Improving Mining Rate of Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Face in Shallow Hard Thick Coal Seams and Its Practice

In order to improve the low mining rate of fully mechanized top coal caving in shallow hard thick coal seams, this paper, based on systematic analysis of coal loss composition, researches the technical measures in improving mining rate at fully mechanized top coal caving face from equipment selection, mining roadway layout, caving technology optimization, and other aspects. Recovery coal box is firstly adopted to reduce the coal caving loss. The research results have been successfully applied in Ehuobulak Mine with the working face mining rate of 84%, which can provide a reference for fully mechanized top coal caving in similar conditions.

Abstract: Initial research was did dealing with surface miner(SM) and the SM- led continuous system on aspects of its operation features, structural styles and application actuality. Application prospect of this equipment and its operation system in China were made. At last, calculation equations of surface miner operation efficiency were given. Based on the advantages it owned, surface miner may act as principal mining equipment aided by shovel, front-end loader and other equipment. It may also be adopted as an assistant in open-pit mines. Obvious economic benefit will be made due to this new system, which should be generalized actively and its operation experience must be accumulated.

Through analyzing the water inflow by years of Xinzhuangzi mining area of Huainan city and its characteristics of drainage quality,improves the disadvantages of old drainage treatment technology,uses a new process of mine drainage treatment. After analysis on the mine drainage quality which before or after the water treatment,It shows that the new water treatment technology is better to control the water quantity and quality,it also has the strong processing and purifying ability to the mine drainage with high suspended solids,high dissolved solids and high organic. After the comprehensive utilization of mine drainage,it makes the significant economic benefits and realizes the resource utilization of mine drainage.

The permeability in key aquifuge of caol seam floor was analyzed by instantaneous permeating method in complete stress-permeability test. The strain-permeability curves of the key aquifuge under stress have been analyzed and the permeability change rules of different rock have been studied. The results show that permeability from large to small in turn is: sandstone, alumina clay, mudstone, limestone. Besides of lithology influences rock permeable, but also the size and change speed of stress, the primary crevasse and the later period crevasse expansion way and transfixion way.

Abstract: The effect of the preheating on combustion rate and reactivity of Lu'an chang cun pulverized coal under different preheating temperatures is discussed and the aim is to research the rules of combustion rate and CO2 reactivity. According to the actual geological situation of 10 coal stata in sun tuan coal mine of HuaiBei Mining Group,this paper analysised the migration law of the 10th coal seam roof using rock beam theory, and tested the theoretical analysised results making use of the data from field observation, as a result,theoretical calculation accordanced with field observation. Devoted to studying the law of cover-rock movement in the course of mining in the shallow seam under thin base rock, the paper discusses the simulation of 2301 face by F-RFPA software in the Yuyangmine, dynamically reproducing the destructive course of coal roof and offers cover-rock movement law governing the shallow seam under thin base rock. The results also showed that during the destruction of overlying strata, filling separated strata can control the Height of Water Flowing.

For further study on the force and deformation law of frozen wall and freezing pipe, in the process of freezing sinking for intake shaft of South Region in GuQiao Mine in Huai Nan, study of field measurement on the inside and outside frost heaving force of frozen wall is carried out. The measured results show that: in the process of ground freezing, the inside and outside of frozen wall all have a very significant frost heaving force, and the most horizontal frost heaving force can reach to an time of the initial ground pressure. During shaft sinking and lining process , frost heaving force will release in advance and the release reached the maximum when the shaft excavation to testing formation. After test depth of excavation, horizontal frost heaving force slowly recovered and gradually tended to stabilize. The change of pore water pressure experienced the initial stage of freezing and icing before the rapid growth phase Because of the deviation of freezing hole and the accumulation and release of the inside and outside frozen wall, which aggravated force and deformation of frozen wall and freezing pipe and might lead to fracture of freezing pipe and damage of frozen wall, which threaten the security of freezing shaft sinking.

The analysis was performed on the safety factors of three calculation methods for soil slope stability when the water content, the height of the slope, the slope angle and the parameter of the sheer strength of soil varied. It is pointed that the differentiation of safety factors between Sweden and Bishop has little changes. And the slope angle is the significant factor of the differentiation among them.

Gas overrun in the high gassy coalface is a main disasterridden factor of threat to the mine’s safety , based on hydraulic extrusion experiment at 3410 fully mechanized coalface of Qinan mine, this paper has introduced the principle of hydraulic extrusion technology which fracturing seam and squeezing gas,and have been field test,made the gas in the coal seam had released in the maintenance work time and reduced the gas concentration when coal mining.Considered field test and data of effect test, it showed that hydraulic extrusion technology is an effective technology measure which equipoised gas concentration and prevented gas overrun at high gassy coalface.

In order to effectively improve reliability and rationality of supporting parameters, Multi-elements Balancing and Dynamic Feedback method (MBDF for short) of mining roadway supporting design is put forward. Also its mechanism is explained. MBDF emphasize the overall application and comprehensive coordination of many theories and methods as well as their subordinate theories and methods. As the initial supporting parameters is close to the actual need, MBDF can effectively shorten the time of dynamic feedback. The determining process of 1361 roadway supporting parameters proves the feasibility of MBDF in practice.

Remote sensing (RS) is a kind of technology and science to obtain abundant information of matters without touching. The technology possesses comprehensive, accurate, objective and time-saving characteristic. Geographic information system (GIS) is a system to collect, store, manage, analyze and represent the spatial referenced data of global or partial ground surface and space related to geographical distribution,and to provide the valuable information for planners and decision-makers as well as scientific research. By combination in RS with GIS, has inestimable advantages compared with the traditional methods, and is highly practical in the planning of mine field development and arrangement. In this paper, by using the medium-scale Landsat-7 ETM+ data and large-scale air-remote sensing data as basic information source and considering the basic mining data, the planning information of mine area and important mine field is analyzed and synthesized. The database of mineral resource planning is established. The result has provided important references for effective science layout of mine field, resources management, safety production and aided decision.

Nowadays market competition which has not been the competition between one enterprise and another enterprise is competition between supply chains along with social and economic development. Because inventory cost is an important part of supply chain cost, so reducing the inventory cost has always been playing an important role in promoting competence for enterprises. The coal mine enterprises always keep high inventory levels to meet daily production needs because of the limits of their production characteristics. In this paper, a dynamic ordering and inventory controlling model which is applicable to coal mine material was proposed and applied on the example of Zhengzhou Coal group company. The result indicated that the inventory volume can be cut about 50% to 70%.

Abstract: Current mining taxes system of China was analyzed in order to promote reasonable exploitation and utilization of coal resource. Assessing policies and codes dealing with two principal compositions of special mining tax in China were introduced, which were the resource tax and the mineral resource compensation tax. Several special international mining taxes were discussed such as the Premium, the mining rent, the additional profit tax and the exhaustion subsidy. Resource tax and mineral resource compensation tax in China were analysed in the point of the tax law. In accordance with the special mining tax actuality and the situation of our country, integrated analyse was carried out aiming at the reformation advice put forward by current domestic scholars and the mining tax policies abroad. It is put forward that the collection price of resource taxes should be increased; the collection mode should be on the base of the resource reserves, the tax rate among different resources should be extended, the collection of mineral resource compensation tax is modified that our country own the rights to the absolute value and the differential value of mineral resources, the collection object is the State, the special funds should be cancelled, reform advice is also proposed that other taxes must be set.

With the growth in the length of longwall face, time consumption in mining keeps on increasing. As a result, the mass production and working efficiency are limited; moreover, it brings difficulties to the roof management in long wall face with ultra length. On the basis of previous researches and the current level of mining technology, conception of mining technology with multi-shearer in long wall face is proposed and some problems that call for solution are analyzed in this paper. The results show that it is theoretically feasible for mining technology with multi-shearer, which gives rise to output in the working face indeed.
