Abstract: The traditional supply－logistics management method made a series of inefficiencies in the supply of coal enterprises’ logistics management. Based on s thinking of supply chain management, coal companies could based on the complexity of the supply market and the importance of material indicators, part material into four classes: strategic raw materials、important materials、 bottle－neck materials、general materials. Part the suppliers into four classes by the type of raw materials’ type, adopt different strategies and supplier management and inventory procurement strategy. In supplier management, focus on strengthening the strategic cooperation and erect the supplier evaluation system for strategic partners, so that a reasonable and important elements of partnership and guidelines established.
