In order to improve rate of recovery and reduce waste of resource, author had researched stagnant coal reserve within leasing area of Panyi colliery. Furthermore, the stagnant coal reserve file had already been established. Stagnant coal reserve exploitation had been commenced after feasibility study done. The annual output had boomed from 4.6 to 5 million tons. Through the measures above, the rate of recovery had been increased and panel replacement difficulty had been alleviated simultaneously.

Abstract: There are specializations in the design of water supply and drainage of coal industry. The 《Code for design of water supply and drainage of coal industry》 has taken an important role in designing of coal industry. It has improved the design greatly. In this paper discuss two kinds of questions, one is domestic and industrial water supply, the other is fire water supply in the design of coal industry. According to the design process, this paper will analyze something to improve it, and give some suggestions and measures to solve these problems. At last, this paper will list some contents to add in this code of coal industry.

Coal reserves explored are very rich in Lingtai mining area. The mining technical requirement in Anjiazhuang Filed included in Lingtai mining area was analyzed, and some recommendations were provided. The paper has guiding significance for coal resources mining in Lingtai mining area. The stability of the surrounding rock of the laneway construction is poor. The lithology of main coal seam (No. 8-2) roof were mudstone, sandy mudstone and carbon mudstone, the mainly type of seam roof was extremely unstable and unstable. There were high stresses and rock bursts could easily occur during mining due to the coal’s deep occurrence. Anjiazhuang mine should be designed as a high gas mine. The coal dust was combustible and explosible. The temperature was above 37℃ in most of mining field. Therefore, the mining conditiongs were complicated.

Take Songhe Coal Mine as an example, aiming at the short distance coal seams in coal mines that suffer the problems of gas outburst, this paper raises the method of mining the upper and lower protective seam and drilling hole to extract gas, broadening the space of releasing gas concentration and pressure, effectively release gas in nearby seams, and achieve very good results. This research achievement plays a very good referential role to design schemes and production management.

In order to prevent the influence of fire in coal mine belt roadway on the coal mine production system and workers' life safety, the design of early-waring and control system of fire in coal mine belt roadway is formed according to the present situations of belt roadway in Kongzhuang coal mine. The disaster is monitored timely by CO and smoke sensor. The wind flow in the roadway is controlled effectively by controlling automatic wind door and the spread of the disaster is prevented. The alert equipments warn workers to evacuate timely at the same time. The favorable conditions for the next step of the emergency rescue are provided by them. The validity and reliability of early-warning and control system of fire in coal mine belt roadway are verified by effect examination.

Abstract: resource-based cities mean the cities which are developed based on the discovery of mineral resource, including coal, oil and all kinds of metal mineral. The emergence of resource-based cities is inevitable. However, the mineral resource is non-renewable, and its discovery is inevitable. Therefore, some issues of urban development are arisen and different in these resource-based cities due to the mode of “Development and construction around mine” and “Priority production, post construction”, compared with those in general cities. Some indications of urban development show that those issues may cause a “Doom of ruin” future. This paper firstly studies the issue of urban development in resource-based cities during “Zhong yuan qi (the period between abundance and exhaustion in natural resource)”. Secondly, it studies strategies of urban planning which are recommended to be adopted in those resource-based cities during process of the city transition. Finally, it proposes three principles, including “avoid weaknesses”, “overcome weakness” and “act according to circumstances”, to seek appropriate strategies of urban planning. Meanwhile, it also provides feasible methods of urban planning in certain type of city development.

Directed against the unreasonable phenomena existing in the construction layout of coal industry square facilities, this paper, adopting the SLP method to have a correlation analysis of the logistics, flow and emergency department, drew the location diagram and area diagram for the facilities. Through evaluation of the construction layouts before and after optimization with weighting factor method, the applied effect of SLP in the layout was demonstrated. Meanwhile this paper provided a new construction mode of coal industry square facility layout for the coal mines with frequent disasters.

Gob flexible filling walls (usually with tatter gangue filling) can adapt to produce along the movement of roof roadway deformation and dynamic load effect, with the tunnel roof coordinated movement, ensuring the security and stability of the roadway. But due to the complexity of random crushing gangue individual and underground environment, it can not be quantitatively support design. Aiming at this problem, mastered the bag gedgangue confined stress-strain relationship through the test of bagged refuse Laboratory mechanical; realized the quantitative optimization of roadway rib support through the flexible bag waste filling wall design; finally, optimization of process technology of gob-side entry retaining based on flexible bag goaf filling wall; engineering practice showed that, filling wall intact stability, strong tightness, wall compression and roof subsidence is respectively 350mm and 126mm. They are at a reasonable interval. It shows that the research can make roadway retained, can be in similar conditions to promote the application of.

Abstract:With the difficulties of maintaining roadway along gob in (No.6) Mine of Ping Ding Shan Coal Industrial Group, the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation were done to study the effect of the width of coal pillar on the roadway stability. And the rock stress distribution was Researched and analyzed before and after the roadway was excavated. The reasonable location of roadway along gob and the optimal width of coal pillar were gained in theory. Finally, the analysis result was tested in (No.6) Mine of Ping Ding Shan Coal Industrial Group. Through this, the roadway layout can be optimized and the cost of roadway maintenance can be lowered.

Abstract: The parameters designation of roadside backfill body is the key to control surrounding rock in gob-side entry retaining. Among which strength and width of backfill body are the main influencing factors. Yangdong Mine is chosen as the analysis object in this paper,through theoretical calculation, the most reasonable strength grade of backfill concrete is determined to be C20. FLAC3D numerical simulation software is used to study the deformation law of surrounding rock in different width of backfill body, and the optimal width of backfill body is determined to be 1m. Field practice shows that the two-sided displacement and convergence between roof and floor are all in the controllable range after using this design parameters to build roadside backfill body, which verifies the rationality of the parameter designation.

Aiming at the problem of gas content overrun in fully-mechanized face of high gas seam group in Shaqu Coal Mine. On the basis of principle for roof borehole gas drainage drilling technology, combined with the German DDR-1200 kilometer and directional drilling machine and analysed the embodiment of gas drainage using directional drilling in the roof crack area. According to actual mining conditions of 14301 working face, established the reasonable parameters of drilling layers arrange and carried out the industrial test. The results showed that No.1 drilled hole which was located 22m above the 14301 working face roof and 15m from the haulage roadway in an inclined direction has achieved good gas drainage effect. The average extraction concentration reached 75% and over an extraction time of more than 120days which realized the simultaneous extraction of coal and gas and ensured the safety and high effective product of coal mine

According to the support inclining problem in southern of upper 7240 working face in Renlou coal mine, this paper analyzes the reason of support inclining from the angle of ground pressure, water inflow and mining velocity. The results showed that roof leaking leads to a slow mining velocity. Using frequent turning mining to keep advancing results in stress raisers in the area of machine tail and uneven stress of top beam, additionally the machine tail supports were under high load as the result of roof weighting, and then the bottom of supports sunk and lost their balance, gradually sunk into floor which are softened by water, then the whole body of supports lost their balance, finally lead to supports inclining at working face. Propose the prevention measures of supports inclining according to the specific conditions of upper-7240 southern working face.

Aimed at the gas drainage problems of the low permeability coal seam, proposed the method of the static expansing and cracking technology to increase the outburst coal seam permeability coefficient. According to the static expansion cracking mechanism: the expanded rock will experience three processes of the crack initiation, crack dissemination and crack extend through. Obtained by testing the expansion force: under the mine working conditions, the expansion force of the different static expand agent can all reach up to 30-50Mpa, which produce a compressive stress and tensile stress are enough to split the outburst coal seam and its roof and floor rock mass. According to the experimental research of K6 coal seam and its roof and floor in LongJiaShan mine, demonstrates the static expansion agent can crack the the mine rocks such as coal, limestone. By expansing and cracking the outburst coal seam and its roof and floor rock mass, the static expansing and cracking technology can significantly improve the coal seam permeability coefficient to prevent and control the gas outburst in the work place such as the work face of uncovering coal seam.

In order to reveal the combined effects of ice coating and ground deformation on mining area transmission line system, a study on the unbalanced tension, vertical reaction force, rod stress of transmission tower under ice coating and ground deformation is carried out by the finite element model based on the law of ground deformation in subsidence trough. When the system is under 20mm ice coating, the results show that (1) with the value of maximum subsidence increasing, distal vertical reaction force increases, proximal vertical reaction force become into rally from pressure; (2) with the value of maximum subsidence increasing, the bottom main rod stress change more obvious than upper main rod; (3) when the tower is at the maximum tilt point, the system is under the most unfavorable condition.

The automatically micro adjustment air volume technology was prompted to make research on the automatically adjusting and controlling mine windscreen device .By summarizing the device component and working principle, the modeling of PID control and characteristic of micro adjustment were analyzed and its’ regulating function was tested by Fluent for mine tunnel air volume. The research result showed that the air volume adjustment by the device was completely without human intervention and it could ensure the air volume requirement of the related access and achieved the micro adjustment by the real-time automatic testing and adjusting to the mine tunnel air volume,which had the advantages of low air volume turbulence and high adjustment accuracy.

Unbalance of the neutral point voltage at DC-side and the dead-time effect of three-level SVG based on the NPC inverter topology is discussed. And a control strategy based on trigger pulse adjustment to balance the neutral point voltage and compensate the dead-time effect is proposed. In this way, neutral point voltage balancing and dead-time effect compensation can be achieved simultaneously using one single algorithm. This control strategy adopts the current space vector in the two-phase static coordinate system to judge the directions of the three-phase output current of the SVG with which to implement neutral point voltage balancing and dead-time effect compensation. At last, an 1140V 100kW SVG prototype is developed with DSP TMS320F28335. The results of the experiment verify the validity of the proposed control strategy.

The most common gully terrain widely distributed in the Loess Plateau area of western China, this complicated landform directly affects the rock structure and stress field distribution in underground engineering, Numerical simulation has become an essential analysis tool to research this class of problems in geotechnical engineering. Against shortcomings of numerical simulation pretreatment in complex 3D Modeling and element mesh dividing caused by not visual and heavy workload, this paper presents the gully terrain 3D Modeling method based on combining HYPERMESH with FLAC3D softwar.The method build 3D Modeling and element mesh dividing by using HYPERMESH and FLAC3D software upon the geological topographic map and the stratigraphic column, an interface program is programed to create the FLAC3D calculation model.All these help to carry out the purpose of FLAC3D analysis.At last, the loess hill and gully area of northern ShanXi province is taken as a sample and the reasonable 3D numerical model is established. The results show that this method can be very valid and practicable in fast and precise modeling.

Abstract: In order to study loads characteristics of cutting head of longitudinal readheader under two different hardness of rock cutting, the process was described, and using simulation methods to study its loads. The simulation results show that the law of load fluctuates including larger cycle fluctuation and small fluctuation in larger cycle unchanged in a periodic (rotating lap time of cutting head). Load fluctuation coefficient of cutting head cutting from unidirectional compressive strength of the rock to unidirectional compressive strength of the rock than load fluctuation coefficient of cutting head cutting unidirectional compressive strength of the rock increases obviously. Amplitude of Small fluctuations increased significantly when angle of levels , and load fluctuation coefficient of becomes 3.2 times, 8.9 times, 6.2 times of load fluctuation coefficient of cutting head cutting unidirectional compressive strength of the rock. These conclusions show that to avoid vibration damage to the machine, the cutting head should avoid cutting the layered rock.

The factors affecting the expansion properties of slurry backfill material was investigated based on the analysis of the expansion mechanism of liquid and solid phase, and on the measuring of the expansion rate. It was proved that the liquid expansion is caused by admixtures and solid expansion is caused by the growth of ettringite. By testing the structure of the backfill body, it was found that the admixture does not affect the micro-structure and the phase of backfill body, it only makes the distribution of pore structure and the strength of the backfill body changed.

The activity of coal gangue was studied using the combination method of calcination-mechanical grinding in order to investigate the possibility and effects of coal gangue as active mixed materials. The effect of calcination system and grinding fineness on active index of coal gangue were determined according to GB/T 12957-2005“Test method for activity of industrial waste slag used as addition to cement”. Under the optimum conditions of calcination temperature of 800 ℃ for 2h and the specific surface area of 622.2m2/kg, the active index of coal gangue reached to 101.90%, and other indicators ,such as radioactivity, SO3, loss were eligible. It is proved that the active mixed materials of coal gangue, which technical indicators meet the requirements of GB/T 12957-2005, can be prepared using above combination method. The activity of coal gangue is mainly derived from the amorphous minerals transformed from clay minerals and some amorphous silica. The addition of active mixed materials from coal gangue into the cement can increase the output or adjust the mark of cement. The cement mark is not changed and the output is increased when the amount of mixed materials is below 40%. While the amount of mixed materials is between 50%~60%, the output is increased but the cement mark is lowered.

In order to quantitatively study the effect of frother and gas rate on bubble size in flotation, bubble size measurement system based on Image Analysis Technique was built. And experiment was conducted in flotation machine XDF-2L with three frothers 2-Octyl alcohol,Alpha-Terpineol and MIBC under different frother dosages and gas rates. Results show that the bubble size decreases with increasing frother dosage until the Critical Coalescence Concentration (CCC) is reached. The CCC values of 2-Octyl alcohol, Alpha-Terpineol and MIBC are 0.066mmol/L, 0.113 mmol/L and 0.181mmol/L respectively. The bubble size increases linearly with an increase of gas rate, while the slope depends on frother concentration. The size distributions of bubble clusters which have the same Sauter diameter are a combined effect of the type and concentration of frother and the gas rate.

Three coal powders with different mean volume diameters (81.30μm, 14.62μm and 6.07μm) were mixed in different proportions to prepare high concentration coal water slurry with various particle size distributions. Dinger model was used to evaluate the particle size distributions before and after the gradation. The effect of particle size distribution on the rheological properties of high-concentration coal water slurry was investigated. The results show that the coal particle size distribution is optimized and closer to theoretical model. In the higher concentration, the slurry show a transition from shear-thinning to shear-thickening rheology characteristic as the fraction of fine particle in the slurry increasing, presenting pseudoplastic, Bingham and dilatant flow type in sequence. The Fitting equations are obtained, the reason of the transition of rheology behavior was analyzed using Meng Lingjie’s rheological mechanism. The ratio of optimum rheological properties of high-concentration slurry was obtained.

In order to study the mechanism and degradation efficiency of hydroxyl radical oxidation of methane,nitrogen-balanced standard methane was used as model feed of coal-mine gas. Based on the free-radicals chain reaction properties of Fenton reagent oxidation, the two-phase reaction of gas-liquid and oxidant were full contact mixed in the self-designed bubbling reactor. through the research on the concentration variation of methane, the effects of H2O2 concentration, Fe2+ concentration, and reaction temperature on methane degradation efficiency were investigated. Therefore, for the further exploration of methane degradation in the practice production and application, important reference for green treatment technology of mine gas was provided.

Abstract: For product qualification for mine-used lead-acid battery used in mining electric locomotive, study a new type of high frequency and intelligent battery charger. This paper mainly introduces the control system of intelligent charger .The control system makes dsPIC30F6010A MCU as core , adopts the control mode of charging voltage and charging current double PI controller closed loop coordinated control for realization of constant current constant voltage charging. The article analysis specifically Current PI closed loop control and Voltage closed loop PI control. The charger also realized automatic switch of constant-voltage and constant current, have diversification of the charging curve, convenient voltage and current regulating, high intelligence. The local tests of the charger showed the feasibility and correctness of the design .It can be promoted application in the coal mine industry.

Based on the relationship between the concentration and the negative pressure of gas drainage drilling, aiming to the phenomenon of gas emptying and safety hazards because of the low concentration in the gas extraction process, designed a gas concentration adjust valve controlled by the microcontroller that can automatically regulating the gas extraction concentration by adjusting the drainage mouth diameter size of the drilling, Study result show that in the same gas flow supply case, the concentration of the drilling has greatly improved after adjusting by control value , in the basis of the concentration of 70%, the highest concentration improves by 98.1%, the proportion improves by 40.1%, in the basis of the concentration of 5%,the highest concentration improves by 32.9%, the proportion improves by 558%, the final concentration is reduce as the base concentration decreases, while the increasing proportion greatly improve as the base concentration decreases.

In order to solve the vibration and hydraulic shock in articulated steering mechanism, took the minimum differential steering cylinder strokes on both sides and minimum required power of steering pump as fitness function, laid steering torque, steering angle and oil cylinder stroke as constraint conditions, then optimized the articulated steering mechanism using genetic algorithm. After genetic selection and optimization, articulated steering mechanism had obvious improvement than initial design structure, oil cylinder stroke shortened by 61.1%, required power of steering pump reduced by 11.1%. The experiment proved that the optimized steering structure is obviously superior to the initial design.

Abstract:Based on the theory of three class of hazard, the dangerous hazards of coal mine gas explosion accident are analyzed and the risk evaluation index system of the dangerous hazard is constructed. With comparison of four commonly used scales, using the consistent scaling of 9/9-9/1, the judgment matrix is structured by the analytic hierarchy process, and every index weight value is determined accurately using the MATLAB.
