For the problems in classification of fly ash at present, the chemical constituents and physical properties influencing the quality of fly ash was analyzed,and degree of finess,vitric,loss on ignition, K2O, SO3 and CaO are chosen as the criterion indices for classification of fly ash, the pozzolanic activity of fly ash are consider,a classification method of projection pursuit was established,optimized its project direction used Ant Colony Algorithm,and the model is applied to classifying in an example. The evaluation results are accurate,this method is simple,and some errors were eliminated because of the subjective factors for traditional methods. Projection Pursuit is a new evaluation method of judging and classifying of the quality of fly ash,it has provided scientific basis to comprehensive utilization of fly ash.

The rising global energy demand connected with the aim to reduce the carbon dioxide emissions offers new perspectives for innovative processes for the more efficient utilization of fossil fuels. In this paper, the effect of temperature, pressure and pressing time on the dehydrating NeiMeng E Ji’s lignite in the Mechanical/thermal experiment were studied, as well as the desulphurization of the lignite. The results show that Mt could be reduced to below 12.5%, by more 60% at 160℃, 7MPa and Pressing time 30s; and the sulphur removal could get 45% at the conditions.

Based on the achievements of early works,the visualized optimization design(VOD)method, together with relevant research significances, objectives, research flow and research tool are synthetically postulated. The Top-coal Hydraulic Support design can be comprehensively fulfilled, taking a Top-coal Hydraulic Support as example, the VOD proposed was applied to studying its designing process, assembling process, analyzing intensity, kinematic state and working process, and the result showed the validity of the VOD. At last, the application results revealed that the VOD can improve the design quality of products in an all-round way.

The research of roadway supporting technology without the pillar becomes increasingly more and more important, as the coal resource is less and the depth of the mine increases. It is proposed the application of super high pre-tension supporting technology in the gob-side roadway driving, based on the surrounding rock of roadway control theory and the super-high bolting support technical system. Surrounding rock deformation under the super high support is studied by the local industrial experiment and the mining pressure monitor. The result reveal that this technology can enhance the bearing ability of the roadway surrounding rock, improve the stress distribution of surrounding rock, control the roadway deformation effectively. This essay combined the industrial experiment of Xie Qiao mine 1251(1) transport roadway analyze the surrounding rock deformation in the gob-side driving. The results shows that the support effect is good and control the deformation effectively.

The purpose of the article is to reveal the double-disk dual-network of shotcrete layer on the stress distribution of surrounding rock influences, and the double-disk dual-network shotcrete layer structure and ordinary concrete self-bearing capacity of shotcrete structure. Article on the two different load-bearing concrete structure mechanism is analyzed, and through computer simulation of two different structures surrounding rock stress of quantitative research results show that the double-disk dual-network concrete structure has not only changed the force the state of a single network supporting concrete, making it the confined concrete, but also makes the rock stress concentration significantly change the situation, the findings on the soft rock roadway supporting the theory has a very important guiding significance.

The paper studied dozens of reagents as combustion-supporting agent of coal by the method of calculating weight-loss after static combustion in crucible. The results show that the catalytic effect of some traditional combustion-supporting agents such as manganese is inferior to that of some new materials not been reported such as carbamide, citrate, ammonium metavanadate, etc. So we believe that these materials have potential to be new type of combustion-supporting agents of coal powder that be injected in blast furnace.

The steel wire is widely used in mine hoist. The steel wire is replaced when it is not fracture. To solve this problem, a detection method of steel wire crack based on Digital Image Process is proposed. The image is acquired by CCD camera, and the crack is detected by edge detection. The alarm is occurred when crack is detected and the alarm is handed down to the upper computer. Experimental result shows that the detection precision is high based on Digital Image Process, and the resource waste is reduced.

Based on summarizing of seven representative gas ratios, this paper analyses the characteristics and variation curves along time of fire gas ratios using amended calculation methods of Oxygen deficiency in a fire-zone sealed due to spontaneous combustion. The result of research shows that comprehensive application of some ratios can determine the status of combustion more accurately in a hidden fire-point and sealed fire-zone. JTR is weak to indicate the type of fuel when fire is faint. In analyzing the temperature of fire-zone, some individual high temperature points would be neglected. The size order of ratios at different places can provide guidance for ascertaining the position of hidden fire-points and key regions in fire-zone.

Based on weights allocation method in rough sets theory, this paper converts the questions of determining weights into that of estimating significance of attributes among rough sets, by which knowledge systems are built through making attribute value into eigenvalue, then the weight of a risk assessment model is computed by analyzing the support and significance of forecasting method for the evaluated object. The proposed approach reduces the subjectivity of traditional methods for weight determination, and makes risk assessment more objective and practical, thus improving the precision of risk assessment for coal working face. The result of the research can also be used as the foundation for decision-making of coal mine safety production.

In the paper, a novel boost matrix converter (BoostMC) based on Boost circuit and AC-DC-AC matrix converter is presented, by connecting a Boost circuit worked under the high frequency on middle direct current link of AC-DC-AC matrix converter. Through utilizing boosted function of boost circuit under the high frequency pulse condition, the voltage transfer ratio of matrix converter can be increased remarkably. Meanwhile, the conception of reference input voltage was shown to adjust reactive power of BoostMC and BoostMC could be reactive-load compensation equipment in electric network. It discussed discontinuous conduction mode of Boost circuit and analyzed mathematic model, circuit topology and control strategy of rectifier, inverter and middle boosted circuit of boost matrix converter. The simulation results demonstrated that the validity of theoretical analysis and modulation strategy presented, in which maximal ratio of voltage transfer is above 1.0. The waveform of output voltage is similar with sine wave perfectly. The harmonic of output voltage is around of switch frequency and slightly influenced.

Designing a portable gas detector with MCU ATmega128L and it is small size, easy to use, carried by mine staff conveniently. Gas sensor MQ-4 senses the gas concentration in the surrounding environment, and output a homologous analog voltage value, which is quantized by the AD transform channel of MCU, and can accurately determine the gas concentration in the surrounding environment after fuzzy logical algorithm. It will alarm to tell workers to withdraw from scene immediately and adopt effective venting practice, when the detected gas concentration exceeds safe preset value. The gas detection equipment is high precision and fast, can early warn gas outburst events effective, reduced the false alarm rate greatly by fuzzy algorithm, which provides a reliable guarantee for the safe production of coal mine.

The novel power supply has the features of small volume, low weight, multiple input voltage grades and wide range of output voltage grades. The article has also introduced a solution that bi-directional switches chopped PWM converter which is used to reduce the voltage grade for implementing a Transformerless Illumination Power Supply.
