Through study on the major factor effected on the roof strata fracture along dip direction above coal, the control mechanism and technical countermeasure for surrounding rock deformation of roadway driving along goaf in deep well are analyzed, according to 1116(1) coal face in GuQiao Mine, combined with field engineering geological condition, numerical analysis about different coal pillar width of headentry of the working face was carried out with UDEC, the finial reasonable width of pillar is given. It is of extended significance for determination of coal pillar width for roadway driving along goaf with similar condition in other coal mine.

The existence of collapse columns threatens coal mine safety in production,especially threatens coal roadways’excavation and long-term stability.In this paper , based on the analysis of the grouting strengthening collapse column’s mechanism ,the special geological conditions of the 13216 coal face in xieqiao mine was background to describe coal roadways’grout-reinforcement technology of how to cross geological anomaly areas of collapse columns in safety, and carry out applied research. The engineering practice shows that the deep bore bottom gronting reinforcement technique can ensure the long-term estability of the roadway. In the process of mining , the size of roadway cross section is more than 10m2,which can meet the need of mining production This technique is of great referential significance for coal roadways’ supporting under the same conditions.

Abstract: According to coal pillar crusher and violent strata behaviors of surrounding rock of roadway in engineering practice of roadway driven along next gob and heading adjacent advancing coal face on track transportation tunnel of 2409 coal face on Chensilou coal mine, stability of rock around roadway is analyzed and this article considers that the key of the problem is special schedule and spatial location. This article puts forward a supporting thought by strengthening the roof and coal pillar and primary support.Pertinence supporting parameters has been designed for the complex geological condition of 2409 track transportation tunnel. High strength anchor bar, the steel band of model M, metal net and anchor craning beam joint support has been used in the project. Engineering practice show that maintenance result of roadway is good.

Before starting Gob-side Entryretaining at F26071 roadway,roadside support was designed and calculated by combining the roof and floor lithology of test roadway,at the same time a reasonable parameter of roadway support was determined;The process of roadside packing was introduced and it was determined the filling materials were high-water rapid hardening materials whose water-cement ratio was 1.5:1.Industrial experimentation shows that the casting effect and take top effect of roadside packing body are good,and the maintenance situation of roof in roadway is also good by the high strength bolt and anchor cable support.The results of gob-side entryretaining achieve the expected purpose ,ti create favorable conditions for mining face rapid development and high yield,high efficiency and low cost production.

The coal seam in Huang Lan mine area belongs to the typical “hen-roost shape”, which is steep and extremely complicated. There are tremendous variations in the coal seam’s direction, tendency, thickness and dip angle, making its occurrence very unstable. Generally speaking, the direction of coal seam would vary within 30 meters. The thickness of coal seam would turn from minable to unminable, or may even thin out. And the angle would go forward to its reverse direction. Therefore, even the relative stable coal seam will be hardly without any changes within 100 meters. This thesis focuses on the coal seams under such complicated conditions. It proposes the exploitation idea of “prospecting first, mining last”, and develops three mining methods to adapt the “hen-roost shape” coal seams through optimizing the drift layout and ventilation route, which solves the problem of safety exploitation for coal seams with big dip angle and provides a new approach to the coal mines with southern characteristics.

For the gas emission of adjacent seams was large and it was difficult to be controlled the status of the gas disaster, Shanjiaoshu coal mine made a cut & control gas control technology which was applied of the 21129 mechanized mining face and achieved good gas control effect: the concentration of air gas in the upper corner and return decreased by 0.6% and 0.5%,floor gas concentration decreased by 1.2% , flow of gas extraction improved by 6-10m3/min, the concentration of gas extraction improved 10%-60% and the average daily production of coal increased from 1200t / d to 5000t / d or more.

The characteristics of mine water quality with high suspended solids and high salinity in Taixi district of Pingshuo No.1 coal mine were analyzed. The design parameters and the operation effect of the mine water disposal project were introduced. After pretreatment process of pre-sedimentation, clarification and filtration, the ultrafitration and reverse osmosis process were used for desalination. The operating practice of more than two years shows that the technology has the characteristics of reliable performance, good effluent quality, simple management and operation, and has certain application prospect.

Coalmine water disaster not only directly threaten the safety of coal production, but also a serious threat to the safety of miners. Based on years of researches submersible pump drainage system design and experiences of fighting against water disaster, we provide the use of horizontal pump and submersible pump drainage pump instead of the traditional bottom-hole center pump station with prevention water gate, which greatly improving the water disaster resistance capacity of the mine, so that prevention and treatment of water from the passive shut off into active control water. Practices have proved the horizontal pump and submersible pump drainage system is an efficient scheme for the risk of sudden flooding of the mine to solve normal drainage and mine water disaster.

Taking auxiliary haulage roadway of No.110202 working face in Qingshuiying Coal Mine as study object, the primary factors of floor heave of roadway in inclined coal seam are analyzed, and the mechanical model for floor heave is established in accordance with the circumcircle theory and Rankine’s earth pressure theory. The surrounding rock pressure formula of roadway floor in inclined seam is deduced, and the mechanical mechanism of floor heave is obtained. Because the vertical stress in loose rock of roof and two sides of roadway transfers to the floor, the horizontal compressive stress and active and passive plastic zones are formed in floor, when the surrounding rock pressure of floor in passive plastic zone exceeds its strength, floor is damaged and moves to the free space, then the floor heave is formed. The roof-sides-floor system structure support pattern is proposed for controlling floor heave of roadway in inclined coal seam, and used to the auxiliary haulage roadway of No.110202 working face. The numerical simulation results show that the roof-sides-floor system structure can control floor heave of roadways in inclined coal seam effectively.

The surrounding rock deformation mechanism of gob-site entry in deep-mine high pressure was analyzed. Based on the typical tests to the two gob-site entry in PanSan coal mine, and used numerical calculating method the rational coal-pillar width is seven to eight meters in the gob-site entry in deep-mine. The support principle of roof and both side of gob-site entry in deep-mine were proposed. The results of engineering test in site show that the anchor cable truss support was mainly responsible in proof support, and in additional to the cable support, meanwhile the lengthening high strength cable in both side support could be better solving the problem of the surrounding rock deformation control of gob-site entry in deep-mine.

Using Flac3D, three-dimensional numerical simulation of bust-prone experiments about coal-rock combination at a coalmine was studied. Through changing height scale (1:1,1:2,2:1), intersection angle(0°,30°,45°)between coal and rock, and different rock , the influence of different combination modes on its bursting potential was researched. It was shown that the height scale and intersection angle between coal and rock had little effect on compression strength of coal-rock combination, the damage energy index and the elastic energy index increased as the thickness of rock increased , and the damage energy index and the elastic energy index reduced as the intersection angle increased. The character of rock had greatly effect on compression strength of coal-rock combination, and the damage energy index and the elastic energy index increased as the intersection angle increased.

Abstract:In order to study the law of Water inrush due to underground excavation in hangingwalls and footwalls of faults,FLAC3d was used to establish numerical model,combined with Zhaogu Secong Mine’s Normal fault F109 ‘s actual geological conditions. This article studies the coupling of the Seepage and Plastic deformation fields and the changes of the Surrounding rock stress and displacement.The simulation results show that the fault activation and water inrush is a progress that the Seepage and Plastic deformation fields couple Mutually. when the working Face was arranged in the hanging wall, the displacement of the floor is larger and so is the Vertical stress beared by the hanging wall. The hanging wall and the foot wall have different influence on the fault activation, and it is safer to arranged the working face in the hanging wall of the fault.

In order to study and analyze the effects of confining pressure and lithology for sedimentary rock’s permeability characteristics, complete stress-strain permeability characteristics test to two typical sedimentary rock- sandstones and mudstones of Geting Coal’s 11601 workface with a lower confining pressure was done,. Studies show that the permeability of sandstone always kept a high level after complete failure, the permeability of mudstone was significantly decreased due to the effects of lithology after complete failure; the changes of fractures caused by confining pressure lead to the changes of permeability characteristics. Permeability characteristics of sedimentary rock at low confining pressure was studied, research results have greatly guiding significance for floor water invasion protection.

A new method by combining new heuristic genetic algorithm and machine learning algorithm with the Least square wavelet support vector machines is presented. The experimental results show that, with improved BP neural network and PSO-SVM compared two algorithms based on GA and LS -WSVM prediction algorithm converges faster, more accurate.

Intercalation and un-intercalated coal bearing kaolinite after milling were examined by scanning electron microscope, particle size analysis and specific surface area. The results show that the particles size of coal bearing kaolinite by intercalation and exfoliation is greatly related to concentration of intercalating agent, solid-liquid ratio of solution and the mass of coal bearing kaolinite slurry. The exfoliation can be complete in a short time (2h). The diameter of the ball proved most suitable for the exfoliation is 0.8-1.2:1.5-2.0:2.0-2.5=3:2:1. The speed of grinding shows 1200r/m is good. Contrary to what is observed in the grinding treatment, ball-milling after intercalation did not lead to the amorphization of kaolinite, and the particulate have high aspect ratio according SEM images.

Electronic total station without prism can measure the points with no synergic target. Based on this function, the authors collect the monitoring data of the upper and lower level. Besides, their geometry centers are obtained by Auto CAD. And then the authors calculate the headframe inclination based on the distance of the two centers and as well as the height between two levels. The authors put this method into practice of a coal mine in Shandong province, trying to prove its feasibility. The distance of the two centers is 73mm, the height is 36.037m and the angle of inclination is 0.002.According to the experiment, this method is more efficient in monitoring than the traditional one.

Abstract: In order to solve the issues of the traditional anchor stress sensor with fewer resources, more power, system architecture miscellaneous, we use MSP430F436-100 as the core design mine anchor stress sensor. Its structure is simple, easy to use, the use of micro-power circuits and program design, the anchor stress can be automatically transformed into standard electrical signals through the CAN bus to its associated equipment. At the same time, it will show anchor stress, when the stress exceeds the alarm value, the sensor give out the sound and light alarm signal. Through the commissioning, it can effectively monitor the anchor stress, improve the management level of safety production in coal mine.

The phenomenon of low coal sci-tech input and sufficient input power has existed in China for a long time. However, there are few studies on coal sci-tech input in academic circles. Based on the evaluation index system composed of 14 indices including productivity utilization rate and the degree of fully-mechanized mining ect, the paper evaluated the input dynamics of coal mines enterprises science and technology by means of the unascertained cluster. The result that 9 coal mines among 24 samples belonged to the fourth class was consistent with the actual result, which showed that the input dynamics of coal mines enterprises science and technology in China was insufficient, requiring strengthening the management of the input dynamics.
