The key stratum movement has important significance to ground behavior of coal mining face, overlying strata movement, surface subsidence and fracture fields distribution. In order to confirm the position of key stratum, this paper adopts strata control observation, density test of rock, uniaxial compression, deformation test and other methods, and the mechanical properties of overlying rock strata and periodic weighting is confirmed on 601 great mining heihgt workface of Meihua Coal Mine, and the hard rock and key stratum are calculated through computer programming. The results show that the C6 formation is given priority to key layer and C8 formation is the key layer. C6 key layer interval is 17.88 m, contrast to observation results of mine pressure, main roof weighting interval is 18.25 m. Two kinds of results are consistent with each other.

According to exposed problems for high stress and soft rock roadway of pressure intense、soft broken surrounding rock and roadway support difficulties, analyzed pressure releasing slot play an active role in the areas of relieving underground pressure and control of surrounding rock deformation,the numerical simulation was applied to the comparison analysis of destruction of the surrounding rock mass and stress changes in the roadway excavation pressure releasing slot before and after,and optimize selected pressure releasing slot accurate emplaced position.The results showed that it could effectively control the amount of change of surrounding rock after the roadway excavated pressure releasing slot, roadway roof and floor and Lane sides closer to 20 ~ 30mm reduction;The degree of stress concentration decreases,peak stress transferred to the surrounding rock deep, pressure relief have a good effect,effectively safeguard the security and stability of the roadway.

According to the problem of the strong ground pressure behaviors will or will not appear when 7m mining height Working Face crossing gully terrain in Daliuta Mine, Key Strata Position discriminant method was adopted, the result show that in the gully terrain area the primary key stratum was not eroded, its integrated and far from 5-2 coal seam. It predict that strong ground pressure behaviors will not appear and for the verification of the actual mining. The In situ measurement result show that during the Working Face crossing the uphill of gully terrain the average periodic weighting length is 13.97m, average cycle end support resistant is 16723kN, dynamic load coefficient is 1.51, ground pressure behaviors appear normal.

   Abstract:The scraper using both the nose and tail driving generated the power imbalance phenomenon under the starter operating conditions,which seriously affected the reliability of machine operation.For this reason, in the influence of the the scraper motor power allocation factors, simplified physical models can be derived the relationship that the power difference was related rated speed of the two motors, then it provided a basis for selecting motor power allocation.Meanwhile analyzed the relationship between sequence starting and the power imbalance, obtained the data in the no-load starting and overloading conditions.The results showed that, choosing the starting time can be effectively improved the power imbalance under heavy starting. Those studies provided new ideas to resolve the problem of the imbalance of power scraper conveyor.

The ignition and growth process during methane -air mixture detonation in strong ignition system are the combination of a series of complex processes, including phase change, mixing, chemical reaction, the particles flashover and so on. In this paper, the horizontal multiphase combustion explosion pipelines and other systems are used to study the methane-air detonation under conditions of strong ignition. With the concentration of 2.5%, 4.13% and strong ignition, combustion and explosion waves are propagated in the methane-air mixture. With the concentration of 15.15% and strong ignition, combustion and explosion wave can also be propagated in the mixture. As to the limit concentration of methane, the optimal explosion concentration is between 9.13 and 10.92% which is very near to the optimal concentration of methane, about 10%, theoretically. And the theoretical and experimental explosion pressure results with different concentrations of methane may also prove it.

To investigate the influencing of the particle size and ash content on coal slim pressure filtration, two new indicators characterizing filter effect were proposed, and dehydration character of coal slime made up of different proportions of clean coal and montmorillonite were studied in detail . The results show that the coarser of the particle size distribution and the lower the ash content,the better of the effect of pressure filtration; It also shows that the coal slime below 0.045 mm can hardly dewatered by pressure filtration. The correspondence relationship between the indicators and filter cake moisture was obtained, which may be of great significance for coal slime filter process optimizing.

Based on the analysis of the geological background, coal seam and coal, the chemical and mineral compositions of high alumina coal in Jungar was analyzed by chemical analysis and X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the varation of the content of alumina in the coal was studied in this paper. It was found that only No.6 and No.9 coal seam could be recoverable in the whole region, the average thickness of No.6 coal seam was 12m, and the northern of the seam was thicker than the southern; the average thickness of No.9 was 2.94m, and gradually thinning from north to south; the alumina component in the coal was come from the mineral: kaolinite and boehmite. In the No.6 coal seam, the coal in Heidaigou exploration area contains the highest concentration of Al2O3 , while in the No.9 coal seam, the coal in Kongduigou exploration area was the highest. It was also found that the content of gallium element of the coal in majority mine, was exceeded to the minimum industrial grade; and the formation of high alumina coal was affected on the coal geological conditions.

With the increase of mining depth and the expansion of mining area, traditional supporting way of shallow mining can not adapt to the deep mining problems appeared in this process. Deep coal and rock have remarkable nonlinear mechanical properties such as big pressure, big deformation and difficult support, the roadway support has become an increasingly important issue. Therefore, it is urgent to seek reasonable supporting methods. This paper analysis the lithologic features of -650 level west alleys in Kailuan mining area. The length of service of west alleys decided that we must take effective measures, so as to achieve the purpose of permanent safe use. So we decide to use bolt and grouting reinforced technology to improve the self supporting capacity and bearing capacity of surrounding rock loose circle, and resist the surrounding rock pressure effectively. The research results show that bolt-grouting support has remarkable effect, and obtain good technique and economic benefit.

In order to eliminate the phenomenon of jet orifice on the underground of high-gas coal mine or outburst coal seam about drilling holes, ensure the safety of drilling construction, and reduce the concentration of dust in drilling construction, this paper provides a new type and multifunctional blowout prevented and dust controlled device in mine. Its working principle is simple and sealing is better. It can be manipulated and applied quickly and easily in the underground. The application of this device on drilling construction on blowout prevented and Dust Controlled in the 2709 return airway of Cheji coal mine, showed that: the phenomenon of jet orifice does not appear after using this device during construction process with the completed 127 drill holes, and the highest concentration of the gas sensor of the display does not exceed 0.4%, the average concentration ranges from 0.1 to 0.3 % during construction process with the single drill hole, and carbon monoxide sensor data are displayed from 10 to 20ppm; the highest dust concentration does not exceed 85mg / m3 with 20 of those holes in which the construction process of the data collected , the average hole into the hole concentration of dust generated in the 35 to 60mg / m3 .

According to a new type of the output intrinsically safety Quasi-Z-source(QZS) Buck converter , a 3-order current peak control of small signal model was deduced, because when the QZS network parameters L1, C1 is much smaller than conventional Buck converter LC filter network parameters, it can institute order reduction to the model ,then, the QZS Buck converter can obtain the same transfer function model of conventional Buck converter , so the conventional Buck converter compensator design method can be used directly to design the controller of the QZS Buck Converter.
