It is widely known that arbitrary storage of explosive material and detonators causes many problems needed to solve. Under certain analysis, the fundamental principle regarding to the option of design modules in this essay is confirmed, based on the relative underground magazine capacity. Moreover, this essay also proposed some solutions to these existed issues for underground magazine design and proposed beneficial suggestions.

Aiming at the problems of large coal resources was covered in the villages and buildings in XuChang Mine,new technology that droved roadways in strip coal pillar and filled coal refuse in them was put forward. Layout 2 strips of gangue filling roadways which are 4.0m wide and 5.0m high in the big pillar of strip mining, and using coal gangue to backfill. Through the surrounding rock deformation monitoring,both sides closer to the maximum of 20 mm, roof floor closer to the maximum amount 17 mm. Combined with the movement monitoring analysis of surface,the subsidence effect is not obvious, and it can ensure the deformation of the surface buildings within level I. deformation.

Based on the study of porous rocky aquifers and mechanics principals of coupled soild and fluid, using the FEM software of Comsol, plain strain model of shaft lining considering a certain range surrounding rock under deep and high water pressure are set up. Firstly, numeral results of strain and stress are studied compared to analytic resolution of “Baoshen” theory, which gives verification for each other. Secondly, many parameters such as the thickness of lining wall, water pressure, shear stiffness ratio of lining concrete and surrounding rock, time effect of excavation and shoring, bolt effect etc. are studied for the influence on shaft bearing capacity, the interaction law between them for the real changes truth are graphically and intuitively revealed, which gives the reference for the design of shaft lining situated in rocky aquifer under high water pressure.

Mine Cooling System (MCS) has three types, the ground centralized, underground centralized and ground and underground combined. The difficulty of underground centralized MCS lies in the underground condensing heat emission, generally, there are two ways of condensing heat discharge, one is through mine water and the other is relying on return air. Based on the former is Limited to mines who have enough mine water, the latter is focused on, and three types of cooling station using return air exhausting heat are given. The MCS of Zhangxiaolou Mine whose cooling station using return air exhausting heat has good system running results, illustrates the way of using the return air discharging heat in MCS is practical.

According to the vice-well′s depth and the water inflow of -1150m levels, there are two schemes being proposed for Cixi mine with the depth over 1000 meters whose drainage has a great deal of difficulty and complexity in order to ensure normal completion and production of construction. The first scheme adopts 1st drainage system that the water is transported to ground from -1150m levels; The second scheme adopts the 2nd class drainage system that the water is transported to waist pump house located in -500m levels from -1150m levels firstly, then to the ground. The vice shaft has so many characteristics such as great depth, difficulties of drains, large flow of water and many mining technical difficulties, after much investigation on domestic production of pump with high capacity and high head and comparison between two drainage methods, then draws a conclusion that the vice-well adopts the 2nd class drainage system. By selection calculation, pump operation point and its efficiency, pump, and drain line calculated from head and pipe characterization curve can satisfy the request. Finally, the drainage problem of Cixi mine with the depth over 1000 meters is solved reasonably, and the mine drainage device could operate safely and reliably.

Composite soft rock roadway is difficult to support in the construction process, roadway often appear phenomenon of deformation and failure, just as The roof sank off, between two contractions, backplane muster, etc. What is more, roadway can not even use, seriously affecting production safety. This article is based on Ma Jialiang central water storage exposed mudstone, carbonaceous shale showing large deformation, difficult to support features during construction. Study the failure mechanism of Ma Jialiang central water storage, proposed the following supporting: Bolt, Anchor, anchor rope, metal mesh and shotcrete support first, then increase the reinforced concrete poured, at the same time, the roadway floor laying steel plus concrete. Field practice show the support program to meet the requirements of the soft rock roadway retaining stiffness and strength.

As faults and other geological containment impacts the coal seam, it is very difficult doing recovery process at fully mechanized mining working face. Therefore, we shorten the length of the mining working face and demolish part of the mining powered support in order to guarantee the normal stoping. To reduce the impacts of 19m faults to the mining process, Chensilou Mine of Yongcheng Coal & Electric Group shortened the length of the 21002 working face, successfully raised the recovery rate and did beneficial exploration of shortening the length of the mining working face technology, provided valuable experience for seam mining under similar conditions.

In view of the fire accident which caused by the gas ignition by the sparks during the period of cutting coal and rock in N1203 work face of Yu-wu coal mine, combined with the high quantity of gas effusion, the program of “explosion suppression first, fire extinguishment crucial” was developed. The techniques of surface drilling and grouting isolation, injecting nitrogen and carbon dioxide, and fire zone monitoring were illustrated. Field practice shows that injecting inert gases can reduce the oxygen content, suppress gas-explosion and extinct fire with high capacity and continuity after the sealing.

Using gray relation projection method, combining with principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of evaluation factors, the comprehensive evaluation model of dynamic aging of soil quality for mining subsidence was established. The result shows that the first year of the subsidence is the key disturbance time. The physical properties have a trend as undisturbed>>collapse (3a)>collapse (2a)>collapse (1a) and a certain ability of self-healing which cycle from collapse (1a). Another trend for chemical properties was presented as undisturbed>>collapse (1a)>collapse (2a), the time of negative effects of collapse for chemical properties is longer than physical properties. This research could provide some references to scientific government for mining subsidence.

As a dangerous situation, the rescue chamber may against the tunnel wall when a disaster occurs. This analysis of rescue chamber uses shell theory and large deformation shell theory base on the law of energy conservation. It establishes a model of the relation among initial velocity, impact force, deformation energy and shell deformation. The model was confirmed by the results of FEM, which was about a rescue chamber against a rigid plate. The FEM was built by Dytran. The result shows that the thickness and depth of flat spherical shells play a great part in the ability of chamber resist impact load. If the thickness or depth increases, then the chamber could stand against more, which provides a basis for the research of rescue chamber.

Abstract:A comparative analysis of the gasification index which was got from site test under the technological condition of air steam method with fixed bed coal gasification index simulated by comprehensive calculation method of Huating coal, the results showed that fixed bed coal gasification produces more high heat value gas (such as CH4、CO) than underground coal gasification does,the carbon conversion entering gas of fixed bed coal gasification is higher than that of underground coal gasification,guessing that underground water participates in underground coal gasification and underground gasification produces more hydrogen than fixed bed gasification does because of underground water.

Abstract:In this paper , experimental through deploying extremely low concentrations methane whose concentration are 0.75%、0.5% and 0.25% to imitate coal mine ventilation air methane. Making the three concentration of methane through high temperature furnace, and collect the exclude gases of furnace. Then to detect the collected gas and confirm the conditions and characteristics of coal mine ventilation air methane。The study show; the higher the concentration is, the lower oxidation temperature needs; the lower the concentration is, the higher oxidation temperature needs.;In the simulation experiments, the extremely low concentrations methane can be gradually oxidized in the temperature of 750℃,and be completely oxidized in the temperature of 800℃。

In order to solve the problem of forecasting of airflow temperature in heading face,a new model of forecasting of airflow temperature in heading face is built on the BP neural network model, making use of genetic algorithms to optimize the initial weights and thresholds of network. By analyzing factors of airflow temperature in the heading face we find that wet bulb temperature and airflow temperature at the entrance of the local fan and wet bulb temperature and excavation roadway length in the heading face have greater influence. To verify the accuracy of the prediction model we predict air temperature in two heading face, the results show that the model of fast convergence and high prediction accuracy is one of the most effective way to solve the forecasting airflow temperature in heading face.

The power line carrier communication has advantage on economic, reliable, which has a very broad application prospects. The OFDM system channel model was introduced in this paper, the improved ML algorithm is proposed on the basis of the ML algorithm. Abstract: This paper from the angle of bounded rationality,derived the evolutionary game model between the safety management of coal mine and the violation behavior of coal miners based on evolutionary game theory.Then analyzed the dynamic equations of the game both parties copy and dynamic evolution process, revealed the both parties of the game behavior characteristics of the influence of the stable state. The results show that the normal revenue of chapter at coal miners, the strength of rewards and penalties and the coal mine management costs are the main influence factors of the game result. Finally, proposed the countermeasures of improving the safety management of coal mines and standardizing the coal miner’s violation behaviors .
