Abstract:The shengdong baode coal mine 81304 workface mining across erosion zones while the powered support pushed down not to extensible. Analysis of geological variables on the support and establish the caving face "rock-support" stability mechanical model. Rib spalling is often encountered in fully-mechanized mining face; but this problem is a difficult one. The coal seam of Zhaogu 1st coal colliery is charactered with well developed vertical cracks, weak upper section, hard bottom section, dirt band and well developed small angel faults; so rib spalling is common.Conventional treatment methods affect working face normal mining. According to field investagitions and analysis, rib spalling is classified two types, tension and shear. In order to reinforce the wall and not affect the normal mining, a new technology operated at advanced gate roads was proposed, aimed to establish prevention technology of chemical-paste bolt with advance grouting. Chemical paste anchor is characted with easy cutting, easy separation, no pollution, good physical and mechanical performance, and no interference with normal mining. The technology is benefit to high production and high efficiency; and the economic benefit is remarkable.

In view of gas concentration exceeding the standard phenomenon when mine main ventilators are switching, an uninterrupted ventilation switchover scheme of mine main ventilators is proposed. The scheme can completely realize the uninterrupted ventilation of mine, with high maneuverability, and the PLC is used to realize the design of the automatic control system of the scheme. Finally the feasibility of the scheme is analyzed according to ventilator surge prevention and its stable operation.

In order to research the height of water flowing fractured zone of fully mechanized caving face, the similar simulation test model is established to provide the design basis for the coal mining according to the mechanical parameters of rocks and the exploitation technical conditions in a certain fully mechanized caving face, then the height of water flowing fractured zone is analyzed. Compared with the empirical formula results and considered the effect of advance distance, the empirical formula is modified by regression analysis. So it is a new and efficient method to pridict the height of water flowing fractured zone in overburden strata.

According to surrounding rock failure,especially with secondary support of erecting joist steel in partial section during the 3702 transportation roadway tunneling.The paper use theory of non-elastic area、finite difference fraction value calculation software FLAC3D to analysis and comparison for determining the supporting scheme under the condition of deep topsoil layer and thin bedrock,and implement industrial test in ZhaoGuan coal mine for inspecting the application effect of supporting scheme.The experiment proves the high-strength pre-stressed yield bolt can improve the stress state and control surrounding rock deformation in a reasonable range,makes surrounding rock mass plastic zone remain 1.5m.

Based on the theory of reliability and in terms of the method of computer simulation, this article will establish the reliability simulation model of the underground coal mine belt conveyor, calculate the reliability index of the system and identify the weak links of the mine transportation system. According to the reliability model,belt conveyor of Ping ding shan’s 12th mine is simulated. It concludes from the computational results that it’s applicable to analyze the reliability of underground mine transportation system, using the testing method of the reliability simulation.

he formula of the pressure on the driving drum in the course of friction transmission is deduced, and it is related to the tension of the belt. The creep phenomenon is studied to get that it is inevitable and is different from the slipping. The velocity of the creep increases exponentially with the wrap angle. The increasing friction mechanism of the bionic driving drum is analyzed and the formula of the friction coefficient between the belt and the driving drum is established in view of the influences from the pressure, velocity and surface appearance. Then the new friction transmission formula is deduced accordingly. Compared with the traditional Euler’s formula, the new formula takes the variation of the friction coefficient into account.

Vibrating screen is the most commonly used screening machinery in the industry. How to enhance screening capacity and efficiency is the major issue during the design and application. Discrete element method (DEM) was employed to simulate and analyze the sieving process. The influence of feeding rate on the screen efficiency was studied and the value of feeding rate under the optimal screen efficiency was obtained. In the study, the fine particle ratio in the stratification region or in the penetration region was defined. The curve of fine particle ratio changed with time was fitted and the functions represent the change of fine particle ratio were established. The change rate of the content of fine particle was used to study the rate of stratification and penetration and the process of stratification and penetration were quantified. Furthermore, the relationship between stratification and penetration rate and feeding rate was analyzed and the value of feeding rate under optimal stratification and penetration was also obtained.

This paper focus on the connecting mechanism of the base beam, via designing of a 26000kN hydraulic powered experimental platforms. The complex connection with key joint was chosen for analyzing. After simplifying and modeling, the condition of force analysis has been gotten. Then, a theoretical solution for the calculation of strength was built. At the same time, for avoiding the gap between the joint, a theoretical solution for preload of connecting bolts was developed.

Due to Fuzzy C-Means clustering algorithm in dealing with outburst of coal and gas prediction rely heavily on randomly select C clustering centers, so made its accuracy of predicted results easy to fall into the local optimum states. Therefore, this paper proposed an improved Fuzzy C-Means clustering algorithm for outburst of coal and gas prediction based on self-adaptive weights. The new method made the related factors of gas concentration as the characteristic of the sample space ,expressed weight by using the Gaussian distance ratio, computed the weights for every data according to the current clustering state dynamic, predicted the clustering by using characteristic of the space and no more did rely on the initial clustering center. The experiments indicate that the Fuzzy C-Means clustering algorithm based on self-adaptive weights is an effective fuzzy clustering algorithm, has more robust and higher clustering accuracy. Through an engineering example, the practicality and accuracy of the method is tested and verified.

Analysis of the sensitivity of the coal rock With the experimental method.It found that Coal rock has weak acidity,it is easy to absorb Mg2+、Ca2+,4%KCl liquor has a good effect to control clay mineral .Experimental results show that the pollution degree of purified water to drill core is the lowest, permeability ratio of 67.16%.purified wate+0.6%NH4HPAN is lower pollution degree to drill core .On site purify water as the main drilling fluid system, purified wate+0.6%NH4HPAN as the second.

In current coal mine freezing sinking, artificial valve control method is the major method to modulate the brine flow ,which leads to low efficiency and bad energy-saving effects. To solve this problem , the author makes use of ARM embedded system to construct hardware platform for flow control , applies intellectual immune control algorithm into fuzzy PID adaptive control and as a result ,a kind of embedded brine flux frequency-control system based on hybrid immune-fuzzy PID self-tuning algorithm. Simulation and test results show that this controller could effectively improve the control precision and efficiency and the performance of robustness and perturbation resistance are all superior than fuzzy PID and common digital PID control.

In order to improve power quality of the 3300V power supply system in coal mine, this paper put forward an automatic reactive power compensator, which is based on controlled switching technology. It makes a special study on a closed vacuum switch when voltage reaches zero and disconnect vacuum switch when current reaches zero. The paper makes a theoretical analysis of three-phase capacitor banks and by means of simulates the transition process of capacitor banks at turn-off time with MATLAB, we obtain the best phase of switching capacitor banks.

According to the characteristics of the flow for open channel in coal mining, this paper introduces the design method of a new type of electromagnetic flow meter. A new method of liquid level measurement is used, which is irrelevant with liquid conductivity. At the same time, a traditional and effective method is used to measure liquid flow speed, and this method is based on electromagnetic induction principle. M-BUS is adopted in data transmission, which is usually used for remote meter reading system. The master and slave interface circuits are designed and developed in this paper. Programmable electromagnetic excitation method low frequency rectangle wave is used. All of these make contribution for this kind of flow meter with high precision, low power consume and intelligent.
