Study on the influence law of floatability of slime by soaking

The material properties of flotation feed coal slime from Sima coal plant with soaking and not were analyzed. Step by step releasing test and flotation rate test for feed coal slime with different soaking time were conducted and flotation dynamic models were built. Flotation effects with different soaking time were compared. The results showed that hydrogen bondings between water and oxygen-containing functional groups on the coal surface appeared and the coal surface was oxidized, the coal particle’s hydrophily increased but the floatability decreased. The flotation effects will get further deterioration with the strengthened entrainment and slime coating by soaking.

Abstract: Currently freezing method for its reliable sealing water, small disturbance to the surrounding environment, adaptability and other characteristics are widely used in mine construction, subway stations, underwater excavation and other projects. But the present research on frost heaving characteristics of soil was largely confined to the temperature, and the moisture. While the soil frost heave is the result of interaction with temperature field, moisture field and stress field. The study of the three fields’ mutual variation is not enough. In this paper four sets of experiments carried out at different cold junction temperature, high load conditions using single factor orthogonal experiment with WDC-100 type microcomputer control multifunction frozen soil compression testing machine developed by Anhui University of Science & Technology. we got the variation of the temperature field, the moisture field, and the deformation. This Provides necessary theoretical guidance for the future construction.

To protect rare coal and promote the beneficial efficiency of the enterprise, the approach of coking middlings re-preparation by crushing and dissociation was explored. Coal quality of middlings from one coal preparation plant of Fenxi mining group was analyzed, and then crushing and flotation experiments were carried on. According to the requirement of 10.50% ash content,the theory concentrate yield was only 13.01% of middlings re-preparation with no crushing. While middlings were crushed to 13mm, 6mm and 3mm, the theory concentrate yield reached to 5.90%, 6.80% and 13.01% at the same ash content 10.50%. When ﹣0.5mm coal slime from middlings was separated through flotation consistent with the present experimental conditions on local, the yield of flotation clean coal 28.40% was too high as clean coal. The process improvement was put forward combined with the existing conditions: middlings crushed to -3mm, 3~0.5mm materiel separated in small diameter hydrocyclone, ﹣0.5mm coal slime mixed as middlings after dewatering in filter press.

Based on the fully mechanized driving face excavation site condition, water-air two-phrase spray device mounted on coal shearer was designed in the paper, and the device can achieve efficient dust removal effect, without high pressure water supply system, only through the small air-fog formed by water-air coaxial spray nozzle. Therefore, the device effectively solved the problem that due to narrow space, complex installation of the mechanical equipment layout is not suitable. The experimental results show that the spray dust device form a water curtain which can effectively prevent the spread of dust, effectively avoid the pollution of the driver and roadway, greatly improved the working environment of the fully mechanized driving face.

The five deformation stages of gob-side entry retaining for E8-19090 degassing entry in No.4 Colliery of Pingdingshan Coal Group Company were analyzed, and the all bolt support was determined as the support form for the E8-19090 degassing entry, the cable supplement support and packed nog support were used to resist the mining influence and second mining influence. The crossheadings of E8-19090 degassing entry were sealed well by the double sealing wall and shotcreting, ensuring the safe mining. About six millon RMB was saved through the gob-side entry retaining, besides relieving the alternation of extraction in No.4 Colliery.

This paper analyzed the roadway deformation characteristics and put forward anchor-belt-net-cable combined support technology, taking 15107 island coal face of Huangyanhui Coal Mine for engineering background. The results of the field test show that mining impact on the roadway deformation is small at 120m to 180m ahead of the coal face. When the distance reaches 70m to 120m, the impact of mining on the roadway appears gradually. The mining impact on the roadway deformation becomes severe when the distance is 0m to 20m. During the observation period, the roof to floor deformation of the roadway is 886mm and it is mainly caused by floor heave. The two side deformation is 1164mm, and it is mainly occurred on the side of coal pillar. The floor separation monitoring shows that the separation in the anchorage zone is small during mining influence, and it also provide a reference for the roadway support with similar conditions.

This thesis focuses on the problem of high confining pressure, large deformation and incontrollability which are typical of the heavily stressed soft-rock roadway in deep ground. Based on field study, this thesis discusses the synergetic anchoring and contrilling mechanism, explores and establishes a system of synergetic anchoting technology, which integrates the technique of high pre-stress technology of bolt or cable, the technique of high anchor-hold technique of bolt or cable, the anchoring technique of linkage group, the high-strength bolted rock mass technique, the high-stiffness bolted rock mass technique, the synergetic anchoting technique of bolt or cable, and the bolt-cable-shelf anchoring support technique. It achieves an effective control of heavily stressed soft-rock roadway, results in apparent social and economic profits, and has great potentials for application and promotion.

In order to solve the support difficulty of roadway under section pillar of the adjacent coal seam, with the conditions of working face 21101 in Pingshuo No.2 underground mine, studied the stress distribution and displacement under different support plans with Flac3D, determined the optimum support plan. Practice results show that the roadway roof to floor convergence was 80mm and the movement between ribs was 85mm after 15 days of the new support plan, which means the roof sinking has been effectively controlled and the support parameters are reasonable.

During mining of shallow-buried seam with loose topsoil-hard-thin bedrock, especially in the process of primary mining face, in order to avoid personnel injury and equipment damage of mechanized mining face when large area of the roof collapse into a hurricane with huge impact load. The integrity of the roof should be damaged and relieved the destructive effect of first weighting with deep hole presplit blasting before its first collapse. Now , according to the working face geological conditions of jinjie coal mine, deep hole presplitting blasting parameters and process for primary mining face is studied by using methods of rock strata control theory、blasting theory and Field practice. After the test of practice, put a good effect, the damage has reduced successfully in the first weighting.

In view of problems of low safety and electromagnetic interference in existing mine microseism monitoring system based on electric sensor, a design scheme of mine microseism monitoring system based on optical fiber sensor was proposed. This paper presented design of circuits of high sensitivity photoelectric detection, signal amplification and noise reduction. Suitable data acquisition card and industrial control computer were selected. Monitoring software based on LabVIEW was designed. A mine microseism monitoring system based on optical fiber sensor was constructed. The test result shows that the system can realize goal of real-time monitoring and data storage.

Abstract: For analysis the reason of broken gateway surrounding rock, large deformation and difficulty of support, take measurement technology of three-dimensional set of stress relief the in-situ stress and the hollow inclusion strain gauge, for in-situ stress measurement and confining pressure rate experiment at four point five borehole in the east mining area of Dong Zhou Yao mine. And elaborate the principle of the hollow inclusion stress release method test in-situ stress, the instrument and structure, detailed testing process and so on. According to analysis the result of borehole stress relief test, we get the following in-situ stress distribution law and conclusion: The mine horizontal stress as the maximum principal stress, intermediate principal stress, the vertical stress of minimum principal stress; Average ratio of the horizontal principal stress and the vertical principal stress between 1.4~2.2, the maximum horizontal principal stress direction for north east - south west direction , with the direction of the south - north about 10 ° Angle; Affected by the Himalayan tectonic movement, make original compression fracture of Yanshan tectonic movement into extensional, three sets of faults presents northeast, near north-south, northwest in the mining area, the complex stress condition is the main cause difficulty of supporting roadway in recovery. The research conclusion will provide a scientific basis for mining roadway layout and support.

In order to obtain the mining response mechanism of the permeability in high gas and low permeability coal seam, the paper studied the mining response mechanism of permeability deeply by using the combining methods of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field test. And the paper established the mining response mathematical and mechanical model of permeability by using Kozeny-Carman equation based on the basic definition of porosity. The results show that the permeability experiences the process of decreasing and then increasing affected by mining. Mining is the key factor affecting the permeability. The variation of permeability and gas flow of coal seam is consistent affected by mining. The fractured development and the extent of damage at the return airway side seam is greater than that of haulage roadway at the same location away from the face, the permeability of the return airway side seam is greater than that of haulage roadway. The permeability of the seam near working face is the maximum, the drainage rate can be increased and the gas concentration of the working face can be reduced if draining gas continuously, and it can prevent the gas gauge effectively and provide protection for the safe and efficient mining.

In order to research the mechanical properties of red sandstone under negative temperatures, we need a large number of tests on negative temperature triaxial compression.But the existing test efficiency can not meet the needs of large-scale trials. Concerning the long test period and low efficiency of the testing machine found during the experiment, the author improved the testing machine in the following aspects: (1) Abandon the original oil storage barrel and infuse the pre-chilled aviation silicone oil into the pressure chamber through oil pump to reduce the cooling time of aviation silicone oil in the pressure chamber. (2) Change the way of lifting from rigid connection to soft connection by chains to reduce the frequency of lifting and lowering. The testing machine’s cooling rate was improved and the test period was shortened after changing those conditions. The period of first completed test was shortened from 7 hours to 4 hours while the period of one follow-up test was shortened from 2 hours to 50 minutes, which doubled the efficiency, achieving testing multiple samples in one day. Meanwhile, changing the way of connection improved security.

Based on the theory of modal analysis on vibration problems ,the simplified model of the engine crankshaft of the material for QT800-6 was established based on the PRO/E . And conduct the model analysis by ANSYS software . So we can get the foregoing 8 orders of the non-zero frequency of the free modal and the constraint modal ,and make a comparison on them . Furthermore ,by viewing the modal shape of the constraint modal ,we can put forward some reasonable suggestions for the structural improvement of the crankshaft.

Abstract: The ecological environment in coal mine goaf subsidence regions in semi-arid sand environment has been seriously damaged and it's relatively hard to recover the vegetation. In this thesis, what is investigated is the telluric vegetation in coal mining subsidence regions within the range of Mu Us Desert by utilizing vegetation quadrat investigation method and artificial cultivation test. It also conducts comparison and analysis over the recovery process of vegetation using phytocoenosium theory to further evaluate and discuss the positive effects of manual intervention on the recovery of local vegetation. The result is: both natural recovery of vegetation and manual intervention can realize very high vegetation cover degree in a short time, but the structure of phytocoenosium differs a lot from its stability. Suitably providing positive manual intervention is beneficial to the recovery of vegetation environment in this kind of regions and reasonable phytocoenosium structure configuration can be shortened mine ecological restoration.

According to the engineering characteristics that carbonaceous slates of Muzhailing tunnel Lanzhou-Chongqing railway riches in fracture water, softened into water, carried out tri-axial compression test and uniaxial cyclic loading and unloading test. The results showed that water bring about significant influence to deformation of carbonaceous slates. Compared with the dry rock, peak strength of saturated specimen is observably reduced, however the peak strain is dramatically raised; The results display that sample deformation curves shows distinct memory and good fitting in stress-strain curve between the cyclic loading and the continuous loading during the tri-axial cyclic loading; meanwhile, the plastic deformation caused by water is more than the corresponding value caused by load under loading and unloading conditions, and the elastic modulus of dry rocks is about 2 times to the saturated condition in each cycle, which is significance for the engineering constructions.

Coalbed methane(CBM) as a kind of unconventional clean energy, and CBM utilization project is still in its infancy. Energy conservation and environmental protection diagnosis is a important way to dig deeper into energy conservation and emissions reduction potential of the enterprise. Take CBM power generation project as a example, using the three steps method with remote initiatory diagnosis、field diagnosis、diagnostic analysis to diagnose the CBM power generation project. The energy utilization rate、energy loss of the main energy-consuming equipment and the pollutant emission were analyzed. And the retrofit schemes were also proposed. Finally, the suggestion was put forward: the low concentration CBM power generation should improve the economy by saving energy and reducing consumption, tapping potential and increasing benefit from power plant itself. The application of the three steps method in coal industry has the important significance of the energy conservation and environmental protection.

The mining way in Shadunzi coalmine is fully mechanized caving mining of thick coal seam. The spontaneous combustion period of 4# coal seam is short, which makes working face recovery time tight. Comprehensive plan including strengthening roof control of termination, hydraulic support as shield supporting recovering space and comprehensive measures against fire of nitrogen injection with inhibitor injection, yellow mud Colloids injection and mud grouting was carried out. Only 25 days were used to complete the whole recovery of N4002 working face, which provided experience learning for recovery of followed or similar working faces.

Based on the present situation that pre-drainage couldn’t eliminate outburst effectively in low permeability coal seam of Jiulishan Mine, hydraulic flushing technology was selected to enhance permeability in cross-seam holes, and the drainage effect was also investigated. The study showed that the hydraulic flushing implemented in 16051 floor tunnel was effective to eliminate the outburst potential energy and enhance the permeability around the drill. After rushing 1~2t coal, the equivalent borehole diameter of the drainage borehole was improved by 2.0~2.6 times, the average pre-drained gas flow of the borehole would be over 5 times than before the hydraulic flushing conducted, the attenuation coefficient of the gas flow reduced from 0.0733d-1 to 0.039d-1, pre-drainage showed a better drainage effect, and made it available to excavate roadway safety and quickly.

In order to slow down the fatigue level of coalface drilling workers of Pingdingshan Coal Mining Group, this paper studies the working postures under different borehole layouts and angles in 10 mines. Through CATIA analogue simulation, the fatigue level of each body part under different postures is analyzed. It is shown that under the 26 postures, waist, thigh and ankle are most vulnerable to fatigue. Besides, 3-degree oblique upwardness and 606-mm squatting postures are the most exhausted. The fatigue level may be mitigated effectively by optimizing working postures and equipments, which leads eventually to the decreasing of occupational disease risk and enhancing of work efficiency.

Practice shows that the belt filter press has the advantages of small occupied area、simple operation、high handling capacity and energy saving,is a beneficial practice for coal preparation plant in coal slime recovery and slurry water closed circulation. Compared with the quick-operating pressure filter, the belt filter press shows up greater adaptability and better superiority in coal slime treatment.
