The traditional supply-logistics management method made a series of inefficiencies in the supply of coal enterprises’ logistics management. Based on s thinking of supply chain management, coal companies could based on the complexity of the supply market and the importance of material indicators, part material into four classes: strategic raw materials、important materials、 bottle-neck materials、general materials. Part the suppliers into four classes by the type of raw materials’ type, adopt different strategies and supplier management and inventory procurement strategy. In supplier management, focus on strengthening the strategic cooperation and erect the supplier evaluation system for strategic partners, so that a reasonable and important elements of partnership and guidelines established.

Three inclined roadways below main level-panel assisted system, panel assisted transportation system and panel belt system-in Xinyuan coalmine lies between coalface 310101 and 301201. They will be dig southwardly from 3# coal seam to 15# coal seam with altitude from +490m to +390m. The aquifers in course of digging are Shanxi team sandstone aquifer K7, upper member Taiyuan Formation aquifer K6、K5, middle member Taiyuan Formation aquifer K4、K3、K2~K2下 from up to down. These aquifer are confined and there is especially water abundance aquifer K2~K2下 with max head of pressure 2.6MPa, single hole water inflow 30m3/h. Thesis taking panel belt system for example design logical scheme of detection and draining water according to actually condition through 3 parameters decision below: ①safe thickness of declined roadway floor,②plastic breakage thickness of roadway wall rock,③estimate water inflow of roadway.

In this paper, OHSMS and evaluation of modern safety management performance in coal mine are combined to establish an evaluation index system of modern safety management performance in coal mine, and the weight of every evaluation index is determined, so that the performance rank can be divided; Moreover, with the theory and methods of BP neural network, using the software-matlab6.0 as a platform, the level of modern safety management performance in coal mine is evaluated and forecasted. Therefore, the evaluation mechanism of safety management in coal mine will become more perfect and the level of modern safety management in coal mine will be improved fundamentally.

In order to improve the excavation velocity of hard rock drift, the blasting parameters and muking and transporting scheme were designed and optimized.The site experimental results show that the excavation velocity of rock drift is greatly improved, and the drill footage per month is increased to current 90 metres from 60 metres. After blasting operation, the rock blasting fragmentation is homogeneous, casting distance is small, and drift molding is good. This construction technology is high efficient, safety and enough of maneuverability, which offers guidance for the similar engineering.

On basis of analysis of abutment pressure on coal floor of gob-side roadway and concept of equivalent load, the simplified mechanical model of roadway floor is established. Based on this new mechanical model, the calculation formulas of relative vertical displacement is deduced by the displacement solution in elasticity for semi-infinite body under strip load in the planar strain problem. The vertical displacement change law of floor is analyzed in Xin Zhuangzi mine, which proves that the torsion of coal floor is one of important reasons for the destruction of the roadway, and the corresponding reinforced measures are approached. The vertical displacement change law is consistent with the real monitoring data.

According to occurrence condition of coal seams of this mine field, combining with the production experience of Halagou mine, different gangue exhaust roadway designing schemes were in detail introduced. Comparative research was made in quantity of mining, backfill quantity of gangue, construction technology and economic benefit. And then the best exhaust roadway scheme was choose that accordance with the production practice of Halagou mine. The position of gangue exhaust roadway, construction technology, and gangue exhaust system are all relatively simple. After production practice and application research, the benefit of gangue exhaust roadway in dealing with mine stone disposal was found. It realize the target of environment protection, high efficiency, saving cost and land saving. Furthermore, the idea of green mining was incarnated and more economic and social benefit was created. This design and application scheme can offer valuable reference and basis for other mine with the similar condition..

The application of pre-precipitation—coagulation—efficient water cycle clarify—valveless gravity filter—disinfection process in treatment of coal mine wastewater was introduced. It was showed that when the influent water quality of mine wastewater were 6000m3?d-1, COD100~270mg?L-1, Oil 1.0~20mg?L-1, SS 60~1500mg?L-1. From the results of operation and monitoring, the quality of effluent was stability, and met the design requirements and the standard of class 1 in Coal Industry Discharge Standard of GB 20426-2006.

Base on the Hydro-geological and Engineering Geology Investigation , Rock Mechanical Test , the application of theory to improve the dynamics of groundwater traditional under the border of the strip mining process to predict water, At the same time, mining for Shizuishan of the geological background, the establishment of three-dimensional numerical model to predict Water-inflow. Results show that GWM is more precise, the method of water-inflow is studied under different mining condition, with a view to the process of mining the rich mine of forecasting methods, to reduce the water hazard on the threat of coal mine production safety.
