Abstract: This paper introduces the PLC control in the application of coal mine filling, The system is comprised of sensors,actuators,monitoring station,communication network ,host computer and Pumping station etc. monitoring station was made up by Siemens S7-300 PLC.The software of host computer was developed by WinCC6.0.Muliple systems had been used in several coal mines and got a very good effect.greatly improving the efficiency of the pasty filling.

Abstract:A large number of discarded freezing pipes were legacy after the construction of freezing method, which diameter were very wide, buried depth. The discarded freezing pipes can be used as the buried tube heat exchanger, which heat transfer were more than that traditional ground source heat pump heat exchanger , and even more realized waste utilization, greatly saves the project investment. Taking the practical as an example, this article introduces the use of freezing pipe for ground source heat pump heat exchanger heat pump system design method.

During the process of top slicing under coal seam group,the goaf made by up coal seam exploited inexorablely has a great influence on law of strata behaviors of down coal seam working face in its stoping when the distance between coal seams is very close.Figuring out the law of strata behaviors of closer coal seam working face under goaf in its stoping has a important guiding significance to similar mines in equipment selection and safety,efficient production.Comparing the law of strata behaviors under goaf with that no goaf during working face stoping by analyzing the strata behaviors data of N1200 face in Shenmu Ningtiaota Coal Mining Company Ltd, Shaanxi Coal Mining Group, this paper shows the law of strata behaviors in different normal faces that the weighting strength is bigger under goaf,big and small periodic appears alternately and the strength appears suddenly.On this basis, the paper explains the generating mechanism of the law of strata behaviors in working face under goaf using relevant theories of mine pressure and strata control.

In view of actual situation of serious resources waste and less than 50% of face recovery ratio to shallow seams with existing features of harder roof at the process of room and pillar mining, reasonable support strength has been studied in both cases of normal mining and force caving for improved longwall mechanized mining face, and obtained reasonable working support resistance at the condition of force caving which was better than normal mining. Based on this condition, Shandong Xin-Mei Machinery Co., Ltd. has developed hydraulic support with hanging chain and splicing beam which was suitable to existing features of shallow seams. By the field industrial test verification, the developed new support fully adapted strata behavior at the process of force caving with existing features of shallow depth and harder roof. The research has provided a useful reference for other coal mines with similar geological features.

This study analyzes the break law of stope roof under the influence of faults, and the maximum subsidence and stress of stope roofs influenced by different widths and the shapes of faults, finally the break law of stope roofs under the influence of faults is obtained. The study which is based on UDEC software will provide theoretical foundation for supporting stope roof on the influence of faults.

Using a partial backfill mining is an effective way to protect the roof of water resisting layer the special water preserved shallow seam mining. It is important to research the factors of the amount of water resisting layer sinking in the local filling cracks in shallow seam,for determining a reasonable filling parameters guide the mining practice of partial filling is very important theoretical and practical significance. Based on physical similar simulation, it determined maximum subsidence of water resisting layer is composed of subsidence of filling material above the supporting pillar of the subsidence bedrock confining layer. Among them, the subsidence of filling is positive related to ratio of filling width and filling the width of the interval,in the ratio of filling width and filling the width of the interval, the subsidence of filling is positive related to the corner with the rock collapse,above the support pillar and the influencing factors relations with the filling of the compression is similar to the amount of bedrock sinking impermeable layer impermeable layer and the bedrock negative correlation, with the filling width decreases, the impermeable layer of bedrock subsidence curves similar to the hyperbolic shape upward.It is showed that the result of mathmatics of the amount of water resisting layer sinking is equal to physical similar simulation,which provid scientific theoretical basis for partial backfill in shallow seam.

The UDEC numerical simulating was used to study roof movement laws under different conditions such as different coal thickness ,dip angle and length of workface under the engineering background of steep coal seam workface in Xinqiang Coal Mine. The research shows that the range of overburden’s destruction is mainly on the up and middle of goal. Because of slide instability the upper roof make tensile fracture and the phenomenon of floor heave is serious. The overburden move will become more severe when adding coal seam dip angle, thickness and workface length. The coal seam dip angle is the most important one among all the factors. This research achievement possesses theoretical guiding significance for the stability of surrounding rock and support system on steep coal seam workface.

In order to get the deformation characteristics of protected coal seams under the condition of double pressure-relief mining, with the help of the similar material simulation experiment, the deformation rule of No.17 and 18-1 coal seams is simulated when the protective seam of No.17 and 18 are exploited in sequence in the Jinjia coal mine . The results show that deformation area of the protected coal seam is divided into four regions, which are compressive deformation region, deformation swelling region, deformation decreasing region, and deformation stability region in the strike direction. When the No.18 coal seams is exploiting, by the process of re-compressed, deformation increasing, decreasing, and stabilizing, the four regions of the protected coal seams are redistributed. The deformation regions in the dip direction showed M-shaped form. The dominant factor of deformation of No.17 and 18 coal seams are No.17 and 18-1 coal seams respectively.

Long-term coal mining has led to a large number of waste piles spontaneous combusting in China. Mine ecological environment and social security issues are raised by accumulation of spontaneous combusting waste piles. The warning and monitoring of spontaneous combustion of surface temperature field of waste piles are the key issues to be solved. However,the distance detection is an important factor for temperature field of waste piles. Different distance detection experiments on temperature field of waste piles based on infrared thermal imager are designed to analyze the temperature measurement principle of infrared thermal imager and the impact of distance on the temperature measurement accuracy. The result shows that the optimal observation distance is from 13m to 18m based on infrared thermal imager to detect temperature field of waste piles. According to the experimental data, distance-temperature curve is fitted, error scale factor is extracted, the data is adjusted by error scale factor to improve accuracy. It provides important reference value to the use infrared thermal imager to detect surface temperature field of waste piles.

This paper aims to determine the relationship between coal mine lighting level and work efficiency. On the basis of definition analysis of lighting and efficiency, combined with descriptive study of domestic and foreign institutions on indoor lighting and working efficiency, it finds out the general relationship between lighting level and working efficiency in mining. Meanwhile by experiment with man’s subjective feelings and efficiency changes as measures, it concludes that the increase of lighting levels can effectively improve work efficiency, reduce operation errors and that the reasonable lighting level for drillers is 1400 lx. It has referential value in the setting of coal mine lighting levels and newly-designed headlamp lighting levels.

A wide-size-fraction coal flotation machine was designed and the laboratory test system was built through the analysis of the problems of conventional flotation machine existed in coarse particles separation and combining the separation feature of coarse and fine coal slimes. The system was employed to the floatation experiment on the -1mm slime in Tunlan Coal Preparation Plant. The results show that, the ash content of tailings with -1mm can reach up to 55 percent and the quantitative index of flotation concentrate and combustible mass recovery rate of 1-0.125mm wide-size-fraction slime can reach up to 91.05 percent and 84.81 percent respectively,which demonstrates that this wide-size-fraction coal flotation machine can be used to separate -1mm level of coal slime effectively.

Compared with rake thickener covering a large area but having low concentration efficiency and old-fashioned lamella thickener prone to clogged up in operation and difficult to clean up, lamella thickener operating in tilting slender up-flowing developed by Yunnan Keenly New Materials Co. Ltd. (former Kunming Metallurgical Research Institute) has simpler structure, more convenient operation and overcomes their disadvantages. The device’s internal inclined plates are made of modified polypropylene. They can avoid coal slime agglomeration on the plates’ surface and have long service life. The industrial test results show that tilting slender up-flowing lamella thickener isn’t easy to clogged up during operation, consumes lower energy and gets higher underflow concentration. Its unit area processing capacity is 3 times larger than that of Φ28m rake thickener.

This article utilizes the ABAQUS software to a foundation pit establishment three dimensional finite element model.By altering soil parameter,retaining wall stiffness,embedded depth and the contact action between soil and enclosure structure,we made the comparative analysis.The results show that the contact action between soil bodies and enclosure structure has a great influence on the deformation and internal force of the pit support structure. We must consider the contact action between both in the finite element model; soil parameter has more influence on the deformation and less on the internal force; increasing the rigidity or the embedded depth of retaining pile wall can effectively reduce the sway of the retaining pile wall. But continues to grow is the sharp increase in bending moment of retaining pile wall.

The finite element model of drilling machine is built by 3D modeling finite element analysis software. In order to know if the dynamical behavior of drilling machine has met the requirements, modal analysis and static dynamics simulation are accomplished. The results indicate that the drilling design conforms to technical targets in significant measure. The application shows that the Multifunction construction platform adapts with the roadheader . It not only can supply the step for the people who carry on the supporting work, but also have the function of automation cantilever beam. The level of mechanization and the word efficiency are increased.

In order to improve the measurement accuracy and lower limit of gas pipeline in coal mine, integrating the advantage of ultra-audible sound flow meter and time difference method detect theory, a pipeline ultra-audible sound gas flow meter was designed which used 40kHz ultra-audible sound of energy conversion as the main component, the two-level amplifier circuit and square pulse generator were designed using the TDC-GP22 for high precision timing measurement. The experiment analysis shows that the flow meter has a very high accuracy with the measure lower limit up to 0.05m/s, and the time difference has a very good linearity relationship with the gas flow speed.

With the development of Coal mining industry, much attention and effort has been paid to increase the utilization of gas. Baijigou coal mine, a high-gas coal mine, has taken advantage of gas since 1993. Being dewatered and pressured regulating by the pretreatment system, the extracted gas could be the material of Natural gas semi-reinforcing carbon black, on the other hand, it is able to support the need of heating and daily life of mining distraction. By the end of August 2011, the accumulated amount of used gas is 476 million m3, and the utilization rate of gas was 89.6%. The comprehensive utilization of gas at Baijigou coal mine not only protect the environment but also decrease the cost of resource, and at the same time, it could promote the developing of the step that gas transforms into a kind of new resource, which is of significant economic and social benefits. The success of gas utilization at Baijigou coal mine could be reference for other coal mines to take advantage of gas based on local conditions.

In order to solve the problem of gas in coal mining of close coal-seams with high gassy and outburst mine, based on the No.3 coal seam of songhe coalmine, through careful analysis of coal and gas geological characteristics, using the comprehensive gas control technology of crossing borehole preliminary drainage, gas drainage, high roadway drainage, pipe goaf drainage, high level borehole drainage and borehole intercept pressure relief gas, the working face has been effectively eliminated outburst. The upper corner gas concentration stabilized at 0.43% ~ 0.58% and the gas drainage rate of working face has reached 80%, and formed the technology system of comprehensive gas control. This technology solved the problem of gas control of coal mining in close coal-seams with high gassy and outburst mine.

Grouting for stopping up water is one of the important methods to control water. The research and practice of grout for stopping up water was developed in order to solve the problems of great grouting pressure, large slurry loss amount and destruction to aquifuge and surrounding rock. The method that preventing-grout wall was built in the suitable place out of water inrush point was put forward. Because of the offlets in the bottom, middle and upper parts, non-pressure grouting condition was formed, and non-pressure grouting was implemented in the preventing-grout wall from below. First of all, the space between was reinforced between water retaining wall and preventing-grout wall. Secondly, the surrounding which was near preventing-grout wall rock was reinforced. At last, grout was put forward in the water retaining wall to plug water inrush point, the water plugging engineering was completed when the slurry outflowed from the upper offlet. The result shows that non-pressure grouting plugging technology decreases the destruction to aquifuge and surrounding rock, avoids the loss of slurry and accelerates the speed of grout. The construction is on the safe side.

In the process of the construction of the new River mine, the series of the related pressure behaved very strongly when the excavation roadway driving through the faults. The main roadway could one-time excavated the faults zone successfully with the joint support of the bolting and metal mesh, the bolting and shotcreting and the fully enclosed u-steel support, after injecting the slurry into the advanced boreholes to reinforce the self-supporting capability of the surrounding rocks. It had been verified a safe and cost-effective method in the new river colliery and can also maintained the stability of the excavation roadway.

Abstract:According to the problem of large deformation and support difficulty of 9+10#soft coal seam road under dynamic pressure roadway of Wu Yi coal mine,the methods of borehole imaging and numerical simulation were applied to analysis the mechanism of deformation failure of soft coal seam under dynamic pressure. Receiving the conclusion that the deformation and destruction of roadway’s two sides will lead to the increase of roof abscission layer, and the further increase of roof abscission layer will aggravate the extrusion of sides,thus causing the instability of surrounding rock. Based on the research of surrounding rock destruction mechanism of soft coal seam roadway under dynamic pressure,the support way and parameters of roadway are reasonably designed. The industrial test showed that the roadway sides and roof-to-floor convergence are 500mm and 900mm respectively influenced by mining. The roadway bolting technology meets the requirements of mining face.
