Large Section Roadway Supporting Technology in High Horizontal Stress

For Changping mine,under high horizontal stress large cross section along the bottom roadway is difficult to support the status quo, through stress testing, drilling peep, numerical simulation methods such as roadway roof rock failure analysis. According to the analysis of the conclusions, put forward 43042 roadway along the top layout support programs, and by setting the station measured surface displacement, roof separation, rock-bolt dynamometer and other methods,its stability were analyzed to verify the 43042 roadway programs reasonable.

The soft and weak coal roadway support in thick coal seam roof has been one of the key problems to realizing the safety and high efficiency production in large coal mines with complex supporting conditions in China. The soft and weak coal seam roof in roadways suffers from the large tensile stress and could lead to sudden roof collapse because of lots of thin rock layers inserting the extra thick coal seam leading to the roof abscission, and the roadway excavation in the soft and weak coal seam is easily deformed. Firstly, the deformation characteristics are analyzed, and then a set of combining support system including high pre-stress bolt, single cable and truss cable is put forward. Taking a typical soft and weak coal roadway in Shanxi Province, the production and geological characteristics are introduced, and the set of supporting system is applied to the roadway to have a supporting trial. The results show that the roof controlling effect is perfect and have a preferred value to the supporting design to the analogous coal roadways.

In order to prospect geological conditions of two groups coal seam erosion zone of 12520 working face, according to the 12 coal seams conditions, proposed "step-exploration" programs with firstly prospect continuity and secondly prospect distribution regularity of erosion zone, used "branch-hole" and "wavy-line" combination of process, constructed directional drilling hole TC1# and 20 branches, prospected continuity and distribution regularity, and finally, analyzed exploration results from exploration accuracy and geological interpretation. Results show that the two groups erosion zone of 12520 working face is the same continuous erosion zone, and the thinnest coal seam is only 0.4m, seriously affecting coal mining operations, mining program should be adjusted according to 3m thick coal mining area traps.

Soil nailing wall reinforced pre-stressed anchors (SNWRPA) is a kind of common and effective supporting structure. In order to further study stress and deformation, relationship of soil nail tension and anchor force is analyzed through theoretic analysis and numerical simulation. Improved Increment Method (IIM) is adopted to calculate horizontal displacement of composite soil nailing wall in construction, and several influential factors are considered. Such conclusions are drawn. Firstly, pre-stressed anchors should be set for two layers which can ensure safety and economy considering optimization design. Secondly, soil nail forces nearby will be smaller affected by pre-stressed anchors. Thirdly, in view of effect of soil nail on deformation ,IIM will be simple and reliable used to calculate horizontal displacement .

In order to improve the level of safety in coal mine, the imagine of constructing the coal mine accident information release platform was purposed. The necessity of constructing the platform was discussed, and it was reckoned that the platform should realize the functions that releasing the accurate and authoritative accident information timely and collecting and sharing the materials about coal mine accidents. Also the authority management of the information releasing and the content of the accident information were introduced. Then this paper discussed the software and hardware, the source and usage of funds and the expert management, et al. It is hoped that the construction of coal mine accident information release platform is good for realizing releasing the accurate and authoritative accident information timely, confirming the liability of the suspect, and collecting and sharing the materials about coal mine accidents, which will gradually improve the level of safety in China’s coal mine.

Based on the essential features of dragline casting technology in HeiDaiGou open-pit coal mine and the status of high production effects on the extraction of 9th coal seam, the rehandling stripping by the single dragline was analyzed and the tracking mining scheme with variable width was proposed. The influences of both the mining approach on the production capacity were discussed, the former decrease the equipment efficiency and the production capacity decline to 24.46Mt/a, and the latter can achieve the capacity to 28Mt/a. In order to reach the capacity of 30Mt/a, the working length of the 9th coal seam should reduce 160m when the working line of 6th coal seam arriving at the end-slope.

The article expounds the shape of covered culverts and the applicable condition in the waste dump. Fire hazard of working face under the coexist hazards of spontaneous combustion and gas is a composite disaster caused by the multi-field coupling. The key measures to eliminate this hazards is to narrow the scope of various physical fields and to make their intersection empty. For 10416 fully mechanized caving face of Shaanxi some coal mine, the fire prevention and extinguishing technology system composed of gas extraction, filling foam, injection of liquid carbon dioxide and filling organic solidified foam was established. Through these measures, the volume fraction of CH4 was less than 0.5 % and CO is not higher than 0.0024 % in upper corner, CH4 was less than 0.1 % and CO is not higher than 0.0003% in the return air, and oxygen concentration was maintained below 10 % in goaf after 20 m in depth.

Introduced dust generation source in the production process of coal washing in Xinzhuang Coal Preparation Plant, analyzed forming reasons of the coal dust in production, transportation, storage, shipping links, according to the present production system, reduced coal dust concentration by precipitators arranged, material chute and transport belts enclosed, watered in coal dust and coal storage yard, cut down wind pressure in equipment outlet, exhaust devices installed, anti-crushing device increased on the transfer point and the feeding inlet, results show that has remarkable economic and social benefits through the management and transformation, various links of coal dust concentration is controlled in 10 mg / m3 below, generate annual profits about 1.06 million yuan.

According to a lot of research data and theoretical results, studied the management methods of coal gangue heap, combined with treatment engineering of the coal gangue heap at Sang Shuping Coal Mine, studied the spontaneous combustion control method. Indoor and field tests suggest that, when grouting extinguishing fire technology is adopted, added a certain proportion of limestone in clay as the grouting extinguishing fire material would have better effect, clay with lime preparation of slurry concentration and the proportion in this article has good stability and rheology though engineering practice, and they can be used as the reference for other management engineerings. Good governance shows that spontaneous combustion coal gangue was eliminated thoroughly and never reburns, obtained lots of ecological benefits, social and economic efficiencies.

Aiming to solve the support problems occurs in 51101 working face ends area of Shengxin coal mine, by means of fields investigation and engineering analogy, the surrounding rock failure feature and its influence factors were analyzed, and then the support parameters were determined. Furthermore, the displacement field changes with support was analyzed in comparison without support by using the FLAC3D. The analysis shows that the value of maximum roof subsidence, floor deformation and coal sides convergence decrease obviously and the support parameters are rational. Besides, fields practice demonstrates the surrounding rock deformation rate and amount in 51101 working face ends area are both in reasonable range, which not only achieves the goal of safe and efficiency mining, but provides some technical reference for the working face ends area support with the similar engineering geological conditions.

In order to study the strata behaviors around the fault under the influence of mining, we produced two experimental models of similar material according to 1010 face geological conditions of Caocun coal mine. Respectively simulating working face from the foot wall and hanging wall of the fault to advance fault studied strata behavior regularity at fault zone. The results show that,when working face advanced from the fault footwall, roof stability of working face is the worse with the closer the fault, smaller periodic breaks step, and normal stress and shear stress of fault plane reaches extremes when the working face is at the fault location. When working face advanced from the fault hanging wall, roof rock fracture easily formed beam structure, and the amount of fault slip essentially unchanged, When working face passed faults, the foot wall and hanging wall of the fault occurred a significant movement, and mainly in the hanging wall along the fault side down relative slippage based.

Abstract:WuTongZhuang No.182309 mining face was an isolated up-dip mining face with the angle of the mining face wide , the strata pressure violent and the phenomenons of rib fall of coal wall frequent. In view of these problems, taking WuTongZhuang No.182309 mining face as project background,the condition of the stress near the mining face and the rib of coal wall were analyzed by use of numerical simulation software FLAC3D and UDEC. Based on the above study results, the mining face adopted a scheme of pre- grouting which effectively controled the phenomenon of the rib fall of coal wall.

The best economic models of groove depth is established based on groove inclined turning’s feature and the criterion of groove depth depend on the principle that the production stripping ratio is not greater than the economic stripping ratio.It is identified that the total benefit is a cubic function of the groove depth and the computing formula of the best groove depth is derived. Last the analysis of a mine’s actual situation demonstrates the usefulness of the model .

A new method by combining Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Generalized Regression Neural Network (GRNN) is presented. In this method, the GA is used to optimize the smoothing parameter of GRNN. An intelligent prediction model for surface subsidence coefficient using this hybrid GA-GRNN algorithm is constructed based on the analysis of impact factors. Typical data of surface moving observation stations is used as learning and test samples. Comparison analysis is made between predicted values generated by GA-GRNN method and measured values. Results indicate that this model could make use of multi-factor. The maximum relative error between the predicted results and the measured is only 5.44%, which is fully meet the needs of field engineering. A new approach for the future prediction of surface subsidence coefficient is proposed.

In order to study the impact of the intake and exhaust anti-explosion systems for mine-engine performance, this paper takes a certain type of mine-diesel as the prototype to test the external characteristic of mine-engine in increasing the intake and exhaust anti-explosion system before and after of both states, the test results showed that under increasing the intake and exhaust anti-explosion system,diesel engine rated power declined by 8.6 percent, a decrease of 8.1 percent of maximum torque, minimum fuel consumption rate increased by 14%, the maximum exhaust temperature of 12%. The results show that after increasing intake and exhaust explosion system, intake and exhaust resistance of mine-engine increases, air intake pressure decreases, the exhaust back pressure increases, air consumption reduces, power and torque reduces too, power performance drops , fuel consumption increases, economic performance becomes poor, the exhaust gas temperature rises.

In practice, most operators tend to increase the feed pressure to improve the underflow concentration of the hydro-cyclone. The relationship between feed pressure and classifying/thickening performance was studied on the industrial operating 250 mm hydro-cyclones. Moreover, the affection of hindered settling on classification and thickening performance was researched. The results show that the optimal classification and enrichment performance are at different operating conditions. With the feeding pressure increasing, the concentration of the underflow increases, nevertheless, the classification efficiency declines rapidly. This can be explained by the hindered settling phenomenon in the section of the cyclone. As a consequence, both the enrichment performance and hindered settling must be taken into account when determine the rational feeding pressure so as to avoid sacrificing the classification efficiency.

The reconnaissance and the general survey results, such as drilling, geophysical prospecting and chemical testing results, as well as methods of key beds, interlayer spacing, coal quality analysis and log response, have been applied to establish and compare the coal-bearing strata in Dangzhonggang Exploration District, Anhe Coalfield, determine key recoverable coal seams and analyze stratigraphic sequences, lithologic combination, key bed thickness and interlayer spacing. The existing research results have been studied and the experience has been compared, the 12 layers of coal containing coal measure strata is determined, and the thickness of Group or Member. To determine the horizon of Key workable coal seams B1 and A 1 1. The apparent resistivity of coal seams B1 is 372 ~ 1350 Ω?m , coal seams B1 is low-ash and low-sulfur coal. The apparent resistivity of coal seams A 1 1 is 320 ~ 860 Ω?m , coal seams A 1 1 is Ash Coal and High Sulfur Coal. A case study of coal and rock seams correlation in this area, discusses the importance of coal and rock contrasting suitability of different methods, combined with comparative data to explain the area coal sedimentary origin, composition differences, differences in the physical properties inherent mechanism.

Based on the early warning of spontaneous combustion coal in the process of Huanghua Port 3rd phase silo coal storage, Shenyou-2 and Waigou-1 were selected to carry on the experiment of programmed heating, obtaining the various indicators of oxidative pyrolysis gases and analyzing their variation with temperature. Results showed that CO、C2H4、C2H6 and C2H4/C2H6、ΔCO/ΔO2 changed with the coal temperature and showed good regularity. Through the mutation of CO in 60℃, the silo emptying critical temperature of two kinds of coal was set at 60℃. At the same time, combined with safety device of the existing analysis of silo, we analyzed the temperature monitoring and early warning index gases as a warning method of silo coal storage spontaneous combustion. Carrying on the real-time monitoring to the temperature of coal transport in and out, the content of index gases and coal temperature in the process of coal storage, as well as setting the appropriate alarm threshold may have certain guiding significance for the safety in production.

The compression rebound modulus of the material is an important parameter index for pavement base or subbase design. In this paper, the coal gangue was selected from Xingtai area, which was mixed with a small amount of fly ash, lime powder and cement on the basis of its physical and chemical properties. According to the method of uniform design, 8 groups mix ratios were designed and the compression rebound modulus of each group was conducted. The experimental results were analyzed by regression analysis model, and the regression equation between the compression rebound modulus of coal gangue mixture and the blending amount of each admixture was established. Besides, the scope of such gangue mixture’s compressive rebound modulus was proposed as design parameters for roadbed project that sue gangue mixture.

In order to prevent and control coal miners' unsafe behavior with pertinency, common unsafe behaviors of coal mine was classified, a model of consequence severity of miners' unsafe behavior on AHP which is constructed by seven first-order factors and twenty-one second-order factors was determined. The weight of various factors was computed by MATLAB, and consequence severity of various unsafe behavior was determined. The results showed that the consequence of unsafe behavior in “one ventilation and three preventions” was the most serious, in electromechanical maintenance, driving working, blasting working and fully-mechanized mining was relatively serious, in auxiliary transportation and belt conveying was slighter.
