Numerical simulation study with ground stress survey on determination of rational width of chain pillar in full-mechanized roadways driving along next goaf

The ground stress is one of primary factors to affect wall rock stable. The magnitude and direction of in-situ stress are main basis for stability of all kinds of geotechnical engineering. The mining method of fully mechanized sublevel caving is commonly adopted in thick coal seam, and a reasonable width of chain pillar could not only improve recovery of coal face, but also has important significance to eliminate the disasters and adverse effects caused by coal pillar.This article uses hollow inclusion geo-stress survey relieving technology. It carries out the stress survey relieving technology in the main roof sandstone of seven coal seam which is closed to the dongqi bunker at -650 level of Yaoqiao Coal Mine, and analysis the result of three-dimension ground stress. On this base, using numerical simulation method, it carries out calculation and optimization analysis to the width of chain pillar of full-mechanized roadways driving along next goaf in the 7001 working face of Yaoqiao Coal Mine. It could get a reasonable width of chain pillar. The engineering practices indicate that the width of coal pillar determined by this method is reasonable and reliable, could be used as a scientific basis for the reasonable layout of roadway and the parameters determination of coal pillar protecting roadway in fully mechanized top-coal caving face. It could provide the important reference value to carry on a reasonable width of chain pillar for high ground stress region.

Naer Coal Mine’s 4-2 coal seam is the classic soil-based shallow seam. During the roadway development, the 4-2 coal seam shows some unfavorable conditions, such as large deformation of overlying strata , water trickling in tunneling place, and parting extrusion in roadway’s side, which lead to the high repair rate of roadway supports and slow the project progress. To solve these problems, this paper analyzes 4-2 coal seam’s deformation features, and presents the optimization design and strata control observation of the roadway. Practice shows that the optimization can control the surrounding rock deformation effectively and solve the supports difficulty.

Abstract: The drainage pipeline must be lied from pipe crossing of 695 water pump house to 695 direct discharging well in the process of drainage system’ transformation of Wangtaipu Coal Mine. The area has the characteristics of complex roadway, original support pattern, great construction difficulty and so on. Binding the area’ actual situation and existing technical method, there are three schemes for this problem, which include laying pipes at the top of roadway, laying pipes after the construction of installation channel and laying pipes through oblique hole with large diameter. By analysis calculation on value coefficient for the three schemes with value engineering, it was showed that the value coefficient of laying pipes trough oblique hole was maximum, and which was the best scheme. The scheme of laying pipes through oblique hole has the obvious advantages of low engineering quantity, less influence scope, reasonable economy, technical feasibility and so on, which can be widely applied in the area of drainage, return air, gas drainage and emergency refuge.

There are some problems in the mining process of surface coal mine. For example, the slope of mine boundary will loss coal, dumping site and industrial site are not enough. Considering the features of surface coal mine group, the paper presents some schemes to solve the problem above. The conclusion shows that the maximum recovery rate and benefit can be achieved through sharing space and time coordination in surface coal mine group.

The meager-lean coal was the main raw coal product in Zhengzhou coal mining area, and it is a kind of scarce resource which is with high heat, low sulfur, low phosphorus, low volatile, higher grindability and other advantages among Chinese low reserves coals. It is known as ‘green coal’ because it is a kind of good power coal, blast furnace coal and chemical coal. Due to it is soft and fragile, it has been considered as not used to be prepared and proceeded. In this paper, the detailed analysis of the meager-lean coal in this area had been done, and the feasible method and technology of coal preparation were suggested. The research results had been implemented in Zhengzhou mining area, and it had broken the traditional mind that the coal in this area could not be washed. It is a great contribution for the optimization of the product structure, extendence of the industrial chain and achievement of the circular economy to the area.

To solve a coal mine ’s auxiliary slope portal house problem of heating in Northern Shan xi province and to meet the special construction conditions required in the process of heating renovation. this article introduces the existing problems in original design .It also analyses the feasibility of ceiling radiant heating system in this renovation project and the new reform plan. In the running time of heating system . The test data shows that the tempture in each region of ground are greater than 0℃.The result of renovation shows that ceiling radiant heating can guarantee the radiation heating plate the ground does not freeze and provides the reference to the heating design of such buildings.

Acorrding to the special geological conditions of the Bojianghaizi Coal Mine in western mining, the control mechanism of surrounding rock deformation has been analyzed, and the axial force data of is obtained by real-time mechanical measurement of Rock Roadway Supporing Structure. In deeply buried roadway where soft rock can be soften by water, The bolt and anchor measurement results indicate that the working anchoring force of bolt and anchor are relatively small,so are their preload. After excavation the surrounding rock loose and get destroyed. When the support is applied, the stress re-adjust,During later period force of bolt and anchor is relatively stable, and roadway is safe and stable, which indicate that anchor net spray and cable is effective and reliable.The support can reasonably control the roadway deformation.

Water disaster of mine roof causes serious threat to safety production in Hongliulin Colliery, in order to ensure safe mining for No.5 coal seam face, the staff must detect the crytic hydrated structure and water abundance in the preceding and the process of mining. Because mine transient electromagnetic method has many advantages, such as more sensitive and higher resolution and deeper probing depth, for low resistivity formation loggin, and this method provides an advanced and effective method for roof water disaster. By using mine transient electromagnetic method is examined in the crytic hydrated structure for No.15204 working face and delineated rich water anomaly area, the successful experience provides scientific basis for development of groundwater hazard prevention technique in that mine, the research results have some guidance significance to mine production.

The structure of coal bed mostly has the characters of single layer in our country,soft structure, and low permeability, and it is always the gas outburst area. To such structures coals, the effect of these technology of coal bed gas mining is limited, such as hydraulic fracturing ,slotting, deep borehole control blasting, loose blasting and so on. Aimed at this problem, this paper proposed a method of well drilling flow the floor roadway, high-pressure air sprays and rotating cut coal to relief the pressure of coal bed methane and exploit, analyzed the mechanism and operating mode. It provided a new idea for the low permeability coal bed when extracting coal bed methane.

The Protodyakonov's theory is widely used in the calculating of caving arch in mining. Between the layered rock mass in roadway roof rock mass and the Protodyakonov's theory assumptions there are some differences. This paper deduced some stratified calculation formulas for roadway roof caving arch height in the layered rock mass. Based on the basic idea of Protodyakonov's theory with stratified caving and layered rock mass fall caving two assumption deduced stratified calculation formulas. Application the derived caving arch stratified calculation formulas can easily calculate roadway roof caving arch height in horizontal and inclined layered rock mass. Through engineering project comparative analysis found that the result of caving arch height stratified calculation formula more tally with the actual situation. It also provides a reference for roadway support design of construction underground works in layered rock mass.

Based on the occurrence conditions of steep seam and hydrological engineering geological conditions in South No.2 Section of Longhu coal mine, UDEC numerical calculation is used in this paper to analyze the floor movement and stress distribution with different roof control style in steep seam. The results indicate that stress unloading zone, reduce zone and abutment pressure zone all present asymmetric parabolic arch type distribution in steep seam; unloading angle and unloading arch height increase with coal seam height; backfilling mining can reduce unloading zone, abutment pressure zone and of floor strata deformation and it is beneficial to surrounding rock stability in steep seam.

In order to verify feasibility of protecting 3#coal seam from below by mining 15# coal seam in far distance in Xinjing coal mine, through choosing similar material, defining measuring method, arranging measuring points, designing and mining model scientifically and rationally, similar simulation study on mining protective layer was seriously carried out. Emissing amount of gas of protected layer during mining protective layer was investigated and amount of swelling deformation of protected layer was finally determined. Result was that in protected area its swelling deformation was in range of 5.00mm-18.26mm and relative deformation was in range of 4.0‰-7.84‰. The method and thinking adopted in this study can supply certain example and reference for solving the same kind of problems. Keywords: mining protective layer; protective effect; similar simulation; safe production.

Abstract: The protective seam mining is the most effective and economical regional measure for prevention away from the ejection of coal and gas. This paper analyzed feasibility and scientific for the problem of long-distance lower protective seam mining in Xiang yang coal mine Henan. Using numerical simulation method, by simulating the process of long distance lower protective seam mining , we studied the stress distribution regulations and the degree of the seam expansion deformation for the protected seam . Through the simulation method , the distance and rock strata properties of the protective and protected seam have certain influence on the protective effect for the protected seam. The protective effect with the protected seam during the process of long-distance lower protective seam mining is concluded. The result is that the excavation of protective seam 一1 have some kind of protective effect on the protected seam 二1. The effective prevention away away from the ejection of coal and gas will be realized by the combination of protective seam mining and gas drainage.

Its safety is threatened by dynamic disaster seriously in coal mine, and the relation of its taking place and coal seam stress is intimate. In the text, the stress distribution statuses about three coal seam occurrence conditions catastrophe were analyzed by numerical simulation. The result indicates that the stress focuses if the coal seam occurrence condition changes suddenly; and, when the inclination and thickness of coal seam change in the meantime, the degree of focusing is more severe, and it may create the very beneficial conditions to the dynamic disaster’s taking place.

In this paper East of Inner-Mongolia lignite was dehydrated in different temperature hot air and the moisture regain law of dehydrated lignite was researched. Nitrogen(77K) adsorption isotherm was applied to analyze pore structure and effect on regain law and moisture regain curves were fitted by Nonlinear Least Squares Fitter. The experiment results showed that equilibrium moisture increment and pore volume and specific surface area of dehydrated lignite increased with rise of dehydration temperature in the same regaining condition. The moisture regain curve fitted ExpAssoc model better.

According to Groundwater flow theory, this paper find out the water abundance and conditions of groundwater recharge, runoff and discharge of Taiyuan Formation limestone aquifer in deep coal mine by interferential well pumping tests. Then the hydrodynamic relation between the Taiyuan limestone aquifer and the underlying Ordovician limestone aquifer has been studied. On this basis, the author use FEFLOW software to simulate this well pumping tests, which is contrasted with the analytical solutions, to overcome the structural complexity of mining analytical method limitations. Comprehensive results show that the aquifer of Taiyuan Formation limestone has better runoff conditions, the intensive karst development, water-rich heterogeneity, and the hydrodynamic relation between underlying Ordovician limestone aquifer is extremely weak. The water-blocking of Mengkou fault in this study area is differences from north to south becoming weaker. Results of this paper provide a theoretical basis to waterproof and water control planning and supporting projects of mining area.

According to the randomness and uncertainty of information in the safety diagnosis of coal mine production system (CMPS), a novel safety diagnosis method was proposed by applying fuzzy logic inference method,which consists of safety diagnosis fuzzifier,defuzzifier,fuzzy rules base and inference engine.Through the safety diagnosis on coal mine roadway rail transportation system,the result shows that the unsafe probability is about 0.5 influenced by no speed reduction and over quick turnout on roadway, which is the most possible reason leading to the accident of roadway rail transportation system.

The recently sedimentary silt was taken as the research object in Handan, the earthquake response was simulated according to the shaking table test, the recently sedimentary silt shear wave velocity, the vibrating frequency, damping ratio and other parameters changes under the effects of earthquake were got. The study showed that the wave velocity and the damping ratio increased , the vibrating frequency decreased . The test parameters and change law can provide the reference for seismic design of the civil engineering in this region.
