Abstract:Selecting right type of bellows expansion joints plays a important role in running pipe network.The article mainly introduces selection of expansion joints in the L-shaped tube.By comparing the three compensation ways,a plane tri-hinged expansion joint,double tied expansion joint and bend pressure balanced expansion joint, a plane tri-hinged expansion joint with little deformation stress and without stress at blind flange can mitigate greater vertical and horizontal hot dis-placements,it is a better choice.

The edges detected with Green’s function are greatly affected by the noise and the threshold value . To solve this problem, anisotropic diffusion equation is used to eliminate noise. Threshold segmentation algorithm with the improved exponential entropy is used in Green’s function algorithm. And the improved particle swarm optimization is used in the threshold segmentation. The improved green function edge detection is introduced to the welding seam image processing. And the defect of usual edge detection methods in antinoise ability and precise locating ability is made up. Simulation result shows that edges detected with improved algorithm are fine and coherence. And the influence of noise is low. The effect is very good.

To extract subsided land is a matter of ecological restoration .Making full use of spectral information and spatial texture feature ,subsided land extraction is realized based on object-oriented method .Firstly, filter is reconstructed by morphology,and image is reconstructed by morphology,after multi-scale segmentation by watershed segmentation,image is segmented into closure and Independent regions,and the spectral feature,form feature and texture feature are calculated for the basis of classification;then features are selected on the basis of thematic extraction.Lastly, subsided land is extracted by classifier in the light of selected features. object-oriented method has better accuracy than other methods.

DEM simulation are applied for the analysis of combination mining covering rock destruction law . DEM simulation results indicate that increasing supporting resistance of powered supports can decrease the height of fractured zone above working face. Heightening upper mining level of coal seam under unconsolidated aquifers water body with high hydraulic pressure can succeed by increasing supporting resistance. The research provides theoretical basis and practical guide for decreasing safety coal/rock pillars under unconsolidated aquifers with high hydraulic pressure.

The outburst of 4# coal seam is dangerous in Shaqu mine, and gas problems are seriously hindering the mine safe production. The coal seam gas in workface was controlled through pre-pumping and drainage while mining. The Flow equation was established based on Percolation theory and Diffusion theory. With the actual situation in Shaqu mine, Maximum drilling spacing was obtained to meet the extraction time and extraction rate requirements. The maximum drilling spacing was as the rational arrangement of spacing of pre-pumping and draining while mining, which ensured the economic and efficient borehole construction.

Mine transmission travelling belt longitudinal tear is a big problem of mine belt protect. At present, detection of belt longitudinal tear in accuracy and reliability can not meet the requirement. With the development of digital image processing it’s widely used in the industrial inspection, giving a method on the belt longitudinal tear using digital image processing and using ant colony algorithm optimizing canny operator. The experiment result shows that the optimal edge detection is an effective detection method of belt longitudinal tear.

On the basis of obtaining mechanics parameters, a simulation model of induced depth of seam floor was built. The extant of induced depth of 12 coal seam floor. the water pressure, exploitation progress effect on the induce depth of seam floor was analyzed. The research shows that the induced depth of 12 seam floor is changed with coal exploitation. After 20 years, the induced depth is about 23m, it is very closed to practice, which is about 18m.

Fully mechanized sub-level caving face is a complicated non-linear system, and the selection of equipment and technological parameters for coal drawing and the forecast of recovery rate of the face are complicated non-linear problems which are difficult to solve with traditional mathematical method. A Neural Net- work model is established to predict face recovery rate, to select shearer and powered supports and to optimize coal drawing method and interva1.The results of actual application indicate that the model is precise and reliable to deal with non-linear relation among factors, and has larger practical value.

According to the unusual change situation of gas emission in Xin’an Coal Mine, with the gas-geology theory, by means of analyzing systematically the gas geological data of coal geological exploration and mine research,it analyzes various geological factors which affect methane occurrence of Xin’an Coal Mine.because the second mining area is effected by syncline in the western and eastern and thrust fault in south, the gas raises rapidly, magmatic rocks invade coal seams in the form of bedrock, the telemagmatic metamorphism makes coal seams have further gas generation, and the gas is sealed into the coal seams, simultaneously magmatic rocks invade crack and roof of coal seams, which play a sealing role in dissipation of coalbed gas, that is also the deeper reason of gas accumulation whose reason is that magmatic rocks invade zones.

Abstract: Roadway driving along next goaf during approaches face advancing will suffer the effect of dynamical pressure in whole course caused by structure adjustment of fracture, rotary and touch gangue in main roof in adjacent section. Thus the deformation in roadway is large. The vertical stress in surrounding rock is obtained by FLAC2D numerical calculation, showed that it has significant difference to vertical pressure distribution in roadway driving along next goaf in stable goaf edge, the former peak point which is elastic-plastic juncture is farther away from the goaf. Based on the deformation features in surrounding rock in roadway driving along next goaf during face advance, the control principle of surrounding rock is put forward: the reasonable pillar width; the high intensity and large elongation of rock bolting using in the roadway as well as improving the narrow pillar intensity through prestressed pair puncture anchor cable and grouting reinforcement technology. The engineering practice is carried out in LiMin Coal Mine and achieved good results.

Accurately selecting gas geology index for regional prediction of gas outburst is the key to guarantee the high precision of gas prediction. Various factors contributing to coal and gas outburst is analyzed, and the index prediction is combined with gas geology method, tectonic soft coal and gas content is put forward as the two indexes for regional prediction of gas outburst, which provides technical support for mine scientific management and improving economic benefits of safety. Finally, putting Zhangji Mine as an example, Zhangji Mine’s regional prediction of gas outburst is realized by use of the selected indexs.
