Development and experimental Study of a new thickener with eccentric revolution stirring

In order to compress sediments in the gravity field further, a new thickener with eccentric revolution stirring is developed based on deep cone thickeners. Both effects of stirring and pressuring lead sediments to deep compact in the compression zone. The experimental results show that the shearing function provided by the eccentric revolution stirring can be only input after the sediment concentration reaches the compression point. There is a sediment specific optimal range of shearing forces. Within this range this new kind of the thickener has higher efficiency, better thickening effect, low energy consumption, and gets homogeneous sediments compared with the deep cone thickener.

For the purpose of resolving the problem of the opening amount on the ZDY1200S drilling rig is too small, this paper has designed a new type of clamper that regulate the stroke by the use of nitrogen gas spring. The type and pre-compression of the nitrogen gas spring is confirmed by the reference of the clamper force, then check the key components, that proved the rationality of the clamper.

Abstract: Through the theory analysis on the overburden strata of working face and its movement characteristics of stagger arrangement. Found in stagger arrangement mine the supporting condition of connected working face is quite different from convention coal mine at the period of initial and periodic weighting. The article is based on the analyses of roof supporting condition of connected working face of stagger arrangement mine, established mechanical model, and then using the method of calculating roof weighting step in classical theory of mine pressure control, analysis the different between stagger mine and traditional mine. Finally further with FLAC3D numerical simulation verifies the analysis results.

Abstract: To effectively maintain the stability of large-scale coal drifts in extremely thick coal seam and to solve the problem of reasonably selecting surrounding rock’s parameters used in numerical simulation, analysis the real strength of roadway surrounding rock in different parts by laboratory test, field test and theoretical calculation, research the distortion and failure character of roadway based on the thought of “differ parameter”, and design method of support parameters based on loose circle theory consistent with the character. The calculation results show that the thickness of the loose circle is 1.51m, 1.57m and 1.6m from theoretical calculation, field measurement and numerical simulation, they are same basically; deformation of surrounding rock development to the roadway space no supporting, the roof prone holistic caving, surrounding rock displacement caused by the broken expansion deformation within rock loose circle; the numerical simulation reproduces the effect of a combination arch and match with the expected results and good engineering application results have been achieved, the loose circle support theory can good maintain the stability of large-scale coal drifts in extremely thick coal seam.

Huating coal mine mining the fifth coal layer, the largest mining depth is about 800m. The fifth coal layer is thick coal seam, average thickness 37.5m,coal seam dip angle 0~9°,strong rockburst proneness. In order to prevent rockburst and raise mine safety coefficient, By theoretical calculation, numerical simulation, field observation method, we analysis the impact of stress variation and abutment pressure in the narrow coal pillar and working face. By analyse the deformation rule of the narrow coal pillar and the excursion of four different width coal pillar plastic zone , we finally get the property width of section coal pillar of Yanbei mine.

The turn of the roadway which can lead to turbulence,causing unstable flow,but the flow station need to construct in the area of stable flow to monitor the change of flow effectively.The author set up different sizes of roadway cross-section model, simulated the wind flow, analyzed the velocity distribution on different location,studied the influence of the size of roadway cross-section to the position of coal mine. The numerical simulation results show that the greater the cross-section of roadway,at the turn of the roadway ,after the disorder of the flow, the more difficult to achieve stable flow. The horizontal direction of cross-section is more difficult to achieve stable flow than the vertical direction. And import’s flow influence export direction more greatly, make export direction to achieve the stable flow farther. Under certain models,by fitting with the least square method,the flow station and the size of roadway cross-section meet the linear relationship:y=a+bx.

The mechanism of mine water chemical evolution is very complicated , influenced by many factors such as aquifer rock, geological structure, runoff area and the influence of mining activities, which make the mine water quality in the same aquifer change significantly, so the mine water-filling resource determination becomes more difficult. In order to improve the accuracy of mine water-filling resource determination, with the powerful spatial analysis function of MapObjects and GRNN nonlinear characteristics, taking xinglongzhuang coal mine as an example, the dynamic construction method of Standard water sample database for mine water-filling resource determination was put forward, the MapObjects and GRNN coupling model of water-filling resource determination was established, and water-filling resource determination was realized. The results show that the spatial analysis function of MapObjects can dynamically build Standard water sample database whose geological environment is similar to the determined water sample. and GRNN has good prediction and generalization ability, can realize to determine water-filling resource of mine based on the Standard water sample database, MapObjects and GRNN coupling technology can improve the accuracy of mine water-filling resource determination.

Fracture geometry and reservoir property are important indices to the evaluation of fracturing efficiency and the prediction of single-well productivity and recovery. In order to obtain key parameters such as fracture half-length, conductivity and formation permeability, three post-treatment evaluation methods, i.e.micro seismic imaging, net pressure matching and transient production analysis, were investigated with a field case of a multi-stage fractured horizontal well in Sulige field. The field case study verified the validity and limitation of the three methods. It proved that the three methods have their own limitations, and the post-treatment measurements obtained with microseismic monitoring, execution data and daily production need to be integrated effectively that could avoid ambiguity. The fracture half-length achieved from micro seismic often deviates from the actual value and is too large; The net pressure matching result gives a greater fracture half-length than the actual value without considering fracture closure and effectiveness effects; The result of the production data analysis gives a minimum value of fracture half-length, which is the most accurate.

This research put forward the steel wire rope detection system for the actual need of mining hoist. The detection system by extracting the damage signal characteristic value, quantitative identification, and the least squares curve fitting was fitted on to quantificationally analyze the flaw signals.Plenty tests and experiments show that the signal analysis and processing system can implement the aim of nondestructive detection, and the results of signal analysis and processing accord with the actual faults,it is feasible in the practical application.

Coke powder is a potential solid waste material, which could be used in purification processes of coking wastewater. To expand the adsorption capacity of coking powder, choosing the suitable modifier of coking powder has became a hot research topic. In the experiment, the modified ability of 0.5mol/L sulfuric acid, 1mol/L nitric acid and 1mol/L sodium hydroxide has been examined. The experiment result shows that acid condition can improve coke powder adsorption ability, and smaller the size of coke powder, the bigger the specific surface, so the better adsorption effect.

The heat load calculation of the refuge chamber in the emergency system is more complex, and different initial temperatures within the refuge chamber can product great influence to the changes of the average heat load. For the unsteady heat transfer problem of refuge chamber, the paper carried a full-size simulation and finite element analysis to the heat transfer characteristics. The temperature rule of the refuge chamber of 20 people was reached. One- dimensional unsteady heat transfer calculation formula of temperature field of chamber wall was obtained by fitting, and was verified with experimental data. The paper provide a theoretical basis for the refuge chamber heat load calculation and provide a reference for the calculation of configuring cooling system of the refuge chamber for the different initial temperatures.

In this paper, the ARCH model was used to research on volatility characteristics of coal prices at Qinhuangdao and Australian coal markets. The research found the coal prices at Qinhuangdao and Australian coal markets are all subject to the continuing impact of external shocks and their past fluctuations. This effect disappeared at a slower rate in Qinhuangdao market than in Australian market, while both the two markets do not have "high-risk, high-return" feature. Coal price volatility at Qinhuangdao market presence an "asymmetric effect" and impact of "good news" for the coal price is greater than that of "bad news", while in the Australian market the "asymmetric effect" is not significant. For Qinhuangdao and the Australian coal market the ARCH model is applicable to volatility characteristics research of coal price with decent fittings.

Hanjiawan Coal Mine of North Shaanxi Mining Co. Ltd. drove open-off cut (old) developing gateways of section 2403 after encountering erosion zone, and then continued excavating forward to clarify the range of the erosion zone. After excavated 25m erosion zone, the seam was found being recovery normal, and drove a new open-off cut nearby recoverable boundary, got about 700 000t coal. Then the problem is resulted, i.e. No. 2403 fully-mechanized coalface how to pass through the old open-off cut. Could fully-mechanized coalface pass directly through the old open-off cut? We take the similar simulation experiment to study the support loading change, abutment pressure distribution and overburden movement by real-time detection in pressure sensors and record value of displacement of measuring points by means of the electronic total station in the period of fully-mechanized coalface passed directly through the old open-off cut. The experiment results shows that the fully-mechanized coal face passes directly through the old open-off cut is feasible after supporting it properly.

In order to investigate the effect of permeability enhancement and gas drainage of waterjet rigid slotting, field test was carried out in Yangliu mine 10412 extraction tunnel. The result shows that the high pressure water slotting can form pressure relief space, which leaves the coal mass rheology and the permeability enhanced. Gas desorption and flow are boosted. Grid strengthen permeability enhancement and local effective outburst elimination can be realized through the combined arrangement of slotting boreholes and ordinary boreholes. The effect of gas drainage is strengthened if slotting inside the boreholes and the adjacent ordinary boreholes are activated if slotting between the boreholes.

Mine high temperature problem has seriously restricted the coal mine safety in production, affected the economic benefits of mine. At the same time, the health and safe of underground workers has also brought great harm. Compressed air is often used for heat absorption while it is expanded into its surroundings. Just for its property, it is widely taken as an effective means to improve the underground deep—well ventilation. The current control systems of deep—well cold is analyzed, a new kind of deep cold control system was put forward. Gas adiabatic expansion is used to cool water, instead of ice machine, to meet the needs of the mine cooling. By analyzing the relationship of compressed gas and the manufacturing of cold water, a quantitative relationship between manufacturing cold water temperature, quality and quality of compressed air. The effect and costs of compressed air cold water system and ground centralized refrigeration cooling system are compared, compressed air cold water system is better.

2604 island mining face return airway in Hebi NO.4 coal mine is selected as research object, roadway surrounding rock vertical stress is simulated by FLAC3D, The relation curve between the roadway surrounding rock depth and vertical stress is obtained. The vertical stress peak of surrounding rock has big difference, the depth vertical stress in roof and goaf side tends to be a constant value, the vertical stress of coal pillar is small. For broken surrounding rock, top coal is thicker, so the combined support technology of high strength and high pre-stressing bolt & diagonal cable beam is proposed, which makes the shallow and deep surrounding rock form a unified structure, mine pressure observations show that: roof-to-floor relative convergence is 215mm, both sides relative convergence is 157mm, the total roof separation was 35mm, which could provide reference to roadway support under the similar condition.

Chamber group in 42 mining district of Peigou mine was studied with the methods of numerical simulation and field test, to acquired the characteristics and control countermeasures of stability of chamber group. Geological radar and drilling peep instrument were used to test and judge the loosen zone of chamber group surrounding rock, and software UDEC was used to analyze the utilizing range of grouting and grout diffusion under different water cement ratio and injection pressure. According to the lithological characteristics of chamber group, the first support scheme of u-steel support backwall grouting was put forward. The industrial result showed that chamber group was effectively maintained after adopting rational support scheme.

Described the situation of water flowing through the freezing shaft lining in auxiliary shaft of YiLi’s First Core mine. In order to analyze the reason of streaming, measured the temperature along the freeze pipe of master circle. According to the heat-transfer law of a single frozen column, a mathematical model of single freezing soil pole was established in order to calculate transit rising temperature field. By using the modern software of the Maple, the formula is figured out with chart. The results showed that there is a stream from North to Southeast underground of auxiliary shaft, and freezing shaft lining was affected by unusually flowing of groundwater, which caused a “window” in the frozen wall. Use grouting to reduced the flow rate of groundwater, and reinforced freezing, resolved the incidents effectively affected by unusually flowing of groundwater, and ensured the security of freezing shaft construction .

As to the limitation of traditional starting criteria for fault recorder algorithm, this article proposes a algorithm based on SOM neural network. An example of A-phase current limit is done in this research of algorithm. The construction of SOM neural network, network training and cluster prediction are completed, then inputting the input vector normalized to the trained SOM model, the output will be shown in dimensional plane array, and blue neurons in network topology represent phase A over limit, at this point, wave recording should be started. In order to verify the accuracy of the model, two input vector of different dimensionality are inputted into network model, then the outcome shows that the starting criteria for fault recorder algorithm based on SOM neural network has strong adaptive ability and can effectively complete the recording start with minor error.

In sorting process of using traditional coal sorting robot, the time-varying load non-linear changes cause fluctuations in speed frequently. Such fluctuations affect the performance of the systematic control seriously, and reduce mechanical arm operating accuracy and rapidity. This paper presents the fuzzy star topology-membrane computing algorithm (FST-MC algorithm) to optimize PID self-tuning system which encodes three control parameters of PID to transform into optimized objects, and obtains ideal optimal values through empathy, communication, cross and rewrite. Finally, it carries out a simulation experiment, the experimental results demonstrate the proposed system in this paper has the advantage of fast response, high control accuracy and robustness performance, so it has a very good application prospect in coal sorting robot system.
