Aiming at the coal seam occurrence conditions, the feasibility and necessity of upward mining was analyzed by theoretical analysis and UDEC numerical simulation. The upward mining program was confirmed. The results showed that it was very necessity to use the upward mining, because of the poor coal seam occurrence conditions. The full seam extraction upward mining program was not feasibility for 6 mine seam. The pre mining top slicing upward mining program was feasibility, which mining height was 6m.

In order to master the law of rock pressure of fully mechanized coal face of big mining height shallow mining depth Taishanlongan company, applied field measurement, theoretical calculation and other methods ,law of rock pressure of 8101 coal face is analyzed. The results show that First weighting interval length is 54 ~ 59 m, the average is 55.5 m; Periodic weighting length is 12.6 ~ 15.8 m, the average is 14.16 m; Basic roof belongs to a class of Ⅳ level of pressure very strong type; setting load of coal face support increased with resistance at the end of the cycle in the form of linear; The characteristics of coal face pressure is that the pressure in the middle of coal face is bigger and upper and lower is smaller.

In order to ensure mining safety of short distance protective seam face, using gas points source prediction method to analyze the gas emission law of first mining face of Luozhou Coal Mine, the research shows that the coal seam gas emission accounted for 16.9%, on the adjacent layer gas emission accounted for 50.7%, next adjacent layer gas emission accounted for 32.4%. On this basis, we optimize Luozhou Coal Mine gas extraction plan, the first mining face using the coal bedding parallel oblique drilling, goaf buried pipe drainage combined with ventilation dilution gas, on the adjacent layer using high pumping lane extraction ring crack circle high density gas, the next adjacent layer using penetrating boreholes extraction relief desorption gas in the floor heave fracture zone and deformation zone. Through the cover pressure relief mining with pressure relief gas strengthening extraction method, it reduces the pressure relief coal seam gas content, eliminates the protective layer coal and gas outburst danger.

Abstract: Electric-power generation by combustion of coal slime in circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler is an effective way for resource utilization of the slime and development of green mining for mine power plants. By the practice of large-proportion co-firing coal slime in 150MW CFB boiler in Shenhua Shendong Shangwan Power Plant, the characteristics of the slime, the basic processes of coal slime pipeline transportation, as well as the operation control characteristics of the boiler are introduced. The actual operation shows that the 150MW grade CFB boiler can operates stably at the condition of large proportion burning coal slime, and it has obvious economic benefits and environmental protection benefits.

Based on the stress analysis of high pre-stress support in surrounding rock, this paper analyzes the surrounding rock improve principle in four aspects, which includes stress improvement, toughening crack arrest, restricted abscission layer, residual supporting strength and so on. And according to upper roof revolve, dynamic pressure influence of roadway for adjacent advancing coal face in Limin coalmine, the paper proposes the "quaternary" supporting strategy combined of "strong", "high Pre-stress", "enlarge", "solid", it means to use the HRB335 high strength bolt, strictly guarantee prestressing force, giving full play to the stress diffusion function, assuring bolt anchorage force, industrial test is implemented in the field. The test results show that: the roof convergence and the sidewall convergent of the pre-stress 300N?m roadway is 50.8% and 60% of the pre-stress 300N?m’s; increasing pre-stress can significantly inhibit crush of surrounding rock, improve the integrity of the supporting body, increase residual supporting strength and enhance the capacity of the roadway on the dynamic pressure.

In order to master the overburden movement characteristics of Wongawilli mining working face with thin bedrock in shallow coal seam, the working face 42216 of YUJIALIANG coalmine in SHENDONG Corporation was taken for research object. Through theoretical calculation and field monitoring, the monitoring scheme that suitable for SHENDONG mine district was obtained, that is, linear stents pressure monitoring, roof subsidence and rib spalling observation, and the surface movement monitoring. In addition, the calculation method of limit suspension roof area of Wongawilli mining working face with thin bedrock in shallow coal seam was provided. The results showed the roof pressure is not obviously changed when the working face begin mining, and it is extremely unstable along with the increasing of suspension roof area, then it is tended to be stable while the roof caving artificially or naturally. The pressure shows periodicity feature with the mining advanced; the surface subsidence of Wongawilli mining working face with thin bedrock in shallow coal seam has the characteristic of suddenly and step-form.

After excavation of roadway, the surrounding rock of roadway will be broken due to the stress concentration and a loose circle will be formed in surrounding rock. The size of the rock loose circle directly determines the difficulty of the deformation control for surrounding rock of roadway. GPR is one of the most commonly used geophysical methods in mine. Based on the analysis of GPR loose circle detection mechanism, surrounding rock loose circle was detected in different position of track roadway, and surrounding rock loose circle is in the range of 1.1 m to 1.6 m. By analyzing the test, the distribution law of surrounding rock loose circle of track roadway was concluded, and according to the conclusion improve the supporting scheme of roadway.

One test method of unsupported roof distance determination was proposed, it’s based on using a special support method on the tunnel roof, ensuring the roadway roof on the free state in short time and small range. Observe the changes of surface deformation and roof separation in this short time, evaluation of the roof stability, and preliminary ascertainment of the reasonable unsupported roof distance attend on the above point of view. Then combining with protective devices designed ourselves practice to haulage gate in NO.3101 working –face on Cha Hasu coal mine, verifying the roof stability while driving the roadway on different unsupported roof distance on numerical simulation, finally determining the reasonable unsupported roof distance, and has been successfully applied to the Cha Hasu coal mine.

In order to solve the problem of large deformation,high confining pressure and difficult to support of super large section chamber within soft rock, warehouse roof chamber in Shajihai coal mine is as the the engineering background. According to the characteristics of the engineering geology and the surrounding rock,numerical calculation under the traditional support is carried out with the help of FLAC3D. Combination of soft rock engineering mechanics theory and the physical-chemistry test results, failure mechanism is in-depth analized.,and coupling support mechanical control countermeasures of constant resistance with large deformation cable-net-bolt+ rigid-flexible layer+ base angle bolt is proposed.High non-linear expansive energy can be relieved by dual relief-resistance system.At the same time support system has enough work resistance, then destructive deformation is limited.Finally purpose of coordinate deformation of surrounding rock and supporting and realization of the engineering stability is reached.The practice shows that the large deformation damage has been effectively controlled by the technology, and good supporting effect is obtained.

The thesis advanced that gas tail roadway was one of support difficulty drifts influenced under outer environment disturbance, and analysed its process of deformation and failure, emphasizing that workingfaces of high and low areas mining influenced maximum to gas tail roadway. The thesis studyed failure mechanism of gas tail roadway, advanced that there formated analogous voussoir structure along inclination of workingfaces in pillar bothsides, and it is main cause of gas tail roadway destroyed, because of hard roof of goave fracturing and jittering,top rocks slewing and sinking in pillar nearby, and gived three mumbers technique keys of controlling gas tail drift stabilization: 1)preventing roofs subsidence; 2)enlarging support intensity of pillar band; 3)key parts enforcing support. It was showed in support test of gas tail drift in Zhongxing coal mine that the max subsidences of roofs were 161mm,the max deformations of both bands were 181mm, and absciss layers of roofs in inside and outer bolting fields didn’t both excess 15mm after 2206 mining stabilization, surrounding rocks deformations of gas tail drift were controlled prominently, achieving second use successfully.

six commonly used roadway sections, a rectangle, a trapezoidal, a straight wall with arched top, a circular arch, a three centered arch, a straight wall with arched top plus anti-arched were chosen for the numerical simulation analysis ,displacement distribution of the rock surrounding were studied. Studies have shown that the straight wall with arched top for the maintenance of roadway stability is more favorable, and the addition of anti-arch for reducing the amount of plate deformation effect is obvious. Select the rectangle and a straight wall with arched top as representative cross-sections, how changes in lateral pressure coefficient and depth influence the deformation characteristics and rock stress of Roadway were studied.In such surrounding rock conditions, Roadway depth less than 400 m, the lateral pressure coefficient is less than 1.6, the gap between the rectangular tunnel and a straight wall with arched top surrounding rock deformation is very small, the rectangular tunnel can be selected to meet the requirements of the economy.

Abstract: The low concentration gas transportation pipeline equipped with water mist protection system is an emerging technology in recent years. The reduction of water mist concentration will direct influence on the safety transportation of low concentration of gas , while being transported in the pipeline, the water mist settle resulting from the force owing to extra mass , drag resistance, thermophoresis force and so on. The study on water mist particle trajectory the theoretical analysis of the settlement have the water mist particles force balance equation in low concentrations of gas flow field, the experimental research provides sedimentation rate of water mist which behind the nozzle 0.25m was significantly greater than other location, when the gas flow velocity is greater than 1 m/s the sedimentation rate of water mist decreased with the increase of transport distance; At established test position, with the increase of the gas velocity the sedimentation rate of water mist decreases firstly and then increases. The results provide a certain reference value for the design and engineering application of the low concentration gas transportation pipeline equipped with water mist protection.

A three-dimensional stress test was conducted in diabase and sandstone terrane of Xuandong No.2 Coal Mine, and rock cores with strain gauge obtained was implemented confining pressure calibration test. The results indicate that each of the principal stresses is compression stress, and no tensile stress is found; The in-situ stress field of the Coal Mine is mainly composed of horizontal tectonic stress, the value of maximum principal stresses range from 64.93MPa to 73.61MPa, and their orientation was about SW-NE, the value of vertical principal stresses are close to the weight of top strata in unit area; The value of maximum shear stress at each point are greater, which is more than 20MPa. The results supply a reliable basis for mining stope proper redistribution, roadway disposal and anchor support design.

In order to accurately know geothermal disasters situations of Barapukuria Mine, according to the hot circle theory, using the three line method measured the Barapukuria Mine steady-state temperature . Puting forward the method by using linear fitting calculate geothermal gradient, and get Barapukuria Mine -260 m to 430 m-the geothermal gradient is 4.167 ℃/ 100 m, and analyzed the reasons of abnormal temperature in details . The results show that the main factors affect the abnormal geothermal of Barapukuria Mine are the thermal conductivity of rock, geological structure, aquifer and float coal choking oxidation in the goaf.

With three kinds of common clay minerals in coal slurry as the object, the effect of different types clays on the coal slurry treatment was researched by flotation, settlement and filtration experiments. The results show that montmorillonite reduces the combustible material recovery and flotation rate, with the deterioration of settlement and the increase of the filtration time. Illite reduces the flotation rate and has no effects on the combustible material recovery on the premise of enough flotation time .The coal slurry treatment is less affected by the Kaolinite.

In order to study the chemical oxygen in the life support system of an enclosed space,this article we choose KO2 for studying. The research includes how the temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide influence the reaction of KO2 as well as the reaction of KO2 in the enclosed space condition with people. First, we use a small enclosed space simulation for testing, the experimental results show that the higher the humidity is, the more conducive to the reaction of potassium superoxide, the higher the temperature is, the more conducive to the reaction of potassium superoxide; the higher the carbon dioxide concentration is, the more conducive to the reaction of potassium superoxide. Then we make the experiment with 2 people in 24 hours and with 8 people in 120 hours in the closed space, it is proved that KO2 is an available method for producing oxygen in an enclosed space.

Horizontal bearing behavior Test was carried out of squeezed branch and plate pile with or without vertical load was studied in this paper. The resultes indicate that the lateral displacement of pile top redeced, the pressure stress in soil of pile side decreased, the moment of the pile body reduced because of existing of the vertical load. Thoes show that the vertical load may increase the lateral bearing capacity of pile, delay the yield of soil, put off the crack of pile body. So,the existing of vertical load is useful to squeezed branch and plate pile under lateral load.

The monitoring of tunnel surface displacement is an important researching content of tunnel supporting and monitoring technology. The traditional measuring method of surface displacement has disadvantages of low precision, measurement results cannot be uploaded optic fiber network automatically. In the paper, a tunnel surface displacement detection system based on industrial Ethernet interface is proposed, the paper also introduces the principle and implementation of system project. Sensor has the core of STC12C5A single-chip microcomputer, and realizes the accurate measurement of displacement by using the ultrasonic probe, and realizes the data communication and sharing by using RTL8019AS Ethernet control chip.

As the weighing controller communicating with analog quantity and the frequency converter managing with digital/simulation IO port, the existing automatic coal blending system has the problem of communication interference which affects the safety and quality of coal blending. Long-distance data transmission of coal blending is difficult to achieve because of the line factor. In this article, through a coal washery, the digital communication of automatic coal blending system is introduced, including the weighing controller and the frequency converter fiber communication transformation. In view of this, this dissertation focus on the research on signal analysis and processing, and develop the defective signal analysis and processing system based on the principle of magnetic flux leakage detection. This dissertation is based on multi-hall element combination detection system and characteristics of magnetic flux leakage signals, Using wavelet transforms theory for signal’s decomposition and reconstruction, then choose the representative signal eigenvalue. And the least squares curve fitting was fitted on to quantificationally analyze the flaw signals.
