According to needs of the stripping technology in fifth period extension and the stripping characteristic of marl, Proposing four kinds of matching mode between new and the existing semi-continuous system, are independent distribution, unite arrangement but independent feeding, independent distribution and feeding, and canceling continuous technology system. Comparing these ways, eliciting unite arrangement is superior plan in initial stages of semi-continuous,truck-crushing station system and bucket wheel are arrangement in parallel,are respective feeding. The continuous system is canceled later, it will predigest the stripping technology of marl.

Abstract:The paper expounds the benefits of the system that neutral point grounded through the arc-suppression coil. The paper focuses on analysing the single-phase ground fault of the system that neutral point grounded through the arc-suppression coil with series resistance and carries out the fault simulation using Simulink toolbox of MATLAB, verify the correctness of the analysis. Finally, the paper chooses the selected-line theory for the system that neutral point grounded through the arc-suppression coil with series resistance, and adopts identification of time sequencing theory.

The paleo-sinkholes which develop extensively in North China coalfields may cause serious geological hazards such as surface subsidence, interfering production and endangering human lives. Based on difference in physical property between paleo-sinkholes and its ambient rocks,α-card survey was integrated with micro-gravitational survey to determine location of the paleo-sinkholes with geological data. The results show that evident geological effect can be obtained by α-card survey and micro-gravitational survey to define location of paleo-sinkholes.

The similar material simulation is used to study the law of surface movement and supporting due to deep mining.Taking a mine of Xinjie Mine area of inner Mongolia autonomous region as geologic background,one modle is made.It is used for simulating the condition of surface displacement,strata-pressure behavior and support fundamental parameters in workface.The results of research provide a scientific basic for strata pressure behavior law of depth mining and they are of very important reference value for further research on stope roof control in deep mines.

Feasibility of mining large section working face was studied to steep and thick B4+6 seam by means of numerical simulation tool at Liu Dao-wan coal mine in Urumqi mining area. The result shows that block which lay in gob area above working face could downward fill gob with trough shape and effectively support roof strata, avoiding dangerous of large-scale rock collapse because of increasing of mining range from strata control aspect. The experiment proves that large section mining is feasible to steep and thick B4+6 seam at Liu Dao-wan coal mine.

To improve the design of scientific, rational and security in mine roadway supporting, according to the selection of parameters roadway request, visual expert system was applied to the mine roadway design, which built a database of geological and rock mechanics roadway cross-section database. The use of BP neural network model and the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model has established roadway parameters of numerical calculation library, which implemented on a roadway surrounding rock classification, roadway design and drawing , as well as three-dimensional visual modeling of the integration and automation with computer. And the system has been proved to be effective in practice.

This paper uses Uroica to analysis underground stress rules and roof movement in 621-01 working face in Western Nalinmiao No.2 Mine. Based on actual survey and theoratic Knowledgement,coal roof, without direct roof but basic roof is sandstone with higher strength,stress rules have been disclosed. The finding of stress rules for intial pressure and peroidic pressure from basic roof will benifit minining in semilar operation.

By Studying on technique of network planning overall scheduling and optimizing power-on or power-off, operating efficiency was increased, pick-up time was decreased, enormous economic benefits was created. By technique of network planning, time of power-on was 1285s in Coal Washery of TangShan Mining. By preliminary optimizing technique of network planning, time of power-on was 660s. By ultimately optimizing technique of network planning, time of power-on was 505s. So time of no-load running was reduced to 780s (about 13min). If time of no-load running was 10min, power rate could save 310,000 yuan every year; in the same time, production time could add 1800s, producing a greater earnings was 6,960,000 yuan every year. 7,270,000 yuan could be saved by energy-saving and synergy every year

According to the structure and working principle of hydro-pneumatic suspension of trackless rubber tire vehicle, this paper builds the nonlinear mathematical model of hydro-pneumatic suspension, the virtual prototype of hydro-pneumatic suspension is built by using ADAMS/Hydraulics software. Simulation is carried out by different frequencies and amplitudes of sine wave on the hydro - pneumatic suspension system, and the characteristics of stiffness and frequency are analyzed, which provides the theoretical basis for design calculation on the hydro - pneumatic suspension system.

In order to improve the quality of ultra-clean micronized coal water fuel , a process autocontrol system of ultra-clean micronized coal water slurry preparation by ultrasonic intensify treatment has been developed based on virtual instruments. The data of coal water slurry preparation has been managed and shared by the software based on LabVIEW. By use of fuzzy control arithmetic, the technics parameters of ultra-clean micronized coal water fuel preparation are optimized. The granularity and its distribution of ultra-clean micronized coal water fuel fulfilled the qualifications for using in internal-combustion engine.

The main procedures of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were described, and the main factors that affect the stability of mining roadway surrounding rock were introduced. The stability of mining roadway surrounding rock was classified through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, then a man-machine coordination interface was realized by VB program, and the interface greatly simplifies the process of calculation in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Through inputting seven index values of the roadway under prediction on the interface, the prediction results will be obtained quickly. In practice, the stability of mining roadway in Jiaoxue No.2 Coal Mine of Zhengzhou Coal Industry (Group) was determined as Ⅳ type through the method of fuzzy comprehension evaluation, and reasonable support form and parameters for the mining roadway were determined by engineering analogy.

The research of coal permeability and its damage under different form of load has great significance about the coupling of mining pressure field, mining-induced fractures field and gas flow field. Based on permeability experiment, the coal permeability is determined under the process of loading-unloading of axial compression and confining pressure. The experimental results were fitted. The test results show that coal permeability declines with the increasing axial compression or confining pressure, respectively following the law of power function decay and the law of exponential decay under the process of loading-unloading. The decrease extent of permeability declining with confining pressure is more stronger than with axial compression.The permeability recovery capability under the process of unloading confining pressure is more less unloading axial compression. The permeability is damaged and irreversible under the process of loading-unloading.

It is researched the application of light-burned coal series metakaolin superfine powder to 950℃ by Raymond mill in refractory castable. The results show that alumina tundish dafety-lining castable can be completely replaced by light-burned coal micro-powder to manufacture a new kind refractory castable with a low cost and long life span, high content of mullite, low coefficient of dilatation, high intensity and with little expansion in use. The substitution can decrease largely the product cost of refractory castable.

Based on the character and the occurrence condition of rockburst in fold areas, the main reason of rockburst was analyzed,and the targeted prevention was proposed.It is concluded that zonality,orientation,high strength and floor-type shocks of roadway are the important featurer of rockburst behavior in fold areas.Through the measurements of middle-hole and deep-hole blasting,coal seam infusion and deep-hole blasting of hard-roof, the hazard of rockburst in fold areas can be effectively reduced or eliminated.

Our country is one of the countries in which gas disaster is the most serious in the world.Gas becomes the main factor which threaten the mine safety production,so the main problem of mining workface safely is gas explosion.The paper takes the technology of controlling gas during mining the key stratum 2371(1) workface in the distant range coal seams as an example. the technology of gas drainage in the protected coal seam is reported and implemented also,which makes the rate of gas drainage reach up to 88.54% and returns the density of the air-return way to be lower than 0.6%,mining coal and gas safely come true in the face of the short-distance coal seams. The results of the research can be applied under the similar condition coal mine.

Based on the Fast Lagrangian Analysis of Continua calculation program, this article considered the traditional anchorage system as cable-grout-surrounding rock of separated transformer from the law of the pre-stress anchor’s load transferring and anchorage mechanism. The various destructive forms of anchorage system and judging equations were established. The following anchoring effect influencing factors such as pre-stress, anchorage length, anchor cable rigidity, the property of rock and soil mass were simulated by the numerical method. At last, the broken process of anchorage system was dynamically simulated by pull-out test, and the obtained results were credible and more closely accurately compared with the existing conclusion. The reliable reference for the practical application of engineering were provided and the further studies were pointed out.
