Abstract: In order to rationally develope the coal resources, maximize the utilization of water under the coal resources and mine sluggish coal resources, this paper took Yaoqiao mining 7 8 short distance coal seams group as an example. Using geological exploration, laboratory testing, theoretical analysis and other methods to analysis the nature of the impermeable layer of the Quaternary loose the lower layer,in order to determine the type of safety of coal (rock) pillar .On this basis, it is investigated the safety of coal (rock) pillar size and determined the upper limit of mining of 7 8 coal.The results show that: the unconsolidated layers lower stratosphere and the bottom of the aquifer as a weak rich water or aquifer to unconsolidated layers good impermeable layer at the bottom of the clay, so the safety coal (rock) column can be let as sand safety of coal (rock) pillar; The fully-mechanized mining upper limit of 7 coal is -157m in mining district; the whole thickness of stratified mechanized mining upper limit is -136m; thickness mining 2.5m mining upper limit is -129m; The fully-mechanized mining upper limit of 8 coal is 170m in 7 8 coal distance smaller regional, the other 7,8 coal distance larger area, whole thickness mining upper limit is -139m, thickness 2.5m mining upper limit is -135m.

For solving technique puzzle of roadway support on ultra-close multi-seam, analysing the feature of roadways surrounding rock and deformation law, summing its existing support form, and advancing surrounding rocks control theory. Generalized: using high-intensity bolting adding high prestress, composite beams roof formed during initial stage of driving were turned into built-up beams roof, deflection and stress of coal and rock seams in roof were degraded prominently, intensity of coal and rock seams in roof light parts was increased, and its load-bearing capacity was enhanced; Adopting short anchor cables offering high pretensioned stress, cascading deep and shallow enclosing rocks in roof, enlarging thicknesses and intensities of built-up beams, degrading deflection and stress of coal and rock roof again, enhancing the stability of roof whole structure; enforcing both bands support through using high intensity bolting, controlling deformation and failure of coal bands, and guaranteeing whole stability of roadway. Advanced support design of 5116 working face haul road, it was showed in underground that the max subsidences of roof were 120mm, the max movements of both bands were 240mm, absciss layers of roof were 0 nearly, distortions of enclosing rocks were controlled apparently, and it offered valid technique approach for roadways with analogous coal seam condition.

Pointing to the problem that a period of the new auxiliary shaft wheel-dreven bypass in Tianzhuang coal mine of Linyi Mining Group deformed too largely under the double effect of the soft rock and fault, the deficiencies of the original “U Steel+bolt-mesh-coshot” supporting method was analyzed, and a scheme of using grouting reinforcement to governance this period of roadway and using anchor cable to strengthen support as the assistant was put forward. The results showed that using this method to repair the damaged section of bypass can make the broken rock pieces back into a whole, the strength and stability of surrounding rock were improved, water and air erosion of surrounding rocks was stopped, and that the safe use of bypass in its service period can be sure.

With the successfully application and popularization of the fully mechanized coal mining technology,the mechanization level of coal mining is promoted constantly, a large number of large volume and heavy weight mechanized equipments are used widely in the fully mechanized working face, which can guarantee the safety production and also increase the difficulty of end-mining of the working face, so it is very important to complete the safety retracement of fully mechanized mining equipments when end-mining. Taking the end-mining of the 21002 fully mechanized working face as example, according to the specific geological production conditions of 21002 working face, the layout of remove gateway, the construction technology and the supporting pattern are studied, and the process of the technology, the technical requirements and the points for attention are also researched. Aimed at shortage of coal resources and nervous mining and excavation replace status for Linyi Mining Group, research on gob-side entry retaining technology in gateway of thin seam fully mechanized coal face using new type of high-water material to construct roadside packing body was carried out and tested in Qiuji Coal Mine. In this technology, new type of high-water material was used to construct roadside packing body, the matched roadside packing process and related supporting technology were invented and the methods such as anchor bolt, steel belt were used to improve the stability of filling body. The results show that: The gateway had small deformation, so a good effect of gob-side entry retaining had been got, which indicates that this technology can be commendably fit for the rule of strata movement for gob-side entry retaining in thin seam fully mechanized coal face and has high promotion value.

The geological strata of the 12406 face, Bulianta mine was detected by GPR that has the advantage of a fine probing for shallow surface layers. According to the radar face, the stratification of the study area is divided into five different types. Combined the borehole data with the GPR profile, sedimentary structures along the survey line was obtained, which would be basic data for mine ecological reclamation. The detection results show that: the thickness of shallow loose layer is different sharply. The GPR wave probing is deeper in all sand layers than other loose layers. GPR detection was good in survey line 1200-1500m range sand layer deposition and the effective signal was up to 10m. The interface of coarse sand, medium sand or fine sand can be identified. The GPR detection depth is shallow in clay (sandstone weathering products) and gravel area; depth, which is corresponding with the deep of clay and gravel and shallower than 10m, some only a few tens of centimeters thick.

According to the mining conditions of high inclined and“three soft”thick seam of 72 coal seam, strata behavior regularity was obtained through strata control observation in west 47201 working face.There results was getted by observing.Firstly, first weighting length and dynamic load coefficient of main roof are respectively 36.4m and 1.39,while, periodic weighting length and dynamic load coefficient of main roof are respectively 12.0m and 1.26. Secondly, from the ground pressure strength point of view,the dynamic load coefficient of ministry in the working face is 1.52,higher than Middle and lower.Thirdly, from the pressure step point of view,the pressure step of ministry in the working face is lower than Middle and lower and present the partial pressure and migration features Along the working face direction. Bearing characteristics and adaptability of combination hydraulic supports was Analysised. The results provide a basis for effective control of the face roof and a reasonable selection of combination hydraulic support.

The research of this paper was mainly based on optimization of overburden bed separation filling technology. According to the contradiction between controlling surface subsidence and recovery of strip mining by resetting wide coal pillar overall in a certain coal mine in east china, on the basis of analysis of the technique feature of the isolated section-grouting technology for overburden bed separation space and mining technology with preset packing body in roadway without pillar, put forward mining technology of injecting grouts into separated layers with preset packing body in roadway without pillar. All strata under the key stratum+ preset packing body in roadway+ filling body in separated layers+ key stratum, theoretically formed a supporting body in this technology. Bearing capacity depended on its compaction rate. According to actual data, performed numerical simulations by using FLAC3D, and considerred that rock pressure on preset packing body and its stability fit the production conditions. Using this technology, production efficiency can be increased, underground conditions will be safer and healthier, controlling effect of surface subsidence will be more ideal.

The methods for simplifying judgment and prevention of membrane fouling are proposed by combining the analysis of membrane fouling types for mine drainage water treatment with the transport theory of materials for reverse osmosis. There are two types of membrane fouling involving particulate matter clogging and insoluble salt scaling. The computational formula of cleaning index (CI) is derived by the decrease of 10% for standard water productivity to judge membrane fouling. The membrane need to be cleaned by chemicals as CI>1, which indicates the membrane has been fouled. As a case, the calculational procedures of CI is illustrated and the applicational method of CI curve chart are presented. To prevent membrane fouling effectively, the dosage, influent turbidity and silt density index (SDI) should be strictly control, and the measures for preventing scaling and the method for cleaning should be taken according to the quality of mine drainage water.

Application the point of view of the sedimentology and sequence stratigraphy study on the outcrop and cores of Yan’an Formation in Longdong area, we identify the river, Delta,lake and other three major sedimentary systems. Use the bottom of the Baotashan, Peizhuang and Zhiluo sandstone as sequence boundary in sedimentary cycles and stratigraphic framework, Yan’an Formation is divided into two three-order sequences, and recoveried each sequence’s lithofacies palaeogeography. Through analysised the coal accumulation in sequence stratigraphic framework concluded that the most favorable coal-forming period is transgressive systems tract, and thick seams are generally formed in the delta plain environments.

The urban heat island effect problem of the small and medium-sized resources cities becomes serious with the acceleration of urbanization. This paper focused on the relationship between land cover and land temperature, and monitored the land cover and urban heat island change in the past 20 years of Xuzhou city. Conclusions are as follows: Xuzhou distribution pattern changed from the old town center to a pattern that old town and the new town as "double heart". The urban heat island effect is obvious, the temperature difference between urban and suburban is 2.334℃, and the heat island effect there is in a rising trend in 1990 to 2007, 2007 to 2010 eased. Therefore, the urban heat island problem can effectively controlled by increasing the green area, keeping the water region, and proper controlling of the construction area.

To analyze the effect of oxygen concentration to loose coal oxidation rate in different areas of goaf, the temperature-programmed experiments was designed for loose coal in different oxygen concentration, and the Gas Chromatograph was used to analyze the oxygen concentration of outlet gas at certain temperatures. Oxygen consumption rates at different oxygen concentration and temperature conditions were calculated, the rates of coal at different temperatures were compared, and the relationship between oxygen consumption rate and oxygen concentration at certain temperatures were fitted. It is showed that loose coal oxidation rate increase with rising temperature, oxygen concentration affect the level of oxygen consumption rate, but with no significant impact on the trend; at a certain temperature, the oxidation rate is increasing with oxygen concentration rising, and there is logarithmic relationship between them. It is of important theoretical significance to coal self-ignition analysis in goaf.

Abstract:The pilot plant experiments were carried out in a 6t/h chain boiler. The results show that the pilot plant was running steadily and effectively during the period of SO2 removal, the SO2 in the exhaust gas could be well reduced to below 120mg/m3 from 1100mg/m3; The activated coke could largely take place in a actifier column at 300 ℃ for reuse; and the SO2 concentration in the actifier column could reach 56905 mg/Nm3, which could be recovered the sulfur resources. Comparing with SO2 removal by alkaline washing process, this method by using activated coke could not only efficiently get rid of SO2 from the exhast gas, but also facilitate the ease for SO2 reuse, thus benefiting both environment and economy.

Abstract: Nine beams strengthened with helical rib steel wire near-surface mounted(NSM) in the concrete cover under monotonous loads are tested, and cyclic loading, security, delay and bending deformation of reinforced concrete beams are systematically studied. Test results indicate that NSM helical rib steel wire can overcome the peeling of the strengthening material from externally bonded FRP laminates.Compared with non-strengthened beam. The strengthened beams can significantly improve its ultimate capacity, and the increase could be as much as 130.92%. The suitable failure modes was discussed for the NSM helical rib steel wire on the basis of the theory of concrete structure, and formulas were derived for the bend moment, the ultimate moment. The predicted results agree well with the measured values from the tests of the studies .

Firstly, the paper analyzed the effect of coal mining on the related environment factors and adopted 5 indexes including extract recovery rate, waste water discharge rate, air pollution conditions and land-reclaim rate of mining subsidence zone as the basis for evaluation of the comprehensive coal mining environment. Then, based on the expert-score-comparison method, the paper set up 5 degrees for all the indexes and assigned 5 values for these degrees. At last, based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and combined with the detailed cases, the paper obtained the comprehensive scores of coal mine environment by calculating the index weight matrix and fussy evaluation matrix.

According to the requirement of smooth operation and accurate positioning for AC speed regulating system of mine hoist, a new control system that based on vector control of Fuzzy-PID was designed. In view of many disadvantages of high network traffic and long data transmission delay from the present gas monitoring systems, in this paper, mobile agent technology will applied to coal mine gas concentration monitoring system. The use of mobile agent technology can reduce network traffic, time delay of data transmission, energy consumption, and prolong the lifetime of sensor network so that the real-time and reliability of the whole system will increase. It is of great importance for coal mine safety. By analyzing traditional problems of the coal mine gas concentration monitoring system, coal mine gas concentration monitoring system based on agent is designed to solve the problems of weak real-time performance and low reliability that exit in traditional monitoring system. A model of the system is established firstly, and then Mobile Agent applications in the coal mine gas monitoring system is introduced in details. Finally, the technical advantages of Mobile Agent are analyzed. The result indicates that agent technology can effectively decrease network traffic, significantly reduce system response time and reduce energy consumption, prolong the life time of the monitoring network, and thus the real-time of the system is greatly enhanced.

Low carbon transition and development is the direction of development in our country in the future, XinJiang is abundant of energy resources, achieving a low carbon science development is an important issue of the great-leap-forward development of XinJiang. This article uses the industrial structure evolution model and carbon emissions-energy consumption structure model to XinJiang 's low carbon development situation of the research. This paper reveals the industrial structure evolution in XinJiang and an energy consumption, structure between energy consumption, energy consumption structure and the relationship between the carbon emissions, show that Industrial institutions and energy consumption structure in XinJiang is the effect of low carbon development of important factors, and then put forward some policy Suggestions.
