According to the characteristics of two kinds of skeleton model, through the publish geometry and copy geometry, the static skeleton model can be changed into motion skeleton model, which can define the shape of each component part of support , optimize the support mechanism and motion simulation. By using the related parameters measured directly in Pro/E, inputing the calculation formula in the dialog box, main mechanics can be calculated. Application shows that, the top-down method which using skeleton model meets requirements and represents the design direction in the future.

In view of the coal mine underground explosion-proof diesel engine in use in the process of crankshaft fracture phenomenon, the use of dynamic simulation software AVL Excite established the explosion-proof diesel engine crankshaft system multi-body dynamics simulation model ,and several working cycle of crankshaft dynamic stress analysis, The results show that the maximum of the sixth crank stress values of explosion-proof diesel engine close to the limit, operation in overload conditions is easier to be broken, and the results of conformity, the theoretical basis is provided in order to solve the fracture and optimize the crankshaft.

The damage results of the wenchuan earthquake in 2008 and the yushu earthquake in 2010 show that the staircase in frame structure has been destroyed seriously, which jammed the withdraw way .The paper, based on the findings of actual earthquake damage survey of the staircase in frame structure, analyzed the mechanism of stair damage in the previous earthquake ,the damage occurs mainly in stairway flight, frame column, stair column, stair beam and platform plate and then indicated the necessity of seismic design for stairs. Water resource storage by goaf is rarity in arid water shortage mining area, but it had not yet understudied. Therefore water balance method was applied in water resource transformation in Coal Area. Water storage conditions by goaf were analyzed by hydrogeololgical analogy method and pumping tests,and conditions were divided into four types. Based on hydrogeololgical parameters division of goaf, water storage by goaf time sequence model was established. The results show that the key of mining area water system to positive balance is water storage by goaf. The beneficial wate storageconditions are order of sand-clay-bedrock, bedrock-gully, clay-bedrock and drained boundary. Based on the time sequence model of water storage by goaf, water resources storage by goaf are 21.38 million m3 in Shennan Mining Area by the end of 2015. The research results will be helpful for water resources developing fully in arid water shortage Mining Area.

The anchoring characteristics of anchoring section of resin bolt in the coal mines are the key of bolt support design. The interaction relationship of bolt, resin and surrounding rock and the stress and the displacement distribution law are simulated and studied by the finite difference program FLAC3D, and also the variation of anchorage characteristics of anchoring section from elastic state to plastic state under the different loads. The result indicates that the axial force of anchoring section is negative exponential distribution along bolt axial direction, and also the shear stress of resin and rounding rock are negative exponential distribution along bolt axial direction. Finally the research results are applied to practice under mine well with monitoring force condition of bolts , and the results verify the correctness of the study conclusions.

Practice for application in NO 18201 coal mining face in Baolunyuan mine,The results showed that:After using high drilling for gas drainage the amount of gas drainage is 1.75 ~ 3.39m 3 / min after the use of this technology.The amount of ventilation air methane is 1.46~2.224 m3/min,The Quantity of Air Current declined from 1030 m3/min in march to 790m3/min in July.The average amount of gas drainage is 2.09 m3/min. The average amount of gas consistence is 13.8 m3/min,The average amount of gas drainage ratio reaches 50.6% , gas consistence at the upper corners declined from 1.35% in march to 0.53% in July,To solve the problem of gas transfinite in upper corner.

Abstract: A new topology of isolated three-level half-bridge bidirectional DC/DC converter is used. Ease of realizing soft-switching control, enabling bidirectional power flow, galvanic isolation, high reliability and having complete symmetry of configuration and so on, which are the common advantages of bidirectional DC/DC converter. Comparing to the two-level bidirectional DC/DC converter, the three-level half-bridge bidirectional DC/DC converter used in this paper can be more useful in high voltage application, because of the apparently decreased in switch stress. In this paper, detailed circuit analysis is made. Simulation results go with our conclusion which indicates the correctness of my research.

In order to study coal slurry flow characteristics in different channels, the application of the Euler Model of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software carries on the numerical simulation for coal-water slurry flow in horizontal pipe and flexural pipe. It simulation analysis that, the coal water slurry at a stated speed, at a stated volume fraction as well as four kinds of coal grain diameter, the volume fraction distribution along the pipe section of the coal grain by respectively through the horizontal pipe, 90 ° and 150 °flexural pipe. The results show that, when the velocity of flow of coal slurry is 1.7m/s , the volume fraction is 45% and coal grain diameter is 0.5mm, in the horizontal pipe and flexural all appear obvious phase separation phenomenon, but when the coal grain diameter less than 0.25mm, in a horizontal pipe and flexural without appear phase separation phenomenon ultimately, it can completely satisfy the academic request of the coal transportation by pipe; for the same grain diameter of slurry, the fluidity in the straight pipe will be better.

Applying electromagnetic integration technology in heterogeneity VRM could improve the response speed of VRM, proposing to use many vice core unified integrated multiphase coupling array type integrated magnetic structure in this paper, taking the four-phase non-isolation interleaved VRM’s four-phase coupling array type integrated magnetic structure for example to analysis. Analyzed the relationship between VRM reduce the steady state ripple as well as enhance the dynamic response with the integrated magnetic coupling degree. Analyzed and simulation verified the influence of coupling magnetic core’s yoke resistance to integrated magnetic parameters, comparing to the influence of integrated magnetic parameters asymmetry to VRM’s performance. This paper studied acrylate grouting material used in micro-fissure water plugging, and their basic properties were studied. The experimental results showed that the slurry viscosity was below 3×10-3Pa ? s. The gel time of slurry, shortened and reduced gap between the two systems with the increase of the main agent concentration, and lengthened in A-Ca reaction system. The ratio at about 1, gel time was longest. The gel time was controlled in 3min-15min. The uniaxial compressive strength of the material was below 1MPa. Research results had been used for surface pre grouting of water plugging in 1000m deep shaft.

Through adding modifiers and active substances into the raw materials, developed environmental-friendly two-component chemical grouting material with less volatile organic compounds and high early strength. The material could solidify within 60 seconds after two-component mixed. The compressive strength, shear strength and adhesive strength of the 4-hour solidification were more than 36mPa and 18mPa and 2.6mPa respectively. Owing to broken and falling roof of the open-off cut in a coal mine, adopted the two-component grouting material to reinforce the roadway. Results showed that, the grouting evidently improved strength and integrity of the broken roof, and effectively controlled roof falling and rib spalling and increased excavation velocity,assured safety and high efficiency mining.
