In order to get the melting law of cretaceous frozen shaft, promoted field measurement of measuring point at measuring hole and internal frozen wall for cretaceous strata in the freezing wind well of Bo jiang hai zi coal mine at melting phase. Compared the melting rate of different strata, put forward that the relationship between measuring point temperate of different azimuth and time can be expressed by power function, and the frozen wall temperature along the radial direction can be expressed by quadratic function. Obtained the melting time ratio of cretaceous strata is between 0.7~0.8 in the condition of single coil pipe freezing, and the result could be the references bases to the selection of grouting time in cretaceous strata at melting phase for new mine of the Inner Mongolia region.

Abstract: For the complex surrounding rock conditions Of the Mine Western District Liuzhuang waiting chamber,the radius of plastic zone in deep soft rock tunnel were calculated and the surrounding rock loose circle were tested,and also noted concrete support system in the middle of the outer frame of the anchor.Using internal anchor outside middle concrete support system,enable the surrounding rock to form an organic whole, significantly improved the relationship of the supporting system and the surrounding rock, enable the support system is effective and uniform bearing.The anchor outside the frame intermediate concrete support technology system has also been a good application in engineering practice,prevents the surrounding rock deformation of deep soft rock roadway effectively,Solved Mine Western District Liuzhuang waiting for the chamber surrounding rock stability problems, and achieved good economic results.

With theoretical analysis,the figure of floor heave of roadway affected by the working face with large mining height is analyzed,and the mechanism of floor heave in dynamic pressure influnced roadway is found.,The control technology by using high pre-stressed bolt with lengthening anchorage was attained on the basis of numerical simulation,and the method has been applied to a typical coal roadway affected by mining. Field test shows that the control technology is very effective,which has great promoting significance to similar roadway.

The recoverable reserves of 315 mining area coal mining face of Shan Dong Daizhuang Shengjian Mine are small. Yet the coal cutting speed is fast. The removing and installation of coal mining face seriously influence the mining face’s high effective production and safety. For the 315 mining face frequent removing and installation, "The high strength polyester fiber flexible mesh" lapping technology, instead of metal mesh lapping and connection technology, is applied to 31521 fully mechanized working face. The high strength polyester fiber flexible mesh" lapping technology, using one-time whole lapping technology, simplify the ending process and avoid the workers transport Flexible Mesh into working face frequently and go to coal wall lateral networking. It reduce the workers’ labor intensity of the mining working face , improve the working efficiency and the resource ending utilization rate. It provide a security management during the retreats channel leaving and the support removal. The technology has application value on similar mining conditions fully mechanized working face.

Abstract:The most effctive and economical regional prevention measure against caol-gas outburst is protective coal seam exploition. The protective effect is determined through the numerical simulation methods after the F14-15—22090 working face mined. The gas parameteres of the coal seam protected are tested by two groups of borehole arranged respectively from the trend and tendency. The distributiones of gas pressure are determined on both sides of the line of theory of protection through the borehole measured pressure. From the numerical simulation and field test, the Pressure angle in the trend is 56°, and the Pressure angle in the tendency is 71.57°. The permeability coefficient is calculated by use of gas flow, and it is 18.44~171.39 times what it is before protective coal seam exploition.

On the basis of the test roadway’s actual situation, the method of dust control system matching monorail is researched in mechanized excavation face of rock roadway. The best process matching parameters is determined according to the theoretical calculation and field test. When the system is adopted, the best process matching parameters can get effective guarantee and the total dust and the respirable dust collection efficiency respectively reached to 95.4% and 86%. The physical health of staff and the production safety of the mine also has obtained guarantee.

Studying face floor failure depth is great significance to the gas prevention and control, floor water damage, floor roadway layout that, etc. Using the theoretical calculations and field test drilling water pressure test method studied 663 working face floor failure depth, we could obtain the following conclusion: Face floor failure depth of theoretical calculations is 16.27m , the horizontal distance from the working face end to the greatest damage depth is 10.57m, floor failure zone along the horizontal direction of the maximum length in the gob region is 86.54m.Floor failure depth through drilling boreholes pressure water test was about 16m, and combined with the empirical formula obtained 18.88m.It is Important parameter basis for working face floor failure of Liuqiao No.1 depth.

In this paper, in order to study the ground subsidence induced by the paste backfill mining, according to the field practice of the paste backfill mining and composing status, the authors established an equivalent mining height model which is fit for the paste backfill mining. This model was composed of roof-to-floor convergence before backfill, the gap between the backfill body and the roof, the shrinkage of the backfill body and the amount of backfill body compression. The calculating formula contained parameters such as the bleeding rate, the compression ratio and so on. The authors predicted the subsidence which might happen when the coal was mined by the paste backfill mining method in the 130 mining area of Xuchang coal mine protective coal pillar. The results showed that the ground moved and subsided little after the paste backfill mining which guaranteed that the mining railways and surrounding buildings can be effectively used.

Based on the conditions of the high gas content and spontaneous combustion coal seam gas extraction technology in high-position roadway, in order to study the goaf overlying strata fracture law as the starting point, taking the Yima Geng Village mine 12200 fully mechanized caving face as research background, to expand the study of the gas abnormal variation law of the high extracted roadway by correlation analysis, fluent simulation and field data analysis.The study found that, goaf roof caving and periodic roof pressure lead to vertical fracture continuous development, resulting in broken fracture connected high extracted roadway in a process cycle of "development - fully developed - new fracture formed" .At the same time, under the drainage negative pressure, gas concentrations in high extracted roadway change abnormally with the change of promote the degree and the development and formation of fracture.In addition, reckoning the scope of three zones in the goaf, in accordance with the principle of maximum correlation coefficient.

The optimization of the program is particularly important for there are multiple ventilation options available in the alteration of the present mine ventilation system. This paper establishes multi-level fuzzy matter-element optimization model by applying fuzzy matter-element based on the criterion of relevancy, and finally confirms the model with a specific case of mine ventilation system. The results show that the evaluation results of the optimization model is significant for the alteration of the ventilation system and it is feasible, simple and reasonable to make ventilation optimization by using fuzzy matter-element based on the criterion of relevancy.

The complicated geological condition of the deep roadway is the important factors for the mechanical properties of the surrounding rock and its stability. In order to simulate the complex environment of the deep roadway, the chemical solution with different ion concentrations and PH were prepared and the specimens were soaked in concentrations for some time and then carried out the axial compression test. The strength and some mechanical parameters were obtained. The experimental results showed that water immersion, neutral and alkaline have little effect to the mechanical properties of the high strength rock,while the acidic environment influence the mechanical properties of the high strength rock greatly. Acidity is more strong and longer soaking, the more significant effect.

On the magnetic stirring autoclave experimental installation, the thermal treatment performance of the the Xilinhot lignite using methanol as solvent were studied, the effects such as handle temperature, pressure, catalyst and ash removal on the influences of lignite treatment were investigated. Xilinhot raw coal and its thermally dissolved products as well as extracted residues were characterized by FTIR spectra, the oxygen functional groups of removal discipline in the process of thermal treatment were analyzed simultaneously. The results indicate that, with NaOH as catalyst, the average extraction rate of coal is up to 22.47% under the conditions of handle time for 60min, solvent coal ratio of 5:1, the handle pressure about at 9.0 MPa and the temperature at 310℃, that is reaches the state of supercritical methanol. When the temperature at 300℃, pressure at 8.5MPa, the carboxyl and phenolic hydroxyl basicly removal completely, carbonyl removal rate was 10.74%, when the temperature reached 330℃, the removal rate of the carbonyl achieved peak, value of 32.28%.

As is well-known that the traditional semiempirical structure design method based on safety coefficients is phasing out because it can’t reflects the structure reliability with quantity, and the structure reliability design method based on the probability and statistics theories is applied widely by engineering designers. According to the above thoughts, the truss structure shape optimization design method based on the reliability is put forward. Firstly, the truss structure reliability calculation mathematical model is established by the improved first-order second-moment method. Secondly, the truss structure shape optimization design model is built on the condition of the reliability constraint. At last, the stress entropy improved chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm is come up to solve the above model. The example of A 25-bar truss shape optimization design shows that the proposed model and algorithm in this paper is more reasonable than others and it can provide the reference about theory and application for the practical engineering structure shape optimization design.

Outlet flame trap is a kind of safety device, which can quenche flammable gas and reduce gas temperature in exhaust system for flameproof diesel engine. However, its installation increases exhaust system resistance, and influences performance and fuel economy of flameproof diesel engine. In order to decrease pressure loss, three dimensional model of outlet flame trap is established by using UG software. Then, with the applying of FLUENT software, CFD simulation of outlet flame trap is conducted. Moreover, this paper analyzed research that compared long square tube outlet flame trap and short square tube outlet flame trap. According to the simulation results, when gas flowing through outlet flame trap, since cross section suddenly changes between the imported segment and import square tube,the maximum pressure drop exists in the location of the fence segment, and the low pressure region exists in the import square tube sides. Low pressure region located in the square tube makes gas flow reverse, forms swirl, and weakens pressure drop. Long square cube outlet flame trap can reduce the intensity of swirl, decrease gas loss, enhance stability of flow field, and improve exhaust performance of outlet flame trap in flameproof diesel engine.

The traditional storage battery locomotive charger is used mostly working frequency transformer with phased rectifier in underground coal mine. There is big, bulky, the high cost and low efficiency heat disadvantages such as difficult, and the voltage level is very high in coal mine, based on this, the paper presents three level dc converter in high frequency is used for the charger, it detailed introduces the working principle of the charger mine circuit, the chip TMS320F28016 is used for the phase shift and the ZVZCS of the IGBT. the charge strategy is the Variable and intermittent current to the battery to raise the speed and Intelligent charge. The test results show that the charger s characterized by small volume, high efficiency, fast charge etc.

Abstract : In order to improve the automatic screw and intelligence level of drill testing, screw drill performance testing requirements for coal mine , on the basis of the testing platform for small-diameter screw drill performance , development and design of screw drill data testing system, analysis of the testing system’s hardware configuration; detailed test software design, module of data acquisition, module of the parameter configuration and module of the data processing; and function of each module. The test system can be efficient and accurate access to the screw drill the pilot test data, test curve can be objective, accurate understanding of the performance characteristics of the screw drill. The data test systems supporting test mechanical platform to improve efficiency, to some extent, improve the level of automation of the test equipment.
