Study on the size of Water-inrush Barrier from Alluvial Aquifer for Exhausteded Mines

Shallow coal resources have gradually been decreasing in North China. After years of mining, alluvial aquifer has been fully exposed and partial dewatered, water-inrush pressure has been reduced. Types of water-inrush barrier from alluvial aquifer are rationally reduced, which is an important way to extend the life of exhausting mine and improve the recovery ratio of coal resources. In this paper, taking Jing Gezhuang coal mine, in KaiLuan as example, we came to the value of height of water flowing fractured zone through comparing the consequences, which were respectivly got by basing on criterion, field measurement and numerical simulation. The value made the size of water-inrush barrer from alluvial aquifer sucessful in the east part of mine area, where the height of coal pillars changes 60m from 53.5m and the quantity of liberated coal is 20.713×104 t. Not only will it be to extend the service life of the mine, but also to bring social and economic benefit.

According to the engineering geology of the Zheng-hang coal mine, the construction graph of inclined shaft in Surface Soil State is designed. This paper calculates the structure internal force using the straight wall arch lining structure models (Considering the elastic resistance ). The calculation results show that the structure must be reinforced in order to ensure safety of the structure. This paper has a guiding significance under the same condition.

Surface movement and deformation has some peculiarities for the mining of the shallow and thick coal seam. Based on the surface movement observation of 2304 working face in Han jia wan coal mine, mining strata movement parameters are analyzed, the main factors which influence the formation of surface cracks in the gob are proposed and the failure mechanism of surface movement and deformation are studied for the mining of shallow coal seam and thick loose bed. Correlative parameters are presented and scientific basis is established for the coal mining under buildings, rail and water and the leaving of the safety pillar in the future.

Abstract In order to obtain an effective foundation stability evaluation methods of goaf, Xiangnan mine of Jinyan in Huaibei was taken as an example, based on the collection of geological data, using the method of probability integration, quantitative evaluation to the residual settlement and the influenced range of the goaf was made. The position between the influence depth of load of building and the development height of caving rock-fracture zone in goaf was researched and qualitative evaluation to the foundation over the goaf was made. The feasibility for the building over the goaf was demonstrated. It put forward the Corresponding security protection measures to the building over the goaf and technical basis.

Abstract:The distribution patterns of surrounding-rock stress and strata behaviors are two key factors in road way layout and coal pillar design. Numerical simulation,similar simulation test and comprehensive field observation were carried out to investigate the distribution patterns of surrounding-rock stress and strata behaviors of light-supported fully mechanized top-coal caving face (LFMTC face ).strata pressure behavior of the gob-side entry driving in the island mining face is strongly severe, it is difficult to supporting roadway. This paper based on Gubei coal mine1212(1)full mechanized working face .It analyzed the geological environment ,the roof and floor of the coal bed firstly,then made a plan for strata control observation ,did an actual measure and analysis of the fully mechanized support working resistance , and the roadway wall rock distortion ,resulted the law of the ground behavior. So it can make a nice technique condition for high-out put, high efficiency, safety and low expend.

In order to research the advanced detection technology and its feasibility in the coal roadway tunneling by electrical method .The hazards made by water-contained geological structure of mine-tunnel ahead are analyzed firstly. We also build the simplified physical model of water-contained geological structure, and transform it into the equivalent circuit for easy study. Then the induce polarization (IP) model of water-contained geological structure was made and be accessed into the Simulink model of geologic abnormal, by which we can get the changing curve of apparent resistivity and the values of the . The Simulation of detection results are coincide with the electrical parameters of the IP model. From the curve can be seen: simulation results parameters and electric shock detection model of the electrical parameters are basically the same, so as to confirm the basic idea of electrical detection and provide the feasibility for exploitation electric-method advanced detection instrument based on Induced polarization effect.

Fault is one of the important reasons causing floor water invasion of coal seam. It shows that the water irruption quantity of fault is large, the water bursting source is the limestone water of the cambrian mainly, and the types of fault water inrush is diversity through the characteristic analysis of all previous fault water inrush in the bilateral area of China Pingmei Shenma Energy Chemical Group. It also can be found that water inrush quantities of faults present positive correlation with the water inrush channel area of faults, the porosity of fault zones and the water pressure value of aquifer by the water inrush quantity calculated of main influence faults. The fault type, water inrush quantity, cutting the cambrain limestone aquifer or not and the water pressure value of aquifer are chosen as discrimination factors, through which the risk of fault water inrush can be divided into four kinds. With this method, twelve strips of main influence faults in China Pingmei Shenma Energy Chemical Group are classified, where the number of the first risk fault is four and that of the second one is three. Lastly, the water control measures are proposed for the reference of the engineering sites.

Abstract:Failure feature of seam floor is analyzed with numerical simulation software. According to actural data information and theory of fluid-solid coupling ,the feature is sumulatied under different advancing distance,different water pressure and different confining stratum thickness, and some conclusions are obtained.During exploring procedure, water pressure makes seam displacement increase and surrounding rock stress evidently concentrate especially near to water conducted zone,and the result truly reflects the failure feature of seam floor under water pressure .The advancing distance of the first increased displacement and stress just matches up to the advancing distance of firstweight . It is practicable that numerical simulation can simulate and analyse mining under water pressure and predict firstweight. the conclusion can be referred in fluid-solid coupling analysis of coal-mining and the mechanics of water inrush from seam floor.

According to the essential characteristics of spontaneous combustion of coal, the author evaluated identification methods of domestic and foreign major spontaneous combustion tendency of coal, pointed out the inadequacies, and gave this method of using 100 ~ 200 ℃ rate of oxygen to evaluate high and low of coal spontaneous combustion tendency through kinetic experiment of oxidation and pyrolysis about coal. Author calculated activation energy through using the primary chemical kinetic mechanism, and compared correlation analysis of activation energy and oxygen consumption with actual ignition period. Author proposed comprehensive evaluation about spontaneous combustion of coal on rate of oxygen and activation energy.

With the advances in IT and monitoring of diagnostic techniques, large-scale mechanical and electrical equipment at home and abroad has already begun by the regular maintenance and fault repairs to shift to predictive maintenance. Large-scale mechanical and electrical equipment of domestic coal is still used regularly maintained and overrun fault alarm overhaul usage patterns. This affects the safe operation of equipment status and life .In this article designs are based on the equipment to predict the maintenance of the technical concept, for mining the main fan for the detection and diagnosis of shortcomings, from equipment failure mechanism, combined with the overall requirements of fault diagnosis and monitoring of the main fan to design real-time monitoring stations, and the initial performance of the wind turbine as a whole based on the performance evaluation algorithm of the SOM neural network model assessment.

This paper presents an effort to investigate the Danshuigou area by observing the macro geologic characteristics of the Danshuigou fault and the microstructures of the tectonites, analyzing and sorting the joints. Combining with the geologic development of the area, it replays the geologic evolution of the Danshuigou fault: extension in late yanshan period, compression in Sichuan period, and a superposition of a contemporaneous normal fault in Himalaya period. In the first and second periods, the Danshuigou fault had controlled the formation of the Danshuigou mine.

The application of dynamic ice storage technique in mine cooling can transfer a part of peak electric loads of the day to valley loads of the night effectively and reduce the cooling costs substantially. This paper presents the system diagram of mine cooling with ice storage above the ground. The optimal ratio of the base load and its corresponding static payback time under ice storage condition were obtained, by economic analysis and calculation program development. The result showed that this optimal ratio related only to the system load. And it is cost effective to apply dynamic ice storage technique in the mine cooling system when the prices difference between high and low power demand periods widens.

To increase the separation performance of hindered fluidized bed, an internal, which consisted of several inverted cone-shaped perforated plates with no tops, was proposed in this work. The effect of plate inclination-angle, interval between plates, and water velocity on the separation performance of a hindered bed was investigated. Experimental results show that inclination angle is not a significant factor for the ash content of clean coal. The clean coal ash decreased (increased) gradually with increasing interval (water velocity). The ash of clean coal can be controlled to less than 10% at an interval of no more than 6.51cm or a water velocity of no more than 20.14mm/s. The clean coal yield decreased (increased) gradually with increasing interval (inclination angle). Moreover, a higher water velocity is beneficial for increasing the clean coal yield. Under optimized experimental conditions, the ash of 1.5~0.25mm fine coal can be reduced from 21.57% to less than 10% with a clean coal yield ranging from 70~83%.

Through the research on the mechanism of rebound, dust product and impermeability in shotcrete, a kind of concrete additive was developed which can solve problems to a certain extent. Through the experimental study statistics indicate that lower dosage under the same conditions, the setting time can achieve the national superior product the standard. Through the plastic sand contrast test we can conclude that impermeability and resist compression can above 90% compared with neatslurry. The impermeability can reach to P30.Through the applied test at the tunnel in the xibei mining area, it has obvious effect on the shotcreting area, the rebound rate reduce to 10%, the dust density decreased for 60%, resist compression ability(28d)compare with design strength enhanced to 50%.

Abstract: How to start head and tail sequence of the motor of heavy scraper conveyor is currently a hot research problem. Based on the viscoelastic properties of the scraper chain, this article established finite element dynamic model and the equations and built simulation models on AMESim platform, and started dynamic simulation with different start-up ways of heavy load. This article used examples demonstrate the necessity of using the order start and how to make head and tail motor to the power balance.

The rubber hydraulic chuck is an important part of drilling rig, and the rubber which is the key components of chuck is easy to be chewed and bitten in work. Based on the Yeoh model , the stress and strain of rubber in work situation and the deformation is analyzed. The primary cause of rubber invalidation is found between the chuck and the end pressure ring which led the rubber is being gnawed. The improved measure is raised that the nylon washers is added to isolate the direct contact between the rubber and gap, which will do a good job in enhance the work reliability of chuck.

The Automatic stop transmission device is controlled it the analog control whose shortcomings are installation complex, poor reliability, not easy maintenance. The device would interrupt the DC power supply when the electric locomotive was stopping in the Underground parking according to capturing the low current of the headlight. It analyzed the significance and achieving scheme that the advice was used to the monitoring substation of the loco haulage monitoring system. The result is indicated, the device is controlled in the digital control which is reliable and facility, and the information is uploaded to the monitoring system by the device.
