In order to effectively reduce the concentration of dust in the factory operating environment, this paper introduces a new spray-dust control system design.The control scheme is a combination use of microcontroller and PLC ,and the system hardware consists of dust concentration detection and infrared human body detection subsystem, the PLC control system. This paper analyzes the design ideas of the hardware of the control system and the PC monitor interface, and designs the main control part.

In connection with characteristical of measures to prevent outburst in Cut Coal Uncovering usually required for a long time, along with the tension in level mining area or new area’s replace. In this paper, in order to shorten the time of Crosscutting coal. the Coal Seam Water and Crosscutting coal seam gas drainage technology are applied in coal seam project of -50 m level , 21 mining area , a mine in Hunan. The construction period is less one month than drilling emissions for it’s faster relief speed ,saving money 200,000 yuan and providing new techlogy of Crosscutting coal seam in mines.

In order to solve the big deformation of thin bedrock large section cutting hole, revealed intense of mine pressure, difficult to maintain, the paper takes the mine 38.6 m ~ 42 m thin bedrock, 6m a mining full high mining height 1105 working face 44.16 m2 large section cut ting cutting hole rock as the research object, and uses theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field test as the main research method for cut the eye of support parameters optimization design. The results show that, without supporting conditions of surrounding rock roof incised eye the plastic damage depth for 3.89 m and two for surrounding rock damage depth is 4.42 m, the conventional bolt cannot anchor to stability in the strata, the new type of length is 5 m long bolt can solve this problem, long bolt rod body strength, elongation, connection structure performance can meet the requirements, the optimized cutting eye surrounding rock deformation was obvious controlled, roof subsidence by original 212 mm reduced to 170 mm now, deformation rate greatly reduced, the degree of tablets working slope is significantly smaller.

Purpose of this article is to demonstrate a special theory of “high initial supporting intensity results low pressure behavior, and low high” through production of some key techniques of roadway support in extremely loose coal seam. This article take return air course and mechanized roadway of 8203 coal face of guobei coal mine as instance, to introduce some key techniques of roadway support in extremely loose coal seam driving along its soleplate. Action mechanism of the key techniques was analysed in detail, correlation field experiments were conduceted also, to demonstrate the nice apply effect of anchor and double resistant cloth in extremely loose coal roadway, also to emphasize the comprehensive effect of composite support structure of “steel timber combing anchor and double resistant cloth”. Roadways of Guobei coal mine in similar conditons have to be repaired again and again before these key techniques were applied. Two minining districts were united for the nice supporting effect of entries of 8203 coal face, economic benefits arised therefrom was considerable. Background of this article was a successful scientific research cooperation between unsiversity and coal industry. Achievements in this scientific research not only embodied in economic benefits but also in the high academic value. The special theory of “high initial supporting intensity results low pressure behavior, and low high” weigh heavily to improve the bad supporting status of coal roadway in our country.

Study on Moving Rule of Surrounding Rock by Using Pillarless Gob-Side Entry Retaining Technology in Panyidong Coalmine Xiao-Changchun,Kong-Xiang (HuaiNan Mining Group, Panyidong Mine Construction Project Department,AnHui HuaiNan 232001) Abstract: To counter the coal mining conditions of high ground stress, high methane content, low permeability composite roof coal seam cluster in deep coal mines, this paper proposes a novel mining method to extract coal and methane simultaneously, which is realized by pillarless mining in gob-side entry that is provided with Y type ventilation in Panyidong coalmine. Due to the serious tunnel deformation, reinforcement measures should be taken and its key parameters need to be confined. Based on the introduction of pillarless gob-side entry retaining system technology, the moving rule of surrounding rock, especially influence scope of advance and lagging support is studied combining the effect on the stability of the existing support type, with which, key parameters of reinforcement measures is put forward. Finally, the support effect is observed through drilling peep technology to check the whole results. Through industrial tests, the technology of gob-side entry retaining gained better results in the Panyidong coalmine. Aiming at the difficult-to-collapse roof during the initial mining period of No. 21204 fully mechanized face in Huojitu mine, the experimental practice of 50 meters super deep hole blasting-forced roof caving was used to prevent the sudden falling of hard roof. By the creative charge process with PVC pipe and sealing technique with wooden wedge, this technology achieves the rapid charging and sealing, which enhances the bursting strength of roof. The remarkable effect was verified in field test, and the secure and efficient production was ensured.

   Abstract: According to the present status of the soft and low permeability with high gas in Wangxingzhuang Mine, an increasing permeability measure by drilling-slotting-extracting integration technology was selected. The increasing permeability mechanism was introduced. The application effect of the drilling-slotting-extracting integration technology in the soft and low permeability and high-gas seam region for the gas drainage and outburst elimination measures was studied. The study showed that the application effect of the drilling-slotting-extracting integration technology in the soft and low permeability and high-gas seam region for the gas drainage and outburst prevention measures was obvious. Seven tons of coal could be flushed from one single borehole in average, after drainaging a month, the gas drainaging scalar of the slotted borehole could be improved by 8 times in average, the pre-drained gas content of the borehole could be improved by 3.7 times, the influence scope of one single borehole was enlarged effectively.

In Fenxi Mining District, the remaining damaged area by disorder mining from small coal mines was quite large for the employment of outdated techniques such as room and pillar mining method and replacing mining with advancement, which had a low stoping rate and led to serious safety problems. Based on the engineering background Xinliu Coal Mine which was seriously damaged by small coal mines, the geological model of Workface 0902 in Jiaozili Panel was established. In this model, the stress field distribution law which was formed by room and pillar mining method by small coal mines was analyzed. On this basis, the stress distribution law before the workface passed the damaged area was researched with the advanced mining method or fully mechanized mining method. At the same time, the reasonable inclination angle was researched when the workface passed the damaged area. The results show that the inclination length should be about 20m in front of the transport roadway, and the inclined advance of workface caused alternant stress concentration in the coal pillars in front of the workface. This paper has scientific significance and engineering guidance values for the coal resource amalgamation and safe mining.

The key strata plays a controlling role in the movement of the overlying strata. Rapid discrimination of the key strata makes great significance of engineering application. We obtain a more simple expression and have a better understanding of ‘q’discrimination based on the synchronization deformation of the board according to the key strata theory written by academician Qian. The location of the key strata is determined by the identification method which is compiled by Using Delphi 7.0. We calculate the first weighting of stope and periodic weighting of stope by considering the influences of mining height and compound key strata. Finally, results are outputted by using the report printing. The results are identical with each other by contrasting the software calculation data with the field test data.

Abstract: In order to plan mining areas, design coal mines in Jurassic coal field, Jurassic sandstone water should be controlled. Spatial feature of Jurassic sandstone permeability should be studied. Pumping test data of a coal mine in Ulug-Khem coal field in Russia were collected to study spatial feature of Jurassic sandstone from Plane characteristics and vertical characteristics. The result indicates that permeability coefficients of area near the river and alluvium deposit area are higher than that of normal formation area. Sandstone permeability coefficients decrease with increases of distances to the river and increases of buried depths. Permeability-Buried Depth fitting equation was established to predict Jurassic permeability coefficients of different depth in normal formation area.

The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the influence of small faults on fully mechanized mining was established. When the model is founded ,the construction of evaluation index system, the calculation of weights and the determination of membership degree were discussed respectively, in addition, taking the 41108 working face from Xinwen coalmine and 1301N working face from Longgu coalmine, analyzed four impact factors including strike, tendency, dip and drop with the comprehensive evaluation on the research area, and found that this method can have more scientific,reasonable and accurate evaluation results,it also produce powerful safeguard for the normal mining of stope on the prediction of the influence degree of fully mechanized mining from small faults, in the meanwhile, it has more broad application prospect on this area.

For comparative research on CBM cost of ground pumping and underground pumping, based on the CBM test well reservoir testing parameters and the historical production data of Xiashijie mine field in Jiaoping mining area,the prediction analysis of the CBM well deliverability and pumping effect were carried out by using the currently international advanced coal-bed gas reservoir numerical simulation software CBM-SIM, and then the CBM cost of ground pumping and underground pumping was studied on the premise of achieving the same effect of extraction condition. The results showed that In order to make the gas content reduced to below 1m3/t, ground pumping need 12.5 years, cost 9.09 Yuan /t, underground pumping costs 16 Yuan /t, then ground pumping cost far less than the underground pumping.

In order to solve the domestic problem of coal mine’s roof safety, designing a new roof dynamic monitoring sub-station. The sub-station based on 16 bit digital controller DSPIC33FJ256GP506,gathering several composite parameters, and uploaded to a central station for expert analysis. The system based on the sub-station could prevent roof fall accident of the coal mine production,and provide the roof safety decision-making basis,by monitoring the roof dynamically. The field results showed that the system was stable and reliable.

It is significant to study on measuring soil moisture by GPS reflected signals. In arid mine area there is lower vegetation cover rate due to land desertification. However it is essential to know about soil moisture by remote sensing within this context for sustainable development. In this paper, it provided the methodology to monitor soil moisture using GPS reflection signals. After it described the procedure of GPS-R for soil moisture inversion, it discussed the potentiality to apply this alternative approach for soil moisture inversion within desertification mine area. It is of significance to monitor soil moisture with high spatial and temporal resolution.

The structural features and working principles of oil and air suspended frame for rubber tyre vehicle was introduced. a simple model of vibration about oil and air suspended frame for rubber tyre vehicle was set up with ADAMS software through multi-system dynamics theory method and virtual prototyping technology. The rubber tyre vehicle smoothness was analyzed through a simulation to random underground pavement excitation. The model of vibration acceleration response varying regular pattern was analyzed through varying main structural features of oil and air suspended frame, and it was pointed out how structural features influence rubber tyre vehicle smoothness., which lay a foundation for optimization of the structural features of oil and air suspended frame.

Pressure distribution of the coal slurry transportation pipeline is related to the flow, pump discharge distance and the concentration , and is of complicated non-linear relationship. The pressure distribution model is established with neural network in this paper, whose parameters are optimized by genetic algorithm, the test results of the experimental data show that this model can accurately calculate pressure distribution of the coal slurry pipeline.

Aimed at the high content of hydrogen sulfide in coke oven gas as alternative fuel for motor vehicles which will damage the automobile engine and based on the research of coke oven gas desulphurization technology in this paper, wet FGD technology and dry desulfurization were used in the purification treatment of coke oven gas. After taking deep desulfurization purification of coke oven gas, the sulphur content of coke oven gas will be up to the safety standard of the automobile engine when referred to the sulphur content standard of natural gas and did the real vehicle tests.

Abstract: Through the experiment method of freezing in low temperature after the first pressure consolidation, tri-axial shear tests of deep frozen clay under radial unloading stress path can be used to simulate mechanical process of deep frozen clay, as freezing shafts which with multi-coil freezing pipes are being excavated. A series of deep frozen clay stress-strain curves had been got by a mass of tri-axial shear tests, which in different consolidation confining pressure, different freezing temperature and different unloading stress path. The conclusion is as follows: As deviatoric stress lowly, artificially frozen clay stress-strain curves should be described by linear function and artificially frozen clay can be treated as elastic material, using Mohr-Coulomb yield function as yield surface of artificially frozen clay will be pretty good. But if deviatoric stress so large that artificially frozen soil stress- strain curves should be described as parabolic curves. At this time, artificially frozen clay show as plastic material, using modified Zienkiewicz-Pande parabolic yield function as field function must be a good choice. As consolidation confining pressure lager and freezing temperature lower frozen soil shear strengthen will be bigger about 0.2MPa/C°。The result can give a guiding to deep shaft design and construction.

In order to promote the standard digital informatization construction of Lu'an Mining Group, this paper analyzed and discussed the data network status of Lu'an Group, increasing RPR ring network based on the existing SDH network, improving network performance, flexibility and scalability, meeting the growing IP data, voice, image, video and other needs of the business transfer. Internet of Things technology is developing rapidly, and connecting logistics and scheduling system combining into the day-to-day operations with the management of the coal enterprises has become a trend. Analysis of coal distribution in the background of the scheduling system based on the Internet of Things technology can be drawn from the implementation of the inevitability of this system. Combined with logistics and scheduling system, the overall framework of interpretation and core business system platform, especially the prevention and control of transport in the core business system platform management systems and professional systems system research can confirm that the distribution scheduling system in the implementation of the coal enterprises will have a huge economic and social benefits. Also it has greatly broad prospects for development.

The listed coal production enterprises represent the highest level of Chinese coal industry production enterprises, this paper analyzed the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of 31 listed logistics enterprises by using the DEA model. By analysis this paper draw a conclusion that the technical efficiency of the listed coal enterprises was low in overall, and further analysis found that the main cause was the low scale efficiency of listed coal enterprises. The returns to scale characteristics of listed coal enterprises showed that the returns to scale increasing or decreasing was no significant correlation with the fixed asset size. Therefore, the first problem to be solved by the coal enterprises was how to improve the level of scale efficiency.
