As the development of mining engineering ,the filling technology used gangue as filling aggregate is being studied and applied.In order to solve the problems of general rheological instruments can not test the parameter of slurry for the relatively large size of gangue in general. The use of existing laboratory mixers and power meter and power sensor considered the the traditional rotational viscometer as the parameter calibration instruments for self-calibration rheometer to identify the correlation between the two conversion coefficients, as well as self-rheometer for testing formula then measured coarse aggregate slurry rheological parameters, and analyzed the reasons for self-rheological instrumental error.

The channel characteristics of coal mine tunnel are always mutative with the different sectional shapes and rock traits. To enhance the networks performances, we’d better to make sense of the communication contexts and application’s requirements. In this paper, we analyzed the topology for wireless cognitive networks in coal mine, designed cognitive networks architecture for colliery tunnel (CNACT) based on current networks facilities and communication means. CNACT was mainly composed of three parts, i.e. environment aware engine, application interface engine, calculation and decision making engine. The model could cognize both the user’s demands and channel parameters, solved some problems of current networks, such as learning ability, adaptability and decision-making.

Grouting hole has solidified into a reliable theoretical basis, to highlight the soft coal pressure injection curing agent (mortar), increased intensity of coal and strengthen the weak structures of coal and rock the ability to resist deformation. Numerical simulation using ANSYS drilling around the coal and rock stress, strain and displacement distribution, and before and after curing stress, strain and displacement parameters are analyzed with the stability of coal and rock before and after curing the law. Through appropriate selection of cured slurry extraction drilling parameters, drilling and grouting unit extraction sampling, in order to test the cure after the extraction of coal drilling stabilizing effect, in the field of trying to use.

In most Chinese high gas mines the convergence between mining and digging was nervous. The pre-pumping time was not sufficient, which brought out large gas emission and difficult control during mining. In order to solve this problem, closed joint tunnel-drilling gas predrainage technology was introduced. In the mine area without being exploiting predrainage tunnel was digging in advance, in which the coal seam drillings were constructed and could be as a long-term pre-pumping. The predrainage test in Du’er ping mine of Xishan Coal and Electricity Power of Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co.,Ltd indicated that closed joint tunnel-drilling gas predrainage technology could Significantly improve the gas concentration and achieve a true sense of “draining gas before mining” which was of great practical significance for improving the gas utilization efficiency and promoting the safe production and environmental protection.

The problem of Hydraulic support's support is important around the safety in production and improving work efficiency. This paper puts forward a kind of strategy, which use wireless sensor technology, and send the collected signal through sensor module to the Monitoring substation of Mining face by wireless module. The Monitoring substation send the received data to the communication substation of gateway through CAN bus, and then the communication substation of gateway send the data to the monitoring room up-ground through the Ethernet. The system realizes the acquisition, processing, transmission and analysis of the pressure signals of hydraulic supports on coal mining face and makes a totally monitoring on coal mining face, laneway and monitoring room up-ground come true.

Effects of dewatering drying process on low-temperature oxidation activation energy of the coal

In this paper, the low-temperature convective drying technique of high-moisture low rank coal was carried out. And the oxidation law of the coal in the drying process was studied by TGA. The kinetic parameters of coal samples before and after drying were obtained through the use of Arrhenius equation, and the effects of different drying conditions on the oxidation and spontaneous combustion properties of coal was discussed. The results show that the water in the coal can be reduced from 30% to 15%, and low-level heating power increases from 18.63MJ/kg to 23.51MJ/kg under the condition of drying 10 min with 170 ℃ hot air. The activation energy of dehydration increases and the activation energy of recombination of coal and oxygen reduce with the hot air temperature and the time increasing. It is indicated that the difficulty of dehydration of coal gradually increase and the rate of reaction of coal with oxygen gradually speed up. In the drying process, the coal oxidation was enhanced and the spontaneous combustion tendency increase. In particular, more than 170 ℃, the time over 10 minutes, the coal can be deeply oxidized, and the spontaneous combustion tendency rapidly increased.

The traditional two-level SVPWM algorithm is applied to a three-level inverter, which can reduce the computational complexity of the algorithm. Hybrid SVPWM, which subdivides the sector through the change of the sequences of vectors, is applied to three-level inverter. Experiment results indicate that this method can decreases the fluctuation of waveform, reduces the harmonic component of current and improves the control accuracy.

Color is a key factor in the technology application for scientific visualization, it can make the expression easier. In this paper, temperature distribution of hollow ball is analyzed. By establishing one mapping relations for temperature and color with color cards, the temperature distribution in hollow ball is shown by color curved surface directly. The method is applied to cold crucible temperature field visualization. It is shown that temperature distribution reflection by color cards and color curved surface that accomplished by AutoLISP in AutoCAD is feasible.

The top coal moving principles at s1103 panel in Xinyang coal mine, Fenxi mining group, are investigated by in situ monitoring. The ground pressure distribution in the full mechanized caving mining panel is also studied. Based on the characteristics of mining conditions in site, the top coal moving features during the process of mining are obtained. It was found that the stiff roof strata condition is helpful to improving the recovery of top coal without pretreatment to the roof. The investigation on the top coal moving features in Xinyang mine can provide useful experiences to other similar design project in underground conditions.

Amid to the methane accumulation problem of the upper corner angle area, 5323working face of LVJIATUO Coal Mine was researched. Through the theory analysis and field measurement, the source of gob gas and it’s migration rule was analyzed, the height of gob caving zone and fractured zone was researched. Basic on those, the drilling parameters of high level borehole were determined, and technical measures of high level borehole drilling were used. The result shows that, the high level borehole gas drainage technology achieved good effect on gas control,and ensure safety in production of the coal face. At last, the problems and solving countermeasures of high level borehole in the process of Field Application were put forward, layed the foundation for the wide use of high level borehole gas drainage technology.

Adsorption tests for phenol-containing wastewater from a coking plant were carried out using specially-made activated carbon. The reaction mechanism and influencing factors for the treatment of phenol-containing wastewater by Specially-made activated carbon are mainly studied. The influence of dosage of Specially-made activated carbon,pH,temperature and time on decomposition of phenol was studied. The proper conditions of treatment of phenols-containing wastewater by Specially-made activated carbon were fixed. The results show that when 150mL phenols-containing wastewater from a coking plant is absorbed by Specially-made activated carbon with dosage of Specially-made activated carbon about 10g,with 6.0~7.0 pH value, at room temperature, the phenol concentration of effluent is 0.296mg/L, and the treated water sample can reach Urban sewage treatment plant pollutant emission standards.

In this paper study sieving test and Rise-2002 laser particle size analyzer were used to mensurate the particle size distribution of the coal powder. The testing results indicate that bulky coal grains conform to the Rosin-Rammler distribution and -180 mesh fine coal powder conform to the normal distribution. According to the particle size distribution, we studied the effects of particle size and moisture content on fluidity of coal powder in three hoppers with different semicone angles. The results suggest that when the semicone angle is 30°, the flowability of coal powder performs the best; under the certain moisture content, with the coal powder particle size increasing, the flow charateristic becomes worse; with -180 mesh coal powder content increasing, the fluidity also becomes worse, and when the content comes up to 10 percent, the coal powder cannot flow freely because of the compression arch in the hopper; under the certain particle size distribution, with the moisture content increasing, the behaviors of fluidity strengthen firstly, and then weaken gradually, and when the moisture content comes up to 10 percent, the cement adhesion arch is formed in the hopper and makes the coal powder lose the flow charateristic.
