rig bearing application prospect due to excellent performances of drilling rig.

About the motion detection of mine conveyor, it is required to have fast calculation and real-time processing features. Due to the complex mine underground environment and less information of images, the video images capture to the apparent light and noise, which would result in certain errors detection. Aiming at these problems, a method of motion detection of conveyor based on frame-difference has been proposed, which meets the testing requirements, while at the same time combines with characteristics of mine underground video images. Through segmented images and eliminated interference region, it can accurately and quickly determine the movements of the conveyor.

Beginning with the situation of safety production in coal mine and the flaws in traditional experiment teaching methods. The virtual reality technology for designing and developing mine virtual simulation system is discussed. A software-based design method is presented in this paper, which introduces the technology of making three-dimensional models, pasting charts and applying colors to drawings through 3D Max, and making interactive designs and conformity with Virtools. The common process and some methods to solve the hard problems for developing mine virtual simulation system based on 3D Max and Virtools are summarized. Taking the development of fully-mechanized coalfaces simulation system precession as an example, the process of application and design is described concretely. Finally, it is showed by experiments that the mine virtual simulation system developed with it has the characteristics such as reality, immersion, interaction and realization, etc.

This paper presents the structure of relay switch matrix and its basic control mode. It is stressed on the development and application of matrix relay in the PCB functional test system. The topology of cascaded relay switch network is proposed. The matrix relay and switch network can achieve the flexible connection of I/O pins in the tested PCB and signal resource and output processing without any hardware changes in the different test flows. The method can save the wiring and enhance the universality of system.
