In order to maximize the exploitation of coal resources under the building and protect against exploitation of ground-level structures destroyed. In this paper, Zhaoyang mine, for example, the program about the coal mining under the building was studied. According to geological and mining conditions, the coal pillars were designed to protect the building surface ,and in order to protect the coal resources within the coal pillar ,the strip mining program were designed on the basis of ensuring the stability of coal pillar and recovery rates ,the stay wide and the layout to strip mining were determined, using probability-integral method to calculate the size of surface movement and deformation after the strip mining Studies have shown that the design of strip mining programs can effectively protect the surface structures, and increasing recovery ratio while ensuring building safety, and for the mining of coal under the Zhaoyang building find a technically feasible and economically reasonable method.

The bolt-net support technology has good effect in big cross-section open-off cut of fully mechanized top coal caving mining face, but as a result of bolt and cable suspension, the roof can not collapse timely, it caused a certain impact on the vicinal tunnel stability, aiming at solving this problem, by means of theory , numerical simulation and site observation, the effect to coal pillar supporting stress and wall rock deformation of bolt-net release in fully mechanized top coal caving is analysed. The results show that open-off cut bolt-net release can make the roof collapse along with work face advance, shorten old roof 1st collapse distance, decrease coal pillar stress between drainage tunnel and open-off cut, reduce drainage tunnel deformation, is conducive to the drainage tunnel stability controlling. This paper conclusion has a significant reference meaning to direct tunnel deformation controlling around the goaf.

The support for high-stress Soft Rock Roadway was a little difficult in deep mine. The stability of surrounding rock was hard to be controlled in traditional supporting ways. According to the Characteristics of Deformation and Failure and Geological Conditions in deep mine railway laneway of Yun Jia-ling mine. Based on the theory analysis. It was put forward that support of let equilibrium pressure concept. That is realizing the whole section’s bolt and anchor equilibrium condition of forces by something. The comprehensive supporting way of Cable Anchor tunnel yield support at first time and grouting reinforcement at the second time was designed. The industrial test shows that arch roadway’s shoulder bolt and anchor roadway yield link first let pressure deformation and then transfer to top. Anchor let pressure for 15 t extreme, extreme pressure for 18t to bolt. Results show that the deformation and failure of the south railway roadway be effectively controlled.

In view of the comprehensive digging in hard rock, such as low cutting efficiency, large consumption of pick and slow excavation speed but the cost increasing, puts forward a new the construction scheme of deep-hole loose-presplit blasting first, and then cut by roadheader. According to lithologic character, on the basis of theoretical analysis and calculation, deep-hole blasting parameters is designed and implement. Crack test results of different depth show that length of radial crack is around 300 to 400 mm, rock damaged and overall intensity decreased, conducive for roadheader cutting; on average, footage of each group can be increased 0.4 to 0.6m, cutting speed increased by 20% to 40%, pick consumption reduced 30 to 40%. At the same time, reducing dust, improving working environment, experimental research achieved good effect.

Gob-side entry retaining is an extremely complex engineering technology. Before mining in working face 1311(1) Mine Ding-ji ,in order to ensure success of entry reaining, a detailed implementation plan was developed. But in site actual situation, confining pressure appear seriously, roof and floor shift is about 3000mm, loss of anchor cable is serious, a lot of single prop crush, local roadway has width less than 2m, and monomer can not adjust the recovery. With advancing of the working face, the maintenance line become more longer, and can not guarantee the section of above 2㎡. The above situation cannot guarantee the minging safety of working faces without possibility of equipement entering to control gas and carbon monoxide. The origin scheme was adjusted according to site actual situation,has acquired a very good effect, which ensured the mining of the working face safely and orderly.

Abstract:The relaxation zone is formed 10 meters in front of the working face because of mining. To some extent, the objective condition which coal seam permeability and porosity in relaxation zone indirectly provides favorable conditions for gas extraction. In this paper, taking the 31021 fully mechanized mining face in Hebi Zhongtai Mining in Henan for example, the gas drainage in pressure releasing area is studied under the mining effect. A remarkable effect has been obtained by relief gas drainage technique in top slicing coal face of single seam with low permeability, based on the gas extraction data analysis.

In recent years, with the sharp promotion of mechanization strength, dust hazard of Pan San mine is increasingly serious, therefore, the author makes a deep research on the mechanism of producing dust in heading face, and then adopts froth dust suppression to reduce dust concentration in heading face through designing the technological process and installation system of froth dust,test results show that the all-dust can be reduced to 72.4% and respiratory dust was also to reduced to 75.2%, which was 2.52 times and 3.08 times respectively than that of water spray, and dust concentration is also accordingly reduced from 1103mg/m3 (all dust) and 596mg/m3 (respiratory dust) to 308.8mg/m3 and 149mg/m3 ,the dust effect is very apparent, and at the same time, cost of foam dust is also rather low, only accounts for about 1.8% ~ 2.2% of total inputs, the economy is obvious, which has great practical extension.It’s certainly that the new dust suppression method has a wide prospect in use.

Commissioning and operation results show that the processing load is high, the water turbidity is low, shock resistant capability with large changes in the quantity and quality of mine water, while the process is a small footprint and flexible set , post-maintenance is relatively simple, the export water quality can reach 《Standards for Drinking Water Quality》 (GB 5749-2006).

Abstract: During the process of long-distance lower protective seam mining . There are many factors for the protective effect with the protected seam .Using numerical simulation method, we analyzed that key layer position in overlying rock body 、the inclined length along the working face 、the inclined angle with the mine seam、the thickness of the mining seam have certain influence on the protective effect of protected seam during the process of long-distance lower protective seam mining .By the four factors , we studied the regulation of stress distribution, expansive deformation of the protected seam during the the process of long-distance lower protective seam mining. Results indicate that the more closer the key layer sites to the protective seam , the longer the length of the working face is , the smaller the inclined angle is ,the thicker the thickness of mining seam, the better protective effect of the protected seam shows .

In order to monitor movement of roof rock in Liyazhuang Mine deep mining area, setting up SOS micro seismic monitoring system, adopting “D value theory”and build 11 monitoring networks in Liyazhuang Mine deep mining area, provide the method to wave velocity determination, and research overlying strata movement in Liyazhuang Mine deep mining area. The results show that under high stress and mining influence situation, there are a lot of microseism incidents in the pillar and roof. IndicatingtThe face pillar is not steady. According to layered structure of overlying strata, construct a mechanical model of the pillar and roof; analyze damage mechanism of the pillar and roof. Using micro seismic monitoring system monitored the activity of pillar and roof, and evaluate stability of the face pillar.

Floor heave is one of the main features of roadway damage under complex surrounding-rock environment. The finite difference procedure FLAC3D is used to simulate floor heave of auxiliary haulage roadway at fully mechanized face 110202 in Qingshuiying coal mine, and the laws of deformation and movement and stress distribution around the roadway are obtained. And the mechanical mechanism of floor heave is proved as follow: the bearing arch structure is formed in roof after roadway extraction, through which the load of overlying rock is transmitted to sides of roadway with stress concentration. Under constraint of concentrated stress of sides, the active and passive plastic zones are formed by horizontal compressive stress in floor. When the surrounding rock pressure of floor in passive plastic zone exceeds its strength, stress instability of floor is caused and floor heave is formed. In addition, the roof-sides-floor system structure support pattern is proposed for controlling floor heave of roadway under complex surrounding-rock environment. The experiment of this support method shows that good effect of floor heave controlling is obtained with good technical and economical performances.

In order to study the squeezing deformation mechanics characteristics and control measures of kilometers deep mine soft roadway, the research was carried out based on the project of 906m east wing rail roadway in Huainan Zhu Ji coal mine, a typical kilometers deep high stress soft roadway whose surrounding rock produced strong squeezing deformation after excavation. Through the in-situ stress testing and indoor rock mechanics test to obtain mechanical parameters of the surrounding rock, according to Hoek squeezing deformation grade curve to detect the deformation of roadway is very serious squeezing deformation; through Phase2 finite element numerical simulation to analyze the stability of surrounding rock of the roadway, the calculation results show that the deformation and failure is very serious after excavation, the crown displacement and the floor heave amount is very large, which is consistent with the site phenomenon. Based on the deep rock roadway surrounding rock stability control and the theory of ’step by step combined supporting’ concept, direct at squeezing deformation characteristics of the roadway, the dominant thought of corresponding supporting scheme is to enhance the strength of surrounding rock and the deformation resistance ability of the supporting structure, with particular emphasis on floor support. Through the finite element numerical calculation analysis and site monitoring verification, evaluation of the supporting strength of the system, the results show that the proposed scheme of supporting achieved good effect, can control the squeezing deformation effectively.

Most traditional methods of fault line selection are based on the case, that the fault occurred when the phase voltage passed the peak value, while a few methods are providing according the case of the phase voltage passed zero. However, because the different of fault occurred time, the characters of fault singles are very differently, so one method can’t suit for two situation well. Grouting Treatment has become the important means to solve the problem of foundation stability above the goaf, Combined with grouting mechanism and strip mining theory, do further study on scope of application, model, mechanism and related parameters of the strip grouting which can control the residual deformation. Comparison and analysis research of settlement deformation and vertical stress for pre-and post of strip grouting and building founded. The results showed that by premise of layout the strip grouting width, space between boreholes and grouting technology properly, strip grouting can control the residual deformation effectively, thus ensuring the safe use of buildings above goaf.

At present,in the application and research of hydraulic support, an effective evaluation method,which can reflects the safety status and level of hydraulic support on demand,and provide theoretical basis for safety management personnel of hydraulic support is absent.In this thesis,a safety assessment model for hydraulic support is set up based on putting fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)together,and a combination of qualitative and quantitative level analysis method was used to determine the weight of each factor in the indicator system,which can evaluate qualitatively and quantitatively safety of hydraulic support in-service. Through a safety analysis and assessment on hydraulic support,the result of assessment is in accord with the practical situation of hydraulic support.

Abstract: In this thesis, based on the Methyl-2-buten-1-ol polyoxyethylene、maleic anhydride and Sodium 2-Methyl-2-propene-1-sulfonate as the raw material, potassium peroxydisufate as the initiator, a new polycarboxylic acid dispersants coal water slurry was synthetized with the free radical polymerization in the water. The paper investigated the temperature, the monomer-proportion, the dosage of the potassium peroxydisulfate, the dosage of the Sodium 2-Methyl-2-propene-1-sulfonate, the reaction times affected to the performances of the dispersant. The experiment results showed that the best conditions of the synthesis of dispersant would be that the monomer-proportion of the the methyl-2-buten-1-ol polyoxyethylene、maleic anhydride and the Sodium 2-Methyl-2-propene-1-sulfonate is 1.0:2.0:0.3, the potassium peroxydisulfate content of the initiator is 4%, the reaction temperature is 80℃ and the reaction time was 80min. Preparation of 66% of the concentration of coal water slurry,the maximum amount of dispersant is 5%.

Two kinds of method which including direct measurement method and geological prospecting method are used to measuring the gas content of the coal which in different depth and drilling during the geological exploration. Based on the data from geological prospecting method, using the direct measurement method of gas content for its verification, a practical revising method is established for gas content in coal seam of geological exploration period. The method has been field-proven through prospecting the coal seam gas content of JinSha county HuaJue coalfield. The average gas content in coal seam of geological period has been determined. So it can provide the reliable basis for assessment on risk of coal and gas outburst and evaluation of coalbed methane resource before coalfield construction.

Through the experimental of spontaneous combustion temperature-programmed, the paper gives the curves of CO,CH4,C2H4 and C2H6 concentration and oxygen consumption rate. By analyzing the curves, it definites the primary sign gas of yangwangou coal mine is CO, and the aid sign gas is C2H4 and C2H6.Based on this conclusion, it builds the index system of the pyrophoricity sign gas in yangwangou coal. It gives the discriminate parameter of the sign gas of coal spontaneous oxidation by the release of CO. The CCHP (combined cooling heating and power), as a new mode to control thermal hazard, is put forward after advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of cooling methods are investigated. The CCHP method not only takes full advantage of gas but also reduces the greenhouse gas emission. For the monitoring and location problem of the mine fire source, a monitoring scheme based on WSN is proposed in this paper. The topology of the network structure is the mesh type. The cluster head is selected by means of competitive learning method and the cover configuration protocol is employed to reduce the energy consumption and the information redundancy. RSSI approach is used as the node positioning mechanism to measure the distance among nodes. And maximum likelihood estimation method is adopted to figure out the node position. Considering the actual situation of the mine, the least square method is proposed for data fitting and to establish RSSI model.

This paper studies the status quo of coal mine information networking. Abstract: According to the emergency management “perception-haven-rescue” three-stage model ,the function of the “six major system” of coal mine safe haven is synthetically analyzed; in accordance with the architecture and function of “six major system”, the architecture of the integrated system “six major system” is made based on GIS and its implementation is studied. The system has integrated coal mine geographic information data, coal mine real-time security information data, and “six major system” foundation information data. Furthermore, the system implemented the function of foundation data management of “six major system”, information management of security haven and emergency rescue work, the function of entity model entity property adjustable of “six major system” under three dimensional roadway environment, and the integrated monitoring and warning function of security monitoring information and personnel positioning information.

Through statistical analysis of coal mine serious accidents in China recently, it is concluded that more than 90% of accidents in coal mine production are caused by unsafe behaviors of people. In order to effectively control the behavioral safety of employees, the concept of behavior-based safety (BBS) is established in coal mine safety management through behavior observations, ABC behavior analysis, behavior correction and other implementation processes. Based on behavior safety analysis, several coal mine safety management measures are further proposed, including strengthening safety education and training, attaching importance to behavior observation and information feedback, improving the assessment system and the incentive mechanism, building a good safety culture, and so on.
