Feasibility Experimental Study For Shallow Seams By Ascending Mining Method

Aiming at a certain coal at northern shaanxi province, using experiment method of similar material simulation, feasibility of ascending mining was researched for l shallow seam. The research shows that: after the lower coal seam was mined for the shallow seam at this coal mine, destruction of overlying rock presents the "two belts" feature and produce more crack of through the upper coal seam. The upper coal seam keeps continuity after settling and does not appear steps subsidence. When the upper coal seam was mined, roof strata mainly show rotary instability of already fracture rock mass or new fracture rock mass, working face t does not appear slide instability and steps subsidence phenomenon through the crack, and roof rock pressure is not obvious. This proved ascending mining is feasible The research has provided a useful reference for other coal mines with similar geological features.

Through the analysis of regulations and criterions on the design of mine ventilation system, the research of the calculation of air volume and its distribution method during mine ventilation design,based on the analysis of a sample of mine design,brought forward the distribution method of inner air leakage which come with the calculation of air volume,presented the main reason that breakaway explosion door,safety exit and other short distance tunnel with door of mine ventilation system should cut off airflow,put forward the remedy method for the air leakage of door of mine ventilation system.

The flotation efficiency and the quality of flotation concentrate of Lutian are not satisfying for poor quality of raw coal. The characteristics of the flotation feed and the possible flow sheets were studied in detail, and the two-stage flotation were put forward and discussed. It shows that the two -stage flotation process with optimizing of the tailings flow direction of second stage can improve the adaptability of the flotation system, increase the yield and quality of the flotation concentrate.

Jiaozuo mining area is the famous mining area with abundant water in China and many water-inrush accidents occurred in history. The bottom grouting reinforcement technique has become one of main methods to prevent water from bottom. Zhaogu No.2 coal mine is the new coal mine of Jiaozuo mining area and it has many features, such as strong rich water, high water pressure and thin impermeable layer, which affect safe production. In order to ensure safe production of working face, based on analysis of the testing working face general situation, the bottom grouting reinforcement technique and its technical requirements were put forward. The grouting method with superhigh pressure, including dispersed pulp, slurry with thin pipeline, double reinforced pipe to prevent blowout and repeated grouting, was designed. The DC detection method shows that the grouting reinforcement technique has significant results and to desired results. At the same time, the working face has been mined 300 meters safely and there is no water-inrush. This also explains that the grouting reinforcement technique plays an important role. The results have certain value and significance to the grouting technology.

There is a huge strike fault in the tunnel of 42102 work face which is the first exploitation of Qinggangping coal mine. In order to minimize the influence of this fault during mining, it uses boring method in the two tunnels of 42102 work face, compromised with the actual observation in mining. It can control the occurrence of fault accurately, and also can increase resource recovery rate with the favourable technical-economic effect. Meanwhile, it beaks the traditional method of passing fault, and is worthy to application and dissemination.

The upper strata structure is anisotropic and layered. The permeable fractured zone is developing according to each rock layer’s bending and subsidence. So, the permeable fractured zone's height is sum of each rock layer’s thickness. To determine this height accurately, the strata layer criterion was proposed. This paper took one working face as example, measuring the permeable fractured zone’s height in field, calculating each rock layer’s tensile rate, then determined the top layer in permeable fractured zone is limestone layer which horizon height is 36.86m, tensile rate is 0.42. This limestone layer’s tensile rate is the inflection point of each layer tensile rate’s changing trend. At last, we determine the permeable fractured zone's height is 36.86m.

Based on langmuir and gas state equation, coal seam gas content of the experiment coal sample was calculated and the gas content of this coal seam, 12.02 m3/t, was obtained. For the tunneling and stoping process of test face, gas control measures of permeating strata boreholes, parallel boreholes, ground drillings, high position boreholes and buried pipe in goaf were used to control test face gas. Using ways and parameters of control measures were introduced. At last, residual gas pressure and content were calculated after taking measures. The relevant datum of gas were choosed and analyzed. The results showed test coal seam residual gas pressure decreased to 0.33 MPa and gas concentration in the return air was about 0.3%. This showed the measures had a good effect.

Based on the introduction with the actual situation of driving workface and prevention coal and gas outburst. The methods of regional and locality prevention coal and gas outburst were determined and effeteness validation analysis. The results are shown that effective protection range of mining protect coal seam are the maximum vertical distance(50m), vergence direction(130m) and strike(50~100m); using the regional and locality prevention methods the indices are VCH4=7.95 m3/t, S=0.52Kg/m,K1=0.41ml/g?min1/2,it is shown that coal and gas outburst risk of the driving workface is eliminated

Abstract: A study on stress change and fracture in gas drainage roadway were done, because of the poor effect of sealing for gas drainage hole by using polyurethane in Xinjing coal mine of Yangquan coal industry(group) co.,ltd. The hole sealing technology suitable for gas drainage hole in Xinjing coal mine be obtained, by improving the parameters and process of hole sealing. The new sealing technology for gas drainage hole is using polyurethane and cement slurry. The new hole sealing technology can effectively improve gas drainage effect, according to field application. To solve the problem of production environmental deterioration of heavy medium system as a result of coal quality variation, coarse slime separation was proposed. Based on careful comparison of separation characteristics of spiral separator, heavy medium cyclones for silt coal and TBS,TBS was selected. The result shows that TBS is very effect on +0.125mm silt coal, and the ash of 11.53% and the yield of 85.10% could be obtained.

Based on practical problems of coal slurry system in north area of Bao-De coal preparation plant, experiment research on reagent system was carried out and it analysis the influence of anionic polyacrylamide(APAM)and polymerization aluminum chloride (PAC) addition and addition amount to coal slurry settling effect. The results show that coal slurry settlement speed up with higher APAM concentration, and it has the best settlement effect when the value is 1.5‰. While the PAC addition has negative effects. Meanwhile, how the stirring time and water quality influence reagent system is also studied. It finally determine optimal corresponding value as 1800s and clean water. According to the experiment result, the north area of Bao-De coal preparation plant adopt a series of measures to save reagent consumption cost 20000 Yuan per month, to improve the quality of circulating water, and to realize more than 95% qualified rate of commercial coal caloric.

In order to research to the influence of the tilted weak intercalation throughout roadway form different site on stability of surrounding rock,analyse the influence of the weak intercalation on the displacement field, stress field and plastic zone of surrounding rock of which no weak intercalation,weak intercalation throughout roadway on top,middle,bottom four models under the same condition by using numerical simulation software Flac3D. Comparison of numerical results show that existence of weak intercalated layers lead to overall roadway surrounding rock displacement field,stress field non-uniform distribution, the increased scope of plastic zone, the parts of weak intercalated tend to large deformation, Relatively the roadway roof stability of the worst when the weak intercalated through the top of roadway.The roadway deformation observation in the field also verify the results of the numerical simulation analysis. If there is weak intercalated layers throughout the roadway,it should take corresponding support measures to control displacement, stress concentration and the increase in plastic zone caused by weak intercalation, having the definite guiding significance for support measures under appropriate conditions in the future.

Abstract: An number of research were carried out on the surrounding rock deformation and control physics mechanism of deep coal tunnels through FLAC numerical simulation. The variation rule of the stress zone distribution, the displacement field and the plastic area of surrounding rock was discussed. the ground stress influence on the surrounding rock deformation was analysed. The results showed that the deep coal tunnels deformation is more sensitive to ground stress than the shallow tunnel. The conclusion was derived that the floor are the key of control of surrounding rock of deep coal tunnels deformation, the floor heave control should be reached through the whole interaction of surrounding rock.

Based on the effects of 123-upper-05 workface on 123-down-03 roadway, by using the FLAC numerical simulation and the field stress detector as a mutual authentication method, studied the influence of upper coal seam excavation on down rock roadway. Numerical simulation shows that the 123-upper-05 workface excavation has stress perturbation on down rock seam. The stress perturbation formed increasing-stress region and decreasing-stress region. Vertical and horizontal stress diminishing as the accelerating distance from coal seam on the coal side, but increasing on the gob side. The stress detector shows that the increasing-stress region of rock roadway is 0~20 m and the decreasing-stress region is 0~20 m. The results of numerical simulation are in accordance with stress detector, which offer reference for roadway maintenance on similar geological conditions.

The pore characteristic of coal is an important factor to affect gas outburst. The low-temperature liquid nitrogen adsorption experiments of three different metamorphic causes anthracite were conducted and the pore characteristics were analyzed. A new type of cryogenic liquid nitrogen desorption loop is proposed. The experimental results show that the pore of anthracite is mainly microporous and the main pore type is narrow slit-shaped hole. The pore structure of plutonic metamorphism anthracite is more complex than the regional magmatic thermal metamorphism anthracite's and is prone to gas outburst.

The dewatering effects of diaphragm squeeze, back flushing and cross-flow were discussed in filter-press processing of coal slimes and concentrates. Several equations were built, which describe the relations between cake moisture and compression ratio, cake’s relative density, and other parameters. According to these equations, the diaphragm squeeze process that increases cake compression ratio can reduce cake moisture rapidly, but shall face the limit when cake particles are over compactly deposited. Back flushing process can only decrease moisture content indistinctively, showing its main purpose is to ensure the stability of products’ quality. In ideal situation, cross-flow processing can reduce cake moisture to Mad, which is essential when the moisture content requirement is even higher and compression ratio cannot reach to the required level. But in practice, the cake shall not be over compacted to ensure the processing works right. A field experiment was conducted in a coal separating plant suffering several problems on filter-press processing. The result indicated that, cycle time was shortened and the cake moisture decreased by 3% to 5%, through increasing the pressure of squeeze, adding filter aids and changing the operating procedure.

Aiming at the problem of the positioning result of sensor node is not as accurate, by the complex environment factors of underground coal mine roadway, a GIS-ANN correction method was proposed. The method utilized map management functions of GIS system and the characteristic that is instead of having to establish the mathematical model of Artificial Neural Network. Experimental results show that the method effectively fixed the error of the node coordinates, so as to improve the accuracy of the node positioning itself.
