According to the present situation of coal production and the development of ZigBee technology, design the node for linkage alarm system of coal mine gas. The node can work independently to detect gas concentration of surrounding environment, once the gas concentration exceeds the default safe value it will notice the other nodes through a wireless network and sent out acousto-optic alarm to let all staff move out. The experiment confirms that the node works stability, ease of installation, low power consumption, and network performance is reliable, very applicable to the field of coal mine safety.

In order to reveal the inherent mechanism and patterns of rock and ground movement, enrich and develop the theory of mining subsidence. After analyzing the characteristics of Zhaogezhuang coal mining,Piershen Ⅲ function model was proposed, it has the second development for Matlab graphics and data analysis functions by Simpson numerical integration through the principle of least squares method, Selected examples of using this model to fit and have the theoretical prediction, as well as the model testing, arrive at the corresponding rock movement parameters. Following it analysis characteristics of ground movement and deformation and the special nature of mining damage, these features is an important guiding significance and practical value for study on laws of mining ground movement and deformation.

The engineering geological condition and geological structure development of LIU Dian-GENG Huang roadway site were introduced, and influence of fault zone soft rock for roadway engineering construction has been analyzed. The analysis results showed that the largest non-balanced force would be not convergent when the roadway through fault zones;The maximum displacement of surrounding rock was 105 mm and reached the plastic zone failure. Which offer an important reference to analysis the feasibility of construction of the roadway engineering.

The research indicated that the development of tectonic coal is necessary condition of gas and coal outburst occurred. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the distribution and development of C13-1 Coal seam tectonic soft coal on Pansan mine using well logging curve combined with expose of the coal seam, and found out the distribution characteristics of tectonic soft coal of Pansan mine. The results of study show that coal bedding-slip fold caused by north-south overthrusting played the main control role in the tectonic soft coal distribution and development of C13-1 Coal seam on Pansan mine, the main reason why local tectonic soft coal was thickened is the fault structure and the overlap structure where fault and fold meet. Understanding of these influence factors provides the foundation for outburst hazard region division.

The physical characteristics of the rock mass in the soft rock roadway is analyzed by means of researched the repair engineering of the rock roadway in the Hebi Fifth Coal Mine. Three dimensional finite difference code FLAC3D was utilized to reappear the failure process of the soft rock roadway with the former supporting method and the deformation and failure mechanism of the roadway in the cracked surrounding rock mass was studied and the main factors affecting the stability were obtained. In the end, this paper provided the stability control strategy for the soft rock roadway at great depth—integrated coupling support technology. The application in the engineering show that this method can control the stability of the deep roadway effectively, which supplied the theoretical and practical foundation for the safe production and sustainable development in deep mining.

The gas over-limited in mine is an important reason of gas explosion accident, so the gas monitoring is an important protective measure of the gas explosion accident. Aiming at the disadvantages of gas monitoring system in coal mine at present, a monitoring system of methane optical fiber sensor based on the ZigBee wireless network transmission technology is researched. Methane optical fiber sensor has the advantages of fast measuring、good precision and stable. Combined with advanced ZigBee wireless network transmission technology, the system can fast and real-time measure the gas concentration and its distribution in a mine stope. It is great important to analysis the rules of the gas distribution in stope accurately, predict of the gas outburst effectively.

Abstract:The Gas Forecast Technology and the Principle of Artificail Neural Networks were combined, MATLAB neural network toolbox was used to predict gas content of Qian Jiayin Mine in BPmodol. Nine characteristic indexes which influence the gas content were selected, the network was trained using thirteen learning samples, the relation of influence factors and the gas content. The experimental show that the results accorded with the actual Gas Content well,and the neural net can used to predict the gas content exactly.

Through analyzing main problems of underground mine wireless communication system and introducing principle and characteristic of spread spectrum communication, it is pointed out that spread spectrum communication about RAKE receiving technology is comported with underground coal mine, it can reduces the effects of mine environment to communication system, especially it may overcomes some defects caused by multiple-path effect and noise, including feeble anti-interference ability and poor speech quality. A novel RAKE receiver architecture is presented based on signal delay modules, and delay arithmetic is simulated. The simulation results show that effects of multipath fading could be reduced by using RAKE , and BER could be decreased else .

Analyzed the coal dust samples we collected, mensurated the minimum ignition temperature of coal dust layer and coal dust cloud in different diameter range. The results showed that the minimum ignition temperature of both coal dust layer and coal dust cloud was reduced as the coal dust diameter minished. The minimum ignition temperature of coal dust layer was reduced as the thickness of coal dust layer became thinner. In the same diameter range, the minimum ignition temperature of coal dust layer was lower than coal dust cloud. Analyzed the difference between coal dust layer minimum ignition temperature and coal dust cloud minimum ignition temperature. give some viable suggestions to dust prevention in coal mine.

This paper attempts to extend the use of drilled compacted pile on the slope soil , based on laboratory soil test and theoretical analysis, it is proved that the stability of the high loess slope have been improved, then anchor and framework for further reinforcement is used with the treated slope. Application examples show that the use of drilled compacted pile to high loess slope can improved soil mechanics characteristic, and combined with the anchor and framework measures, The effect of treatment is a reliable, and easy to construct, to save the project investments, with a certain application prospect and promoted value.

According to these technical problems of 112201 working face in Meihuajing Coal Mine, including large span open-off cut in working face, silty mudstone roof being prone to degradation and softening in water and the problem of broken roof support, parameter of bolt support technology for large cross-section open-off cut under silty mudstone roof has been defined by test on rock sample of the roof of cut-hole in 112201 working face using X-ray diffraction and research on the influencing factors of the unsteadiness of silty mudstone roof of cut-hole in water. Field practice shows that:Bolt-Beam-Net support technology can solve the support problem of large cross section open-off cut under silty mudstone roof effectively, and can provide technical assurance for the production of fully mechanized coal face safe and efficient.
