Abstract: On the one hand, vigorous development of the logistics industry releases a huge profit margins, on the other hand, the logistics cost of the coal industry has been living in the forefront of the industry. Faced with this situation the article will explore, the original material management of coal enterprises sector stripped out to establish third-party logistics companies as a new value-added point is feasibly, and put forward a third-party logistics enterprise development strategy.
