Technical proposal optimization of Closed Combustion area Opening and control technology

Abstract: This article systematically introduces and analyzes the technical proposal and control technology under extreme thick coal seam with complicated underground conditions. The success treatment of this combustion accident of Bangladesh Brapukuria Coal Mine provided useful experience and be the base background of this article. The combustion area in 1110 mining face is featured for high sensitivity, complicated boundary of roadway and gates, thick coal seam and left coal in gob. Therefore the treatment is full of difficulties. By starting with risks analysis, the principle of treatment is determined with “intensive managing, considering possible re-combusting, isolating and ventilation control”. Reliable proposal of withdrawing of face equipment is worked out. Glue material injection to isolate the combustion area, ventilation control to prevent CO re-combusting is adopted, and other various measures are taken. “Y” type anti-venting is the first and creatively used to control CO content and moving pass at different stages. The CO content, temperature, air flow are controlled and meet the safety requirements. All the face equipment is recovered safely and smoothly. The project is awarded the second prize of science and technology of National Coal Industry

Abstract:The large angle mining face scraper conveyor oblique or inclined arrange. From the static state that the miner does not cut coal view, analyze the direction that scraper most easily glide and determine the critical condition that the scraper does not fall; analyze the direction that the miner cut coal and inertial force effect for that the scraper does not fall, then determine the critical condition formula that the scraper does not fall from the dynamic state that miner cut coal normally view, propose related measures finally; Conveyor chain and scraper shell produce mutual friction when the miner automatic feeding or coal face unevennessing lend to coal face scraper conveyor bend, that changes the scraper chain tension, then give the new model and algorithm to solve the tension value.It is useful for scraper adaptability and type selection, tension calculation and strength checking of scraper chain.

According to the practical problems of severe dust pollution near the loading point, the paper designed the automatic monitoring and spraying dust-settling system at the transshipment point of belt conveyors. The equipment, using the advanced Coal-line moisture measurement, monitored the coal moisture on the belt conveyer automatically. Then we can realize automatic sprinkling when the coal is dry and not when the coal is wet through sprinkler water application controlling. In this way, we could ensure dust-laying effect while water consumption was greatly reduced. It overcame a series of questions such as belt sipping and hydrops in transport tunnel because of the excessive water spraying. This equipment has been applied in coal mine for practical research and achieved good effect.

A coal granule image recognition system was designed and developed for on-site ‘s control automaticly , and now give some code of this system based on MATLAB. Used this system we can extract some characteristic parameters of coal granule images , and train the neural network by these characteristic parameters, establish a certain network, using which we can predict the coal index accurately, all the above can provide the reliable data basis for the control of on-site ‘s coal index.

In Construction of deep well drilling, heaving is always not considered in existing theory for freeze wall thickness design. Force size has been underestimated to a certain extent, it usually leads to a large deformation of frozen wall. For the safety of deep well drilling, the force of frost heave must be considered, but there is no reasonable method for forecast of frost heave in deep well drilling. Because of the direct effect of temperature field and the mature of temperature field’s testing, we can use temperature field to set the thickness and location of frozen wall, use coefficient of frost heave to calculate the volume of it, and than, we get the displacement field and stress field of frost heave. The results show that the forecast method can obtain the displacement field and stress field of frost heave which can meet the request of engineering.

It is one of focus issues to improve the coal reservoir diverting capacity, reduce exploration cost, improve coalbed methane wells gas production by using carbon dioxide foam fracturing. In this paper, LuLing coal mine coal bed was taken as research object, according to the isothermal adsorption experiment, the adsorption differences between the coalbed methane gas and coal carbon dioxide gas in research area was gained. According to the characteristics of carbon dioxide foam fracturing, the stimulation mechanism about carbon dioxide foam fracturing was systematic analyzed. Combined with LuLing coal mine, the technology of carbon dioxide foam fracturing was designed. Testing results shows that carbon dioxide foam fracturing can improve the gas production of coalbed methane vertical wells in a certain extent, it is of a good application prospect.

In order to find out the ground pressure characters of isolated island working face,resolving the stoping problems of coal pillars in Tunlan Coal Ming,which can increase the recovery rate of natural resources,some field observations were carried out at 12305 working face in this coal mine. Compared with the results of numerical simulation by computer,some conclusions are as follows:the ground pressure enlargement;the elongated length of cycle pressure;pressure subsections;increased pressure peak, location and influence area;and the increased stress concentration factor,etc. In field working,some positive measures have been taken into stoping,and have had successful and excellent results,which can supply some reliable data for other isolated island working faces.

The first large mining height full-mechanized coal face in Yangquan mining area is 15104 coal face of Sijiazhuang mine.In order to know Ground Pressure Behavior of coal face,we have a testing and analysis of 15104 coal face. The results showed that the first weighting interval is 35.8m, periodic weighting length is 17.9m, dynamic load coefficient is 1.48, pressure appearance of the central of coal face advanced 1~2m than the other and setting load of supports are on the low side.The results will have a certain guidance for the similar condition mining.

Under the environment of a high stress at deep coal mine, the surrounding rock shows a great deal of flowing characteristic. The support of coal lane has particularly become increasingly difficult to support, and the upper ventilation lane of 5121B10 working face meets such support problem at Wang Feng Gang Coal Mine. Therefore, this paper designs the parameters of interconnection support at upper ventilation lane of 5121B10 working face . and enhances support strength for the key position of surrounding rock so that its harmful deformation can be reduced indeed .Practice shows that the displacement of different points in the surrounding rock reduces obviously, and the surrounding roadway supported by Anchor-net-cable and strip can meet the large deformation of soft rock, and tunnel deformation turns to be stable, and all the above things can create a successful conditions for no coal-pillar gob-side entry retaining.

PengZhuang mining has bad geological phenomena such as joint fissures, thin shale rock softening serious while encountering water, etc. Large scale rock mass, around the horsehead, has been studied including surrounding rocks physical and mechanical properties testing, floor heave influencing factor analysis, controlling technology simulation in order to prevent soft rocks roadway floor heave deformation too large in that complicated geological conditions. A synthetic controlling method was adopted eventually containing grouting around full-face, jacking of floor using high strength long bolt and sidewall bolt and floor anchor, concrete concave crown. Surrounding rock convergence deformation was monitored for a long time around the horsehead, and the results showed that the total deformation amount was less than 5mm. It showed that the synthetic method was a good way to control bottom squeeze.

In order to realize safe and efficient mining in coal seams where there are outburst seams, it’s gradually an important research topic to study extra-thin protecting seam exploitation in preventing coal and gas outburst of china.Based on the geological conditions of the 11011 working face in cuimiao mine of zhengzhou coal group, change laws of stress,subsidence and expansion deformation of No.21 coal seam are investigated in the extra-thin protecting seam exploitation by using numerical simulation.The study shows that:seam deformation presents the change law which is compression, rapid swelling, swelling capacity reduces to stable value as the protecting seam keeps advancing;the expansion geometer of the point in the protected seam is “s”shape; the results of numerical analysis and field test are in agreement.

In order to solve the problem that the designs of interval distance of gas pre-pumping drills in many mines were usually based on the experience and lack of theoretical basis, the gas flow equation was built up. The space design program of gas drainage drills was developed. The changes of coal seam gas pre-drainage rate with time under different drills space were obtained, and the most reasonable drills space was optimized. The application in 4-2 coal seam work face in Chen Jiashan coal mine showed that: under the condition of 180d time and 30% gas pre-drainage rate, the drills space which was 5m was the most reasonable.

Through statistical analysis,with main factors including active fault,maximal stress,gas pressure,and gas content acting as the main discriminant,the norm and model of coal and gas outburst prediction pattern recognition are established,the pattern recognition method was used to perform cell prediction of coal and gas outburst possibility,then the mining area was divided into coal and gas outburst dangerous area,threaten area and safe area. This method can overcome the indetermination of one index and realize quantitative forecast including many indexes.The accuracy of forecast was improved.Through actual validation of Xieyi mine, the reliability of the prediction was tested and verified.

The gas content in the column flotation is one of the key parameters to determine the recovery capacity of concentrate and separation efficiency of flotation column. This paper discusses aeration rate and circulation rate effecting average gas content and gas content in axial direction. The results showed that the average gas content in flotation column increases with the aeration rate in the same case of circulation rate and the average gas content in flotation column increases with the circulation rate in the same case of aeration rate. The results also showed that the axial gas content in the bottom is bigger than the top in the case of low speed and small aeration rate, and the axial gas content in the bottom smaller than the top in the case of high speed and big aeration rate.

Aiming at the problem of coal slurry treatment in one coal separation plant,the properties of coal slime water were analyzed through X-ray diffraction and screening experiment,and the problems of flocculation and sedimentation were also test by experiment .The study on the influencing mechanism of properties of coal slime water and addition of agents was available for industrial treatment.The results show that the high concentration and clay content of coal slurry ,the fine grain size,strong negative charge determine the difficulty of settlement.So the coagulative sedimentation is necessary which required the coagulant first added then the flocculant .The dosage of coagulant and flocculant is required to be determined by further experiments.In the production practice coal slurry treatment by two-stage thickening could be considered to reduce the concentration of overflow and consumption of agents.

The fluidizing characteristics of two kinds of bore diameters Φ5μm(A)、Φ10μm(B) of gas distributors with none filter cloth, one filter cloth, and two filter cloths were researched. Experimental results show that using the kind of A gas distributor with the same number of filter cloths, the size of the bubbles produced is smaller and the bed density is well-distributed and stability with one filter cloth or two filter cloths, and that using the kind of B gas distributor, big bubbles burst and the bed rose and fell tempestuously and only with two filter cloths the bed waved gently. Considering fluidizing effect and power dissipation, the kind of A gas distributor with one filter cloth is the best condition of doing the fluidizing characteristics experiments.

Due to the conplex work enviroment of Steel-cord belt, a method of signal pre-processing for the magnetic memory signal of steel-cord belt based on wavelet transform is introduced. By using maximum modulus of the wavelet transform for singularity detection and denoising of the signal, singularity information of the original signal can be reserved after denoising. Using alternating projection method to reconstruct the signal can make the error smallest. Experimental results shows that magnetic memory signal of the steel-cord belt contains much noise. The signal is much smoother after wavelet transform and retains singularity information. This paper provides theoretical references for fault detection of the steel-cord belt.

Rock and soil is a part of geologic bodies, during the formation and the later reconstruction, it is affected by many complex factors. Geotechnical parameters are one of important factors which influence accuracy and reliability of slope stability analysis results. These parameters are mainly mechanical parameters, this paper introduces main methods to determination of geotechnical parameters presently, which are test method, empirical method, the empirical formula method, rock mass quality classification and determination of inversion method, analyses Main Factors affecting determination of geotechnical parameters and puts forward a comprehensive method about parameter optimization. In the slope stability analysis of some open-pit coal mine, by this comprehensive method, more reasonable parameter values were got, more accurate and reliable analysis results were obtained in determining the shear strength parameters of mudstone measured in the southeast slope.

In order to solve the problems of shearer path optimization in memory cutting, this paper adopted genetic algorithm for memory cutting path optimization of the shearer, and the test platform experiment results verify the feasibility of memory cutting path optimization. The original memory cutting usually caused deviation when the geological conditions of the coal-seam boundary changes, genetic algorithm was used to implement data processing and work status identification of the shearer, to carry out memory cutting path optimization of the shearer. The experimental results show that the path optimization of the shearer can be found fleetly and effectively in complex geology condition by the proposed algorithm, Optimization path is smooth and reliable which is useful for memory cutting and automatic control of the shearer.
