Abstract: Fold structures are often seen in the geological disasters construction of coal mine。 And we know that the fold is formed by the horizontal stress squeezing the rock strata ,.And in high-stress state there are a large number of elastic energy within the folds, so when we mined the fold, the original stress state of the fold is the destructed, which will inevitably lead to the occurrence of microseisms.And the rockburst and microseisms are always hand in hand. As a regional, real-time, dynamic monitoring tool, Micro-seismic monitoring technology for the prediction of rock burst and other geological disasters, disaster prevention and mitigation are entirely feasible. In this paper, combined with spectral waveform and the mechanical analysis to the fold,we study the activity patterns of the microseism which used the data monitored by the mine microseismic system when mining the fold.

The fault mechanism of VF61 frequency converter in coal shearer is analyzed and studied. The paper indicates that the main reasons of VF61 frequent converter fault are vibration, dampness and cooling. Detailed measures about vibration reducing, damp protection and cooling are presented based on interior structure, so that the fault rate of frequency converter could be reduced, and it could provide references for frequency converter fault servicing.

Coal and gas outburst area elimination is the key to guarantee coal mine safety. A new measure, called hydraulic flushing, was described and studied in detail, and the mechanism of hydraulic flushing was put forward and analyzed. The in-situ experimental results showed that, while driving roadways with severe outburst proneness, not only the stress surrounding the strata but also the gas in coal seam was released efficiently and thoroughly after the new measure was taken, thus the airpermeability and drainage volume were increased dramatically, which has a potential effect to prevent and control coal and gas outbursts; The adoption of “3 step drainage” measure had prevented gas exceeding the limit, which guaranteed coal mine safety with much obvious economic and social benefits.

[Abstract] Through the analysis of the belleville spring in the ZDY650 drilling rig, a new kind of hydraulic chuck that used the cylindrical helical-coil spring instead of the Belleville spring was designed. Choose cylindrical helical-coil spring with rectangle cross section for this new king of hydraulic chuck. Stress analysis of the rectangle spring was done using ANSYS software to meet the design demand. With this configuration the reliability of the clamp was improved, the use demand was met, good impression was gained.

Based on hyperbolic Mohr strength criterion and the ultimate equilibrium principle, the ultimate pullout force of prestressed cable is studied. The ultimate pullout force of prestressed cable is related to the rock type, the shapes of rapture surface, grouting pressures and compressive strength of rock, etc. The results show that the grouting pressure increases, the ultimate pullout force of prestressed cable increases also. It can provide theoretical supports for some prestressed cable engineering practices

Abstract: Based on the factors influencing rock mass stability ,and information revealed by drilling, 51-72 Coal seam section rock mass stability was researched by using one-way analysis and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. The results indicate that block fracture and fragmention is the main structure, Medium development and comparative development of folding deformation degree is major,combined rock mass strength is between 30MPa and 45MPa accounting for more than 60%, Region of siltstone – mudstone dominates most of the 51-72 coal seam section. On the whole ,extremely unstable area and unstable area accounts for 65%,relative stable area accounts for 25%, stable area accounts for10%. The evaluation results agrees with the revealed the exposing situation,and supplys scientific basis for roadway's layout and choice of support patterns.

The support of roadway in high stress area have become a complicated technique problem which restricts coal mine safety production in the process of deep mining. The 1070 transport tunnel of Weijiadi colliery had repaired for several times for the high stress and geological structure effect. It influenced safe service of the roadway for serious deformation and unstable state. This paper analyzes the source of high stress and failure characteristics and forming reasons of the 1070 transport tunnel. Based on the results of every test section broken zone, the combined repair scheme of bolt-mesh-anchor and bolt-grouting support is defined. Filed studies showed that repair scheme is reasonable, and the deformation is controlled in the allowable region after repairing.

To study the feature of the coal water slurry of the magnetic water, CWS is made of Jixi bituminous coal, magnetic water(distilled water, piped water and coking waste water)and it’s density is 60% , through orthogonal experimental method, test the water quality, magnetic time, magnetic intension on the performance of CWS. Find that the magnetic water is the most important factor, followed by the magnetic intensity and magnetic time is little, the best preparation condition is the distilled water, magnetic intensity for 0.547T, magnetic time for 10min.

Backfill mining has become one of the key technologies for green mining. Be coupled with the conditions of experimental area in Suncun mine, we developed a gangue paste-like filling technology, and analysed the optimal ratio of technical parameters about the combination filling materials, as well as researched the optimal order for adding to backfill material. The result show that using gangue paste-like fill technology in mine is feasible; the optimal ratio of technical parameters about the combination filling materials are that cement, mass ratio of fly coal ash and gangue is equal 1:4:15, mass concentration is 70% to 72%, addition quantity of water reducer is 1.0% to 1.5% of the total mass of cement and fly coal ash; the hydration reaction of cement, fly coal ash and gangue is a phased and multi-level process; the adding order of filling material is adding cement, fly coal ash and water reducer firstly, and then adding gangue according to the calibration proportion.
