The research clearly knew about geological mining and surface building settings of Cedihe colliery. It was elaborated key parameters and scheme of wide strip pillar under buildings combining with hybrid theoretical analyses and plans on surface movement and deformation. Simultaneously a field stability simulation about wide strip pillars and rock beams was gotten by numerical software FLAC3D. The result illustrated a significant behavior for wide strip pillar to protect buildings with validly controlling surface movement and deformation, which would offer valid approaches for safe and efficient excavation under buildings in the research area.

It is hard to realize closed-circuit of slurry system in CHPP design and production, and this is also a major issue for environmental protection. Based on its coal characteristics, slurry system was optimized design and improvement in Xieqiao CHPP after fully absorbing and referring multi-CHPPs and Xieqiao existing CHPP in Huainan Coal Mine district. The system adopts “primary thickener + secondary thickener + purifying thickener” process, moreover, multi-function slurry purification and regeneration process and technology was successfully used in this plant, it is a reasonable and reliable system to keep water balance of whole plant, to realize closed circuit thoroughly, and zero emissions. It is proved in practice that the slurry system kept closed circuit, reached No.1 standard, and achieved significant effect on environment protection.

On the basis of field investigation, this paper pointed out that the lithology, high stress, support design is the main cause of failure for roadway in Xiashijie mine. On the basis of high stress soft rock supporting basic principles, put forward to collaborative support technology for two anchor with compressible characteristics, high bearing performance, complete compensation between "flexible" and "rigidity",which can not only adapt to the soft rock large deformation, but also high bearing capacity.Field test and analysis show that the technology can effectively control the mine roadway surrounding rock stability of +950 track.

In the process of coal mine production, with the improvement of mechanization degree, the high power and large tonnage equipments appear, the working face equipment withdraw is becoming more and more important, the safety and efficiency of equipment withdraw will influence the normal association of working face directly. Taking the 2701 fully-mechanized working face support withdrawing as example, the shield support is adopted heading withdrawing to achieve the purpose of safety withdrawing of working face support. In comparison with the support withdrawing application effects of the 2701 working face and the 2707 working face, the results show that the shield support has significant advantages in supporting effect, construction technology, withdrawing time and materials consumption, achieving the safety and efficiency of equipment withdraw in working face and guaranteeing the normal association of working face.

The fully-mechanized face’s passing through the abandoned roadway has become a major technical challenge in Shendong mining area. It adopts the model of beam on elastic foundation and gets the favorable roof structure that the free abandoned roadway’ fault line is located in the front of the abandoned roadway with a further way(s>0),which is good for passing through the abandoned roadway. Compared with half free abandoned roadway’ fault line is located in the front of the abandoned roadway with a less distance, which is the adverse roof structure. Measured show that the roof-to-floor convergence when passing through free abandoned roadway is 1/6~1/5 to the roof-to-floor convergence of passing through half free abandoned roadway . It also puts forward the anchor cable supporting way and parameters for the free abandoned roadway.

It is widespread that poor grading effect prevalent of Hydrocyclone is result from instabilitable feed pressure in the coal preparation plant applications. After poor grading effect in Liangbei analyzed ,the inverter and pressure control system is added on the feeding pump to achieve the the hydrocyclone feeding pressure stable. According to Industrial application results in Liangbei Coal Preparation Plant, the Hydrocyclone classification effect has been improved and the energy consumption of the pump has also been reduced to optimize the entire production process.

According to the problem of gangue’s rewash system in Bao-De Coal Preparation Plant South section, We analysis the property of the raw coal and make a transformation project of the gangue’s rewash system. The original process was that only the lump gangue’s is rewashed and small gangue’s isn’t washed. After transformation , the process is that only the small gangue’s is rewashed and lump gangue’s isn’t washed. And also with the separation density of lump coal improved and of small coal reduced, we put small clean coal with lump clean coal together and put rewashed small gangue with raw coal together. This transformation booms the production of our plant ,especially the clean coal’s production is growing 4.43%. At the same time, economic value also booms, sales income increases 74.856 million RMB and system running cost decreases 0.2319million RMB per month. Purpose of energy saving is also achieved.

In order to study behavior law of mine pressure at backfill mining workface, based on the experimental background of 10203 backfill mining workface in Xinyang Mine, using numerical simulation software, two issues were studied: force condition along tendency and inclination of workface at different advance distance,vertical displacement condition of backfill overlying strata。The results show that: compared with traditional caving method, backfill mining pressure step increased and strata behaviors eased; timely filling after mining reduces the amount of roof subsidence.

The calculation model of bit's lateral force on vertical profile of nearly horizontal directional drilling is built by Timoshenko beam theory. The influence factors of lateral force are found out. The calculation model is solved by bisection method and the numerical results are analyzed to obtain the curves between lateral force and every factor. Theoretical basis is provided to select reasonable drilling parameters to control trajectory on vertical profile comprehensively.

Abstract: Based on the sensors of a shaft lining , got a lot of strain data before crack,in cracking and after crack. Through the analysis and contrast of the mine shaft lining data on different layers, different position at the same time point, got the figure of strain characters of the shaft lining crack. The increased velocity of shaft lining strain get faster, and the shaft lining strain sudden decrease in the process of crack because of the redistribution of internal force. The released amount of strain relate to the location and crack level. It has certain guiding significance for forecasting the security situation. In order to research on various factors of coal and gas outburst, can choose the influence degree of the optimal evaluation index to guide the safety in production, application of mine the basic principle of analytic hierarchy process (ahp) established coal and gas outburst index evaluation model, and a practical application. Results show that: using the evaluation model optimization index to better reflect the coal mine, the outburst dangerous in production process can be applied this model, choose the most can reflect the coal and gas outburst index, and based on the mine's safety production to guide.

Since most of the impact of mine pressure appearance occurred in the tunnel in a mine, mining area of 2502 250203 working face excavation during high energy events occur frequently, puts forward to the surrounding rock strength strong structure control mechanism as the basis, from the view point of energy analysis of the control of impact method. Through the finite element software FlAC3D to the 250203 material trough modeling, anchor, anchor cable of each parameter to the roadway surrounding rock deformation control effects, confirmed better support parameters. To provide a strengthening support protection zone of small structural strength of the bolt support scheme, for the mine roadway driving roadway in thick coal seam is prevented during impact and provide some ideas.

On the basis of analysis on network elements and path analysis algorithm, the paper presented three models of optimal path analysis and specific steps. Abstract:This study investigated the problems of the frequence of coal mine accidents and the operations of workers that against the rules, and then point out the deep reasons which are those three aspects: types of underground work are undefined clearly; worksare not carried out properly; the safety funds are insufficient. By means of some related rules about coal mine safety work which has executed by the State Administration of work safety and some coal mine worker training files by other local government, a total of 71 types of worker are defined, and give a further suggestion. Makesure the coal mine workers understand their job and responsibility to a higher degree,then can applythe safety training more effective, and finally improve the safety level.

Based on the occurrence and hydrologic geology conditions of 10# seam in Taoyuan coal mine, the dispersed element numerical calculation was used in this paper to analyze stress distribution, deformation and plastic distribution characteristics the same as seepage pressure field, flow field distribution characteristics of stope floor. The results indicated that mining effect depth is 45m and depth of plastic zone in working face floor is below 17m. When the coal face close to the Ordovician limestone aquifer, rock mass structure is easy to collapse and form a flow channel. According to the numerical calculation results on spot, the hydrophobic antihypertensive and grouting reinforcement floor control technology were designed to ensure the floor water-bearing conditions coal mining safety.

On the basis of the investigation and prediction of the collapsed of land, the suitability evaluation index system was built considering the situation of mining subsidence, surface water, geological structure and geographic conditions influence factor, and the weights of the various influencing factors were determined by AHP. The suitability of land for construction of the study area were evaluated and divided into the appropriate level by using multi-factors evaluation method based on GIS. The result show that, the area of land suitable for building is 59.15km2, which is accounting for 57.4% of the study area. It can not only improve land economical and intensive utilization levels, but also provide land for coal relocation of villages and sustainable development of mining area.

Rational utilization of coking coal using separation technology of coal macerals is proposed to suit the situation of shortage and uneven distribution and incompatibleness of supply and demand of China coking coal. The research status of determination methods of coal macerals contents is reviewed; and induction and comparison of different determination methods are carried out in term of determination principle, application and their advantages and disadvantages. Meanwhile some suggestions of counting method among determination methods of coal macerals contents are analyzed and proposed in the project “Analysis and Research of Petrology Characteristic of Coking Coal in KaiLuan Coalfield”.

Mechanical parameters of the coal and rock samples which obtained from the field of the coal No.5 at Wujiagou coalmine are determined by physical and mechanical experiments. The change of the neutral axis and the controlling effect of surrounding in different support structure are analyzed. Key parameters of the truss cable combined control are determined by adopting numerical simulation methods and appropriate support scheme is designed. The study and application indicate that: (1) the neutral axis becomes lower which make more surroundings in three-dimensional pressure state. The mechanical properties and carry capacity of top beam are improved, and the supporting structure becomes more reasonable; (2) without horizontal supporting force, the supporting range of single cable is limited, but it applies to localised reinforced support; (3) parallel-arranged structure is better for giving full play to the advantages of themselves, and the general structure is better.

The main function of Water Baffle (WB) in Spraying Heat Exchanger of Mine Return Air (SHEMRA) is to trap water droplets in emitting Mine Return Air (MRA) from SHEMRA. But the use of WB can also increase the static pressure (P)/pressure drop (ΔP) and make MRA hard to emit from SHEMRA. This paper examines the relationship between P/ΔP/η (trapping water droplet efficiency) and angles of plane shutter WB by CFD simulation using FLUENT software package, and compare the result with the experimental data. The results show that P/ΔP and η are getting increasing with the decrease of the angle of plane shutter WB, but the increment is different.

Aiming at the turbulence and steering mutation problem of heavy medium cyclone guide cylinder section, we design a new feeding form of heavy medium cyclone, its main characteristic is the material inlet tilt to the bottom end with 5 degree angle, and design the spiral roof with 5 degree spiral angle. Conducted an experiment in the same feed pressure with PIV technology, the test result show that, compared with the traditional heavy medium cyclone, the new feed cyclone have higher tangential velocity and axial velocity in the same section, and the radial velocity is lower, especially in the effective separation region, which is beneficial to the separation of materials and reducing energy consumption.

Abstract: Feeding circuit is the key circuit in drilling rig hydraulic system; it decides the performance and efficiency of drilling rig, now the constant variable pump-controlled feeding system is commonly used. In this paper, AMESim software is used to establish a simulation model for constant variable pump-controlled feeding system. Drilling in complex strata was simulated to analyze the pressure and flow rate characteristics. On the basis of analysis on advantages and disadvantages of feeding system formed by constant variable pump and pressure-reducing valve, a new driving circuit of throttle governing with remote controlled- constant pressure variable pump and pressure compensation valve was raised, and the merits of which was analyzed.

Condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of rolling bearings has been one of the priorities of development of mechanical fault diagnosis technology at home and abroad. In this paper, the principle of the shock pulse method (SPM) and evaluation was studied, and taking the rolling bearing components of slurry pump in coal preparation plant as objects, condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the rolling bearings was studied using SPM. The authors tracked the monitoring values, and found that the rolling bearings assembly defective based on the trend analysis. Overhaul results verify the correctness of the judgment results.

In order to establish the model of dust and humidity affecting the infrared sensor in mine coal. The real-time gas concentration measurement system composed of the host computer and the methane concentration detection terminal was designed with embedded processor LPC2129 and infrared methane sensor. The detection terminal sent the data to the host computer after collecting the methane concentration from a simulated environment, and the host computer could receive, process, analysis, display and storage the data information. According to the characteristics of the coal dust and humidity, the simulated system of coal dust and humidity was established. After the infrared methane sensor experiments on the effect of coal dust and humidity, which came out that the coal dust linearly affected the infrared methane sensor, even the humidity was the same result within a certain time, establishing experimental models of dust and humidity on the infrared sensor successfully.

The three dimensional modeling of formation was expounded. According to mine geological exploration borehole–based, the borehole database and the three dimensional modeling of formation were established. The methods of three-dimensional modeling of excavation engineering and the roadway database were analyzed. The three dimensional models of roadway was established with using engineering data and geological survey data. According to 3DMAX-based software platform, the software of coal gas drainage borehole 3D design was developed. The software can quickly and accurately draw the gas drainage borehole and optimize borehole design, and reduce design work and improve labor efficiency of engineers. It provides a scientific references to achieve the purpose of "security drilling, efficiency drilling, economic drilling," of gas drainage drilling in site construction.

In order to overcome the lack of grey theory and multiple regression’ ability of predicting coal yield. The paper used the method of Statistical Sampling,chose35 coal groups, and utilized DEA and C-D production function to predicate coal yield. So Impact factors were modified from total driving footage, average monthly driving footage of driving face and mine efficiency to total driving footage , average month driving footage of working face and the degree of driving-loading mechanization. Then “coal production forecasting model based on DEA regression and C-D production function” was established. This model can be used in judging whether a coal group’ coal production capacity is in the front surface of production of relative efficiency, and also can be used in forecasting coal yield for enterprise that have relative efficiency.
