through the mechanical properties of the roof , the deep presplit means of blasting cut the top numerical simulation analysis and engineering applications. It is showed that the technology of hard roof cracking blasting processing not only to avoid to strong impact load of rock burst hazards in the 3407 consolidated island face, and the weighting step shortened to 9.6m , top coal recovery increase to 14.38% ,in fully mechanized caving the island face in the safe and efficient mining , it ensure that the island face is mined safely and efficiently.

Accurate division of spontaneous combustion in goaf of "three zones", to guide the on-site fire-fighting has important significance. According to the actual situation at the scene observed partial known parameters (flow, pressure and goaf size etc.), FLUENT software was used to simulate the blasting mining working face goaf of oxygen concentration field, the simulation results and field measured data (oxygen concentration) were compared and analyzed, and the simulation parameters are adjusted suitably, until the simulation results with the field measured data can be retrieved, correct simulation parameters (porosity, permeability and viscosity resistance etc.), eventually to simulate oxygen concentration field, velocity field, the distribution of the gas concentration and pressure distribution, through the double indicator method (upper air wind velocity 0.004m/s and lower oxygen concentration 8%) division of Gob Spontaneous Combustion "three belt", on the analysis of simulation results can be obtained by goaf spontaneous combustion with a maximum width of 58m, and the calculation of work safety advanced speed of 2.3m/d, for the prevention of spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf provides scientific basis.

Boreholes along coal seam is one of the main technical method of the coal seam gas drainage. For boreholes along coal seam sealing process is complex, sealing time-consuming long, poor sealing quality, short effective drainage time and other issues, proposed new type sealing device with pressure sealing technology and device. Described the composition and sealing principle of the new type sealing device, and its sealing process. Field test shows that: New type sealing device operation is simple, fast, single-hole sealing operation less than 25min; Sealing 30 days, the average gas drainage concentration reached 33%, and 50 days later still more than 30%, three times the contrast boreholes concentration (polyurethane sealing, within 50 days an average concentration of 10.6%); The new sealing device and technology effectively improved seam gas control effect.

In order to strictly control the cost of coal washing, with considering the reasons of high medium consumption, Chengjiao coal preparation plant has performed a series of technology and management measures, optimizing treatment technology of coarse coal slime, completing low density dense medium coal preparation, improving the subsequent technology and equipment of dense medium system and establishing evaluation system. These technical measures completed the high efficient recovery and purification of medium, and reduced medium consumption sharply. Finally, the value of medium consumption is stable in approximate 0.3 kg/t relative to raw coal, and some key technologies of controlling medium consumption in a full dense medium coal preparation plant has been developed, with the advanced international level.

The coal sustainable mining capacity of the energy “Golden Triangle” area is 651 million tons, 64% of the total. The author also forecast the coal sustainable mining capacity in 2020 and 2030 separately, and measured the corresponding investment. According to the unfavorable conditions in the Shajihai coal mine of Xinjiang region that the cross-section of inclined shaft is large,the loose and weak surrounding rock is swelling,mud after soaking in water,and ordinary construction method is difficult to apply. Based on the existing wellbore pouring equipment and process, combined with the actual conditions, the new hydraulic slipform trolley is designed and produced. Through the new device and its matching technology, fast and safe construction of soft-rock inclined shaft is realized. The problem of fast road-made for loose and swelling composite soft rock in Xinjiang region is successfully solved.Some practical experience is accumulated for the construction of the soft rock inclined shaft under similar conditions, which has a wide application value.

Abstract:Aiming at the loose-soft floor,the high stress of surrounding rock and the serious floor-heave in the -1000m main entry of Zhangdian Mine,analyses the mechanism of buckling effect on roadway floor under deep high stress,analyses the deep roadway floor deformation influence under the conditions of high stress and loose-soft floor by using FLAC2D5.0 simulation software,proposed that using arc high-strength concrete pouring and hollow grouting anchor cable to reinforce support.The strata control observation shows that the floor-heave deformation velocity decreased obviously after 10 days, and the average velocity is lower than 2mm/d.

According to the characteristics of large section and hard rock and high stress, and problem of low advancing blasting efficiency and footage and serious overbreak and underbreak on rock roadway advancing in Fourth Mine of Pingdingshan TianAn Coal Co.,LTD, we adopted the speedy advancing technique by shaped charge blasting, and used shaped charge device in advancing blasting work, and then designed work program of shaped charge blasting. The shaped charge blasting engineering practice showed that, compared with original parameters, the new parameters could increase the footage by 15% and reduce the amount of overbreak and underbreak on roadway surrounding rock by 50% and save the cost by 20%, and achieve good technology economic results.

Process selection of surface mine is one of the core tasks of surface mine design and the most important decision in surface mining. Mining technology not only decides the development mode of transport, mining procedure, and the overall layout but also decides investment recovery and economic benefit of surface mine. There are many factors influencing process selection of surface mine, both quantitative factors and qualitative factors. The weight of each factor is different. The Analytic Hierarchy Process may considers qualitative and quantitative factors and the weight of each factor, provides a new solution for the process system selection. This paper mainly establishes the process selection index system of surface mining based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and uses the method of to research the choice of rock stripping process between 4#-9# coal in eastern surface mine. It proves the feasibility of the method through the consistent of Process selection and expert proposal scheme.

Abstract: Against the bad condition of roof and smaller angle for C2401 coal face of Cheng Jiao coal mine, new technology of the gob-side entry retaining and the bag-type filling mining with super high-water material in fully mechanized mining coal face is proposed by studying the basic properties of super high-water material. Applied bolt-beam-mesh support technology in the transportation inclined roadway within bag-type filling mining with super high-water material in fully mechanized mining coal face. The results showed that the bag-type filling mining with super high-water material cooperated with bolt-beam-mesh support technology, which is appropriated for the gob-side entry retaining and the bag-type filling mining in fully-mechanized mining coal face in a wet, cold and closed environment, direct effect and high mechanization, which is an advanced green filling mining method under buildings.

During the process of horizontal directional drilling(HDD)underground coal mine, the borehole trajectory extension is directly affected by the size and orientation of borehole tilt force that the positive displacement motor (PDM) with curved outer tube transferred to the bit. In this paper, the mathematical model is established through the beam-column method, a two-dimensional stress deformation analysis on the PDM has been carried out, to draw the main factors that affect borehole tilt force. By using programming simulation, the corresponding analysis software is developed. Quantitative parametric sensitivity analysis has been carried out on three main factors, drilling assembly, borehole trajectory and drilling technology, that affected the borehole tilt force, and the size of the influence has been sequenced. The conclusion of this paper can be used as the basis of related parameters selection of directional drilling construction.

In order to achieve the long-distance, high efficiency and low-cost transportation in the coal preparation plant, use the steel wire rope core belt transmission widely, so that the steel cord conveyor belt the Heng duan detection technology to become the problem of the coal preparation plant, reducing human observation error, I will use high-speed seamless acquisition perspective device , establish a steel cord conveyor belt running state line detection system, achieve the comparative analysis of the conveyor belt steel cord injury and real-time alarm. Through using high-speed AD sampling conversion circuit and the FPGA clock circuit to achieve X-ray detection data, information of continuous, high-speed shooting and imaging analysis, I can inspect high-speed and long-distance data transmission. Through using image recognition technology twitching on the conveyor belt internal wire rope fittings, broken rope, broken wires, corrosion and other damage status accurate intuitive judgment, and automatic generation of test reports, having recorded and unattended automatically, I ensure the safe and efficient operation of the steel cord conveyor belt of Coal Preparation.

According to the geological conditions of the 1232(1) island coal face under goaf in Gubei Coal Mine, the FLAC-3D software was used to study the variation of strata behavior between island coal face under goaf and island coal face in usual. The result indicate that: the vertical stress can decrease of island coal face after coal mining by overlying coal seam, therefore, compared with the island coal face under solid coal, the strata behavior are not significant in island coal face under goaf. The verification of the mine site measurements showed that the strata behavior law measured with the numerical simulation is well fitted with the actual measured results, the numerical simulation method is feasible to determine the strata behavior in island coal face under goaf.

The condition of Loess Geological stratum is complex, especially in mountainous areas, so that a great different regulation between the coal mining induced surface deformation and plain, as well as in the large mining height, shallow buried coal seam is even more so. This article chooses a very representative mining area named SanDaoGou as an example, using the software FLAC3D to simulate and calculate the large mining height mining induced surface subsidence of overburden rule, then base on detailed comparisons between the result and present measured data concluding that : by choosing appropriate boundary conditions and rock physical parameters, and simplifying the models properly is able to precisely simulate the preliminary rule that surface subsidence damaged, thus to make great preparations for the situation that the moving distortion of mining area in possible future. The results of this study have great theory value and the practice significance of science for reducing workload on the loess area outside, research on large mining height and the surface moving distort regulation induced by shallow buried underground mining for coal.

Abstract: In order to study the law of strata pressure behavior of caving mining in secondary mining area of small pit in thick coal seam and the influence of pillar residue in the upper slice on the working face in the lower slice, we used the finite difference numerical calculation software Flac3D to simulate the distribution rule of stress and energy in Maozequ secondary mining area and we also went to the field to measure the strata pressure. The results show that: pillar residue will put irregular effect on the working face in the lower slice and the range of influence is relevant to the location of pillar residue and the main way of its influence is stress concentration. Besides, the results of numerical simulation are similar with the law which is displayed by strata pressure data. This phenomenon shows that the size of the working resistance has close relationships with anomalous structure in the upper slice. The paper provides a basis for the mine and similar mines working faces to mine safely and efficiently.

Under the condition of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf causing huge economic loss and heavy environmental pollution every year, limitation of application of carbon dioxide in preventing spontaneous combustion of residual coal greatly restrict the full exertion of its fire preventing effect. Against these problems, field experiment of leaving dry ice in goaf to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal seam was carried out in two mining faces of SHIGANG coal mine, and the mechanism of leaving dry ice in goaf to prevent spontaneous combustion of residual coal was verified, and then transferring and spreading situation of carbon dioxide in goaf and changing law of temperature field under different conditions of leaving dry ice were analyzed, and finally the effect of leaving dry ice in goaf to prevent spontaneous combustion of residual coal was studied. Concentration of carbon monoxide of 15108 mining face sharply decreased from over 50ppm to about 20ppm and kept stable, and temperature in its goaf basically sustained at about 19℃, in addition, concentration of carbon monoxide of 15202 mining face also decreased to about 20ppm and kept stable, and temperature in its goaf basically sustained at about 21℃, which all show that the effect of leaving dry ice in goaf to prevent spontaneous combustion of residual coal was evident. The research results can further expand range of preventing technologies against spontaneous combustion of coal and supply larger assurance for safe production of coal mines.

In order to ensure the high-efficient production and safety of coal mine, the hydraulic fracturing was used in coal-bed methane wells to increase permeability technical and improve the Gas permeability of coal seam in the research regions. By using embedded artificial fracture generated by real-time monitoring technology for CBM well fracturing fracture morphology, fracture effective radius for the real-time monitoring and evaluation, the monitoring results basically fulfill the design requirements and the identity of the 180m~200m crack length is consistent. The gas extraction of 24 drilling field in S2205 rubber belt roadway were inspected, the area of fracturing zone was 2-4 times bigger than the area of not ones. But fracturing to improve extraction also led to the drill field gas gushing concentration increased.

Abstract:Coal carry mass of high-sulfur coal, in order to solve the desulfurization problems, the use of microwave irradiation to coal desulfurization was studied. Explore the raw coal moisture, graded, temperature of microwave irradiation on the influence of coal desulfurization, the experimental results showed that the coal desulfurization rate can be reached 23.25%. Through the IR spectra and XRD testing showed that the coal sample’s chemical structures become unstable after microwave irradiation, and chlorite and marcasite (FeS2) etc mineral crystal was disappear, turned into emery and magnetite etc mineral crystal.

The ultra-fine particles which is finer than 0.074 mm in coal slime were divided into three parts: -1.4 kg/L, 1.4~1.8 kg/L and +1.8 kg/L. The three parts were added to the raw coal slime coarser than 0.074 mm respectively. And then timed-release flotation experiments were conducted for these three samples, along with the raw sample and the +0.074 mm raw sample. The results of these five experiments were compared together. It showed that the -1.4kg/L ultra-fine slime would promote the flotation of +0.074 mm raw coal slime whereas the 1.4~1.8 kg/L and +1.8 kg/L ultra-fine slime were harmful to it and the extent of their harm was similar.

The results indicate that K+ solution can inhibit expansion and hydration of montmorillonite and improve its sedimentation characteristics significantly. Moreover the amount of flocculant was reduced greatly. The effects of this method for flotation was studied, and the results showed that this effects was little. Therefore this coal slurry treatment may be used as the coal preparation plant with more montmorillonite.

In present work, white rot fungi Hyprocrea lixii AH as desulfurization microorganism was used to remove the organic sulfur in coal. Firstly, One-factor experimental designs were involved to estimate the factors as particle size, coal slurry concentration, inoculation concentration and pH value in biodesulfurization. The results showed that the optimal levels and corresponding desulfurization efficiency are particle size 0.125-0.25mm,18.6%; coal slurry concentration 10%,34.1%; inoculation concentration 10%,33.9% and pH value 7,33.8% , respectively. Then the orthogonal test design was used to optimize the conditions of biodesulfurization. The result showed that the optimal combination of conditions was coal slurry concentration 10%, particle size 0.125-0.25mm, inoculum size 10%, pH value 6.0, and corresponding desulfurization efficiency is 33.7%. Primary and secondary order of the various factors on the desulfurization efficiency from largest to smallest is particle size, coal slurry concentration, pH value and inoculation concentration. All the results showed that the way of removal the organic sulfur in coal with white rot fungi was feasible. Achieved results in these researches could provide preliminary experimental data for the application of this microorganism in biodesulfurization of organic sulfur in coal.

On the basis of the characteristics of the mine geological environment and the complexity of the mine geological environment assessment and a large number of typical mine geology survey data, that the evaluation technology process, evaluation object, evaluation principles and concrete evaluation index are discussed. Then, the mine geological environment assessment system is established. The mine geological environment evaluation results of Renlou coal mine have been given by using the assessment system. Evaluation results are basically in accordance with the actual situation of mine geological environment and good consistency is got. The study indicates that this kind of assessment system is objective and accurate. It can provided reliable basis for the mine geological environment protection and mine ecological environment restoration and has high application value.

Abstract. The failure modes of the layered structure of the rock slope is planar slip and toppling, the reason of this kind of failure is deformation and strength anisotropy.In this paper, we conduct the FLAC numerical simulation to the bedding rock slop of the open-pit with the the jointed constitutive model. The dip angle of the slop with the plasticity glide band and the dip angle of the layer is generally consistent. The FLAC jointed constitutive model can provide an effective means for the simulation of layerde rock masses.

Employing Reynolds-averaged method and RNG k-ε turbulent model, wind distribution on curved and open self-weighted roofs with vertical baffle of different sizes under several wind angles are numerically predicted and discussed. Results show that the baffle size and the wind angle have great influence on pressure distribution of the roof. Total shape coefficient of the roof decreases with the increase of the baffle size, as well as the increase of the wind angle. However, the influence on roof pressure by baffle size will decrease with the increase of the wind angle. Thus the structural wind resistive design should be optimized according to practical wind environment, and provide basis on structural design.

In order to further improve positioning accuracy of coal mine staff, equipment, articles submitted to RSSI localization algorithm combined with artificial fish-swarm algorithm using centroid algorithm based on distance of the initial population, through iterative optimization, improve positioning accuracy of a node. Simulation results show that the algorithm improves the positioning accuracy of underground network nodes.
