In this paper, based on the analysis of the hyperbolic cone-shaped funnel design principles, the equation of equal-ratio shrinkage elliptic cone funnel equation of bunker was deduced, and the funnel height, angle and other parameters of the tangent formula were determined. Finally, the application methods and procedure were given, which have a greater significance for the design and construction of similar bunker in future.

Abstract: Regarding the problems about deepening mining depth on both sides of Yaoqiao coal mine, centralizing its working place, increasingly demand of production air volume, and two ventilating shafts are unable to meet production needs, this thesis makes a comprehensive analysis and research about it based on the ventilation resistance determination of this mine, through using the MFIRE ventilation network technology management software on dynamic analog ventilating current to analyze its stability after the ventilation system is optimized. Result shows that the improved project is available. Furthermore, this argument can be used as a reference to the other similar mining case.

To solve the supporting issues of rock drift located closely under island coal face, this paper made in-situ measurement on the thickness of broken rock zone in the main haulage drift of sixth mining district of Jushan Coal Mine, analyzed the influence of coal mining on the broken rock zone. Based on the supporting theory of broken rock zone, the cooperative support scheme with grouting, bolting and cabling was designed and applied to maintain the main haulage drift. The results showed that the thickness of the drift without support reached up to 2.0~2.7m, the roof will cave at anytime; while the displacements of the drift with support were only 117mm in vertical and 214mm in horizontal. The support technology successfully maintained the stability of the main haulage drift, which provided a useful experience for other rock drift located closely under island coal face.

The delayed deformation rule of mining induced roadway is researched by the method of on-site observation and numerical simulation, and roadway supporting design optimal study is carried out with its law, according to the mining condition of large mining height. The result shows that initial deformation zone ,severe deformation zone ,stable zone level-off ,stable zone are apparently classified by the delayed deformation of roadway retaining. Improving the strength of initial support throughout the bolt support technology in full section gateway, and secondary support of special zone ,such as severe deformation zone , exit of crosscut etc. ,is carried out , acquiring good effect in test of roadway retaining.

Taking 71 and 72 coal seams in Huaibei coal group Xutuan mine for engineering examples,according to it appearing splitting and merging,great changes of spacing,roof breakage under the goaf etc,this paper adopting such methods as field investigation,theoretical analysis,laboratory mechanic experiment,does some research and comes up with the effective control mode of broken roofs in working face,the floor destruction depth in 71 seam. This paper calculates the supports selection about the working face of 72 seam,and designs broken roof grouting parameters combining theory and practice. The roof control effect is concluded and the effective control mode of broken roofs in 72 seam,by comparing strata behavior in working face,the surface displacement of gateway etc. The safety and efficiency mining is achieved in similar working face.

The safety coal mining buried in thick loose bed and with specially thin bedrock roof is a key limited to high output and high efficiency of Shendong mining district. Combined with underground pressure’s observing datum of No.22614 face in Daliuta mine, the underground pressure’s behavior features in thin and thick bedrock roof are respectively studied,and the varing mechanism of underground pressure’s strength with the bedrock thickness’change based on underground pressure’s control theory was explored.The conclussions are as follows (1)weighting strength in which bedrock thickness become to thin is less than thick;(2)the sand rush or burst accicent occured easily in the aere of most thin bedrock roof;(3)the weighting strength of normal district before gradually become into thin bedrock roof is equal to one after thick bedrock roof;(4)the more thin the bedrock thickness,the less the weighting span,the greater the weighting strength;(5)compared with gradually becoming into thick bebrock roof,weighting span,its strength and its factors is less in thin one.

The bearing capacity of the bearing body is important in the process of coal mining backfilling. According to affecting filling body bearing capacity of factors, established the model, using the numerical simulation software FLAC, it is concluded that the bearing capacity of the bearing body is increasing as filling width and strength increasing and decreasing as filling height and mining depth increasing, which would have provided theoretical support to parameter selection of filling body.

The paper introduced general situation and equipment configuration of the 7m height cutting coal mining face, No. 25202 fully mechanized coal mining face in HongLiuLing coal mine. Based on the configuration, put forward its corresponding configuration scheme of transport equipment, and analyzed adaptability of gateway for transporting the hydraulic shield as whole, then made safe run measure of the main equipment for fast entering mine transportation. These ensured the transportation of 7m height cutting coal mining face equipment with fast and high efficiency.

Abstract: For coal mines that are in complex hydrological and geological conditions or face danger of flooding, the present drainage and waterproof system cannot function effectively to cope with the problems. In light of this, the author proposes that high power submersible pump can be employed in the underground mine drainage. The features and installation of the high power submersible pump are analysed and its automatic monitoring system is illustrated in the journal. In the last, the field application of the high power submersible pump proves that its underground drainage is effective, and has promotion and application value.

Based on the measured data for the height of water-flowing fractured zone of fully-mechanized sublevel caving face in Huating Chenjiagou coal mine, this paper conducts inversion calculation simulation on overburden failure law caused by fully mechanized sublevel caving in extremely thick coal seam with FLAC3D, which also conducts comparative analysis with the measured data ,and the result is: The overburden movement and failure formed “arch” support structure after fully-mechanized sublevel caving, and the compressive stress of arch foot was highly centralized;The developmental morphology of water flowing fractured zone was also approximate to arch style, fitting well with the actual measured height. In addition, this paper has also analyzed the displacement field,stress field and the distribution law of plastic failure zone of overburden strata in the process of underground extracting. And the results are able to provide reference for the further study on overburden failure law of fully-mechanized sublevel caving.

In order to study the plastic zone distribution rule of the surrounding rocks along the mine roadway after the roadway excavated, we first analyzed the stress distribution features of the surrounding rocks,and according to the Hoek-Brown strength criterion, the paper derived the theoretical formula for the plastic zone of rocks surrounding a roadway based on the results of surrounding rock stress. The paper analyzed the distribution features of the plastic zone under different tectonic stress, vertical pressure, m, s through the theoretical calculation, and compared with the numerical simulation, the paper obtained the evolution laws of plastic zone of the surrounding rocks, it provides some reference for the actual engineering.

Taking rock burst one of dynamic disaster in mine as research object, through the analysis on characteristics of rock burst and area liable to rock burst, the viewpoint that stress- concentration phenomenon is ubiquitous in area liable to rock burst and the area is divided into three sections. Both malconformation of stress concentration and disturbance caused by method of trial of working are the starting condition of rock burst, and the localization of deformation is caused by malconformation of stress concentration. Agglomeration of elastic energy in coal and rock mass caused by malconformation of stress concentration will provide energy for rock burst. Both release of elastic energy is gradually accomplished and characteristics of stress equilibrium in state of rock stress are the key reasons of end of rock burst. A simplified mechanical model of rock burst is put forward, and all of characteristics of rock burst like starting condition, development conditions, stopping condition and localization of deformation can be explained by it.

Lignite dehydration is a base prior to the use of lignite. Based on the theory and practice of microwave radiation drying, we have a study about lignite from eji, Inner Mongolia. We study how factors such as the drying time. coal particle size. Microwave power and Heating method can influence the dewatering upgradation of lignite. The results show that on the condition of drying time 5min, microwave power at 720W, coal particle size of 3 to 6, intermittent heating, the dehydration rate of the water content could be reached 64.10%.

After analyzing statistical properties of coal mine safety incidents in China, We apply POT-GPD model to estimate the distribution of coal mine safety risk. The results demonstrate that the tail of coal mine safety risk distribution is heavy, which is power-decreasing, and the probability of huge safety incidents occurring is not very small. It shows that the severity of coal mine safety risk still cannot be underestimated. We also find that the heavy-tailedness of coal mine safety incidents occurring from 2007 to 2011 becomes lower than that from 2003 to 2006, which implies that the current regulation of coal mine safety incidents is effective.

Roadway excavation damaged the original equilibrium of roadway surrounding rock, the original stress of roadway surrounding rock occurred secondary distribution, if the secondary stress exceeded strength limit of surrounding rock, the surrounding rock would generate instability destruction. Tunnel roof abscission layer monitor with multiple displacement points can conduct real-time monitoring for displacement of rock at different positions, and grasp the roadway dynamic information of surrounding rock in time, So according to specific circumstances, we can take remedial measures in time and adjust support parameters to ensure the mine production safety and efficient mining. The monitor formed by the mechanical deep point displacement amplifier and deep point displacement sensor, this paper focuses on design principles, specific implementation methods and scientific nature of the monitor, and describes its application in Cuncaota mine of shendong coal group.

Coal spontaneous combustion is one of the severest disasters in coal mine. It will not only cause economic losses but also lead to potential dangers in the process of safety production in coal mine. Coal spontaneous combustion occurs frequently in goaf regions. Thus the corresponding early prediction becomes very important for the coal mine. According to the characteristics of the goaf region, the automatic temperature monitoring employing temperature sensor in the goaf region is the preferred approach now. On the basis of the ZigBee system monitoring the temperature of goaf, this paper presented the wireless Ad-hoc temperature measurement system adopted in goaf. The experimental results show that the system could operate well and monitor automatically large range of temperature values during long-time working period for the purpose of early prediction of coal spontaneous combustion.
